Mavruka Hotel

Very disappointing experience. The hotel provides very little water in the rooms, and the food selection is extremely limited. The beds were uncomfortable, and the blankets felt more like carpets than proper hotel blankets.

The worst part was the behavior of one receptionist. When we tried to bring water into the hotel because we were thirsty and the hotel wasn’t providing enough, he rudely told us to leave with the water or give it to him. Later, he got extremely close to my face, was shouting, and demanded my room number in an aggressive and intimidating way. He also behaved similarly toward other guests.

The only positive was Nees at reception, who was kind and helpful.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Location was perfect literally a 5min walk to all shops and beach. Rooms are spotless cleaned everyday fresh towels daily cleaning ladies are lovely and helpful. Atmosphere at the mavruka is welcoming all staff are great and helpful. Its great value for money. Noise level was minimal considering your right by all bars and restaurants we didn't hear anything. Pool area is clean and spacious no sunbed issues at all. Breakfast was great also very traditional turkish food cooked fresh 😋.

We stayed at the Mavruka Hotel, which is a 3-minute walk from the beach. We were met at the airport and by car (the hotel shuttle) and taken to the airport when we left. The drivers were very friendly and cheerful. We arrived at night and were met by a young Turkish manager. He showed us to our room, took our luggage, explained everything, and brought us drinks. Our first impression was very pleasant and hasn't changed. Throughout our stay, we all felt comfortable and pleasant: visiting the kitchen, interacting with the staff, and relaxing by the pool. It was quiet at night, and no one disturbed us. I'd especially like to point out that everything around is well-kept and clean. The rooms are cleaned daily. Towels are changed. The pool is also cleaned daily. Even the trees, bushes, and grass are watered and maintained weekly. If you have any questions or requests, the management is happy to resolve them in minutes. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, always with a smile. Breakfasts are prepared with love, everything fresh—you can treat yourself to boiled eggs, or they'll be happy to make you an omelet with toppings. There's plenty of greenery on the table, ripe fruit, cheeses, and biscuits—everything is locally grown. Mustafa, the waiter, is very courteous and kind; he served us when we arrived at the restaurant and throughout the day in the pool area. Everyone is so helpful, and it feels like family. Everything is also within walking distance—shops, restaurants for every taste, a pharmacy, a doctor, travel agencies, supermarkets, and souvenir shops. The sea is beautiful and clean, and we especially enjoyed going to the beach early in the morning. Ölüdeniz's calling card is paragliding. Hundreds of parasailing enthusiasts can enjoy the experience with a guided pilot. We highly recommend visiting the Mavruka Hotel in Ölüdeniz!
