Great location, superb views from the pool, no need to worry about a sunbed, food was excellent and varied, staff were really friendly and provided an excellent service. Entertainment was fun. Lovely massages available. Overall, a really excellent holiday.
Our 3rd time here since 2018 and 2022. Disappointing as everything seemed so run down. Sun loungers were patched up. Padded seats often had broken zips. Covers to sun loungers had rips in and not very clean, as well as sun umbrellas torn. Edges of swimming pool in disrepair, in particular pool step handles. We stayed in a deluxe terrace room and the furniture was very tatty. Rusty screws with chipped tiles on shower tray. Ridiculous placement of hairdryer in bathroom with exposed wires. Dented bathroom bin. Poor lighting in bedroom and on particular on terrace at night. Food pretty good, less options for non meat eaters. Staff pleasant. Maid service excellent. You cannot describe this hotel as ‘deluxe’ Overall impression is ‘run down’ compared to our first stay. Arrived late at night- there was dirty crockery left near our room on the ground which sat there for 2 days until we asked for it to be removed. This hotel needs more attention to detail and a lot of refurbishment before it can be listed as ‘deluxe’
Best entertainment. Location beach and pool. The food.. The warm welcome. The staff. I can't recommend it enough. Here is where you don't want leave when it's time to go back home.
This was our fourth trip in a row at this hotel, always in the last week of September as it's so quite and not many kids at all (been there done all that) . We are in our 50s now and appreciate quality not quantity. We have seen lots of little changes going down hill over the last 4 years. The staff has been reduced and the regulars don't seem so happy. Erol the entertainment guy was on top form as usual but the nightly shows don't seem as top quality as they used to be or as often. The room was okay and cleaned daily but there is noticable wear and tear now ie chipped paint around doors and water stained sink units. TV never had any English channels (did find a Turkish music channel though) Showers used to be the most powerful showers I've ever had but even they were a disappointment now. Mini fridge used to be stocked up with lots of Efes, coke, fanta, sprite and water but now it's just 2 coke 2 fanta 2 water. Outside and our biggest disappointment...there used to be two bars, one at each pool. We like to sit around the quiet pool but that is now a coffee and non alcoholic drinks bar with one miserable girl when s always on her phone making you wait. There used to be two girls that would always be trying to make new cocktails and asking our opinions on them but no more. The main bar used to have all named spirits but my Bailey's is now a brown water thing that was undrinkable and they didn't do Morgan's Spice anymore and the rum they gave my hubby ended up in the plants. I tried most of the cocktails as we was all inclusive so free but they tasted chemically and I never found one I liked. Pina colada was just bearable . The pool area is wooden decking that had seen better days four years ago and nothing has changed. Sun beds is plentiful but even these have seen changes ..there used to be a fresh toweling cover and rolled up towel on them daily but now the bottom cover is not fresh daily and you have a card to swap for a towel that you can only exchange at certain times. Snack bar is absolutely dreadful. Crispy chicken basket used to have long battered chicken in it but past couple of years has been oxo cubed sized pieces of chicken that are dried out I actually had a little piece of raw chicken in my kebab meat one day and I did show it to the staff who examined it but never came over and apologized. The main restaurant has been extended so that there is a small outside eating area and the food here is excellent and the fish and sushi bar was amazing. Noticed though that there used to be big chunks of beef but never saw that this year . We understand that times are hard in Turkey right now but unfortunately we will not be returning to this hotel
We had a lovely stay overall! The food was amazing, with plenty of choice, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
We experienced some hot-water issues during the first couple of nights, but these were eventually resolved.Unfortunately, the jacuzzi bath never became properly warm, and the hot water remained the main downside of our stay
The entertainment was fantastic. We only attended a few nights but wished we had gone to every show. The drinks were also proper alcoholic drinks rather than watereddown versions, so you certainly feel them! 🍹😂
Despite the hot water problems, we had a great time and would happily return
