We came to this Ares on holiday and were very happy ; ı'm suprised bu the strange comments people have made , because thank godness , the staff are very helpful and we can communicate without any language barriers , The rooms are clean and well- maintained ; thanks to the cleanıng ladies , everything is spotless , The restaurant staff nd restaurant manager ugur were excellent particulary the tandır and meat döner , This hotel offers excellent value for money; ı higly recommend it, Don't believe the negative reviews ,.Those people were simply dissatisfied
At first we were placed in the dark room under the restaurant but after asking for replacement, we were given a room on the higher floor after two days.
Apart from that, our stay was great, there is plenty of tasty food to choose from, the staff is very nice and friendly and they go out of their way for the best service. A huge shoutout to Mesut - he was an amazing entertainer and brought so much fun and energy. The lady from the reception was also great help and always smiling and very kind.
We also found a great place nearby called SObar with lovely owners and great atmosphere and their frozen drinks are delicious.
My partner John Clarke & his brother Simon Clarke plus his girlfriend Maria parranal had an amazing experience at this all inclusive hotel,Food was great many choices everyday,Snack bar and pool bar had so many choices of alcohol if you like to drink and most of all Entertainment was amazing from MESUT who is very energetic to perform on stage and also at the pool,Location wise walking distance to all shops and beach.
Lovely scenaries,great location.atmosphere was good some really nice staff Akif and Mali. Darts host entertainer Mesut Ozil lovely guy. Room was a farce at start then got sorted was nice. We did plenty of Activies etc so amenities were great. Cleanliness was good Noise level not enough Noisier the better. Enough to do anyway lovely place thanks
Very nice location, nice atmosphere, disasterous rooms, cleanliness is just a dream as it was never done, noise level is very high as alot of moving furniture luggages and loud music, service is not ok as most of the employees dont speak english.
