Marcan Resort Hotel

Location was vert good for shops and beaches just a short walk brill. Entertainment was brilliant marcel and isha kept us entertained and made it fun. We won on bingo, prizes where great used all vouchers and the dance class was great fun we all joined in. Water exercises were great and the darts thank you. Food choice was brilliant and tasty. Our rooms were lovely and kept very clean all staff were so friendly and welcoming.

I had an amazing stay at macron resort hotel, food was lovely, staff our amazing and massive thankyou to the entrainment team especially mesut who don't stop working and keeping all guest entaitained throughout the day. Look forward to returning to this great location and family friendly hotel

Well what can I say…the hotel is set in a fantastic location with mountains surrounding it. Some of the staff were excellent. Especially the animation team. The management team was not. Some of the cleaners may have been good but the ones in our block were not. We had items stolen from our room yet after complaining, they reappeared in different rooms in the apartment. After talking to other guests they had items go missing that they never had returned or the were found on top of wardrobes or obscure locations that they obviously hadn’t placed them! Management paid no interest in this The cleaners in block D didn’t clean the rooms adequately and missed out on substantial tips for the above reasons!!! Food was edible but a bit boring and very repetitive. Drinks machines were very intermittent and in 40 degree temperatures became a problem for all guests who couldn’t get drinks! Our holiday with TUI was advertised as having a safe included in the cost of the holiday. Yet when we got to the hotel we were informed it was and extra £4 a day for that!!! The entertainment was lacking and was cheap. There was no entertainment for smaller kids and the entertainment for adults started quite late and finished even later and often rubbish. Don’t be put off from going to the area though. Most of the Turkish people are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. It’s just that the hotel from our point of view was way below that 3 star standard that we would expect and that they claim. The cleaners in block D really let it down! You shouldn’t have to worry about going back to your room every day to worry about what’s missing or what hasn’t been cleaned. We chased for towels every couple of days. Beds weren’t changed in the two weeks we were there. Bathroom and the two balcony’s weren’t cleaned at all in the two weeks. Mugs weren’t cleaned and tea and coffee wasn’t replenished. We were frowned at every time when asking for replenishment of clean towels and tea and coffee etc. we didn’t complain as much as we should of!!!
