Montebello Resort is a fantastic hotel to stay at. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to accommodate you. The hotel is very well maintained, and the food overall is great.
The entertainers are incredible and fantastic with both children and adults. They make you feel comfortable and help build your confidence when taking part in the water games. The bar staff are also amazing — they’re always up for a laugh and are incredibly sweet and friendly to talk to. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
At Montebello Resort, they also offer an amazing photoshoot experience, including individual or group iris photography, as well as photoshoots with family and friends.
Fred was absolutely incredible throughout our photoshoot. He made us laugh and feel completely comfortable from start to finish. While talking to Fred about our lives, we mentioned that we were expecting a baby, and he incorporated this into our photos by taking beautiful maternity photos of me and my partner.
The photos turned out absolutely incredible and even brought tears to our eyes. They are such a special memory that we will treasure forever. If you’re staying at the hotel, I highly recommend booking a photoshoot with Fred. The photos make perfect gifts or beautiful memories for yourselves and your family.
Hopefully, we’ll be back after our baby is born so we can have some more photos taken and create even more special memories.

A little review from me
From arriving the young lad on reception couldn’t do enough even took our bags to the room. Swim up rooms absolutely amazing. Clean and so relaxing.
Dining, always something to eat even for the fussy eaters. Breakfast, dinner,snacks and tea was always spot on in my opinion with lots of healthy food one of the best salad bars I have seen. All the staff in there and the manager usif were all so friendly.
Entertainment always something to do around the pool starting with the darts. Be prepared if u lose though cos ur getting pushed in that pool 😂. Watersports and activities at half 2 in which Emily, Arthur and Luke Try to get u involved in. And then killer pool. Great fun!
Evening entertainment was always different starting with the kids disco which is great for them. belly, Latin, Turkish dancers. Karaoke, bingo, fire dancers.
Bar staff were absolutely brilliant the whole team look after you and are not shy when pouring your drinks. Sky lounge was great too which is payable and charged to your room number. Our Lovely server who we called Brian the whole holiday 🤪. Volken the assistant manager lovely friendly people.
Also set up banners balloons the lot for my partners 50th!
And finally not forgetting Fred the photographer, how he remembers everyone’s names amazes me 😂. Nothing is a problem and he takes great pictures for you to purchase.

The most amazing experience and holiday. Rooms were clean and the food was nice. The entertainment staff are great and always involve you and become your friends a member of staff called Luke especially. For the price you definitely get more than you pay for. The hotel is close to everything you’d need. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Located away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip and the beach, the hotel was in a perfect position. Just a few minutes walk down to the beach and strip it had stunning views of the mountains. On arrival, we received a warm, friendly welcome. The Montebello Resort Hotel was smaller than I had expected but this was a benefit. It wasnt overcrowded, mealtimes, poolside and the bar area always had somewhere to sit or lay in the sun. We did have the added benefit of a swim up room. In the morning the sun would be on our side and the afternoon the rooms opposite. The room itself was spacious, clean and plenty of hanging space for the clothes. The bathroom had hand-wash, shower gel, etc included and there was never an issue with the shower running cold. The cleanliness at the hotel is top notch. Its spotless. There is always an area being cleaned throughout the day, The food is good, plenty of flavour and many dishes to choose from.
The staff at the hotel were friendly across the board. From the cleaning staff, restaurant staff, the animation team and reception, they all help make the stay one to remember. At the start of our holiday, while talking with other guests, there were many that said they had been at the hotel many times. Having spent 11 nights at the hotel I can appreciate their sentiments and shall be returning.
What a great hotel, we have used montebello resort hotel for 4 years now, and it seems to improve every year, staff are great, room service is very good, rooms cleaned every day, entertainment team are brialliant, cannot fault the place, had a slight problem with our shower, reported it, and it was fixed straightaway. Would recommend this holiday for everyone.
