What a hotel
OMG what a hotel!! This is our first time staying in dalaman and we have loved every moment. From the room to the staff it’s been amazing! The entertainment is the best I have experienced in turkey. They are so friendly approachable and happy to help. One man stood out to me was Mr Luxury he remembered all our names and spoke to us every time he saw us. Another one to mention is Frankie, at first I wasn’t sure we didn’t really talk but half way though the week he was amazing what a lovely man. The whole of the entertainment team have been absolutely amazing I could write something about all of them.
The reception staff was always happy to help whenever needed and did anything we asked.
The restaurant food is amazing, different cuisines made each meal different to any other hotel.
The whole of the staff team all over the hotel is amazing I can’t believe how helpful they are.
The only thing I wish was different was the stairs they are a big pain in the back side every time you have to climb them but the rest of the hotel out ways the bad things about it.
Do not listen to the bad reviews they do not know what they are talking about.
I would highly recommend this hotel, I don’t wasn’t to leave.

amazing entertainment
We came in the middle of august and we had a lovely time, the entertainment was amazing. shout out to (kai and suzie). The entertainment team were just lovely, they included everyone. shows on every night like aladdin and the greatest showman. the hotel itself was lovely and clean. I do think the food needed a change up as it was the same every night. But i definitely Recommend

Our stay at Orka sunlife was amazing for the main - the location and facilities are wonderful, with plenty for the kids to do during the day and evening. I would say that you need to be prepared for extras to be expensive - their onsite shop is very pricey if you need anything! The food is decent and there is a food choice of drinks! The entertainment staff and friendly and welcoming and offer a range of activities for all as well and helping out where they can. I would say the rooms could be cleaner and the WiFi stronger…. But nothing can be perfect. We look forward to coming back.

Great holiday
We went here in a group of 12. My self with partner and 2 kids - room were small and only accommodated a pull out single bed, so was a squeeze, but the room were nice, clean and modern. Food is your usual all inclusive, some nights better than others, kids of course struggled more than adults, but in the day time they have jacket potatoes and waffles from the snack bar which were great! Drink selections were good for kids and adults. Hotel itself was lovely, very modern over looking the sea. Staff were friendly and welcoming, but the entertainment team were phenomenal! We as a family agreed if the entertainment team wasn’t there it wouldn’t have been as good, we spoke to them more than the hotel staff, very friendly! Our only major downfall was the stairs!! We was given a room at the top of the stairs ( yes there is a lift but it broke a few times whilst there and a snail could get up faster) so we had sore legs by the end of the holiday from the steps everyday. Area was great right near oludeniz and Hisarönü. If your booking any trips book through jet2 rep at the main doors, we was ripped off by the hotel rep who then had to give us a free trip as he knew we was right. Definitely recommend the jeep safari !! Amazing day All in all, get holiday, would definitely return to oludeniz itself.
