Hotel was built in 2000. Hotel was completely refurbished in 2012. The property consists of 160 rooms. The property consists of 1 disability-friendly room and 24 family rooms. This popular hotel provides the ideal base for exploring the area. Guests can enjoy the convenience of 24-hour reception. Guests can make use of the currency exchange facilities. The Hotel has a handy minimarket for any last-minute needs or forgotten toothbrushes. There is a beautiful garden for guest enjoyment. Guests can avail themselves of the key collection service. Guests can make use of internet access to stay connected to work or home. There is a laundry service. For the convenience of those staying long-term, there is a launderette. The Hotel offers a medical service for guests' safety and convenience. The on-site car park may be useful to those arriving by car. There is a gym on the premises for guest convenience. Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
This was our 14th year to come to the Greenland The location is great as can easily get a taxi or local bus to nearby Hisaronu Fethiye and Olundeniz Hotel has a great atmosphere Night time fantastic entertainment, belly dancer, acrobats and singers Staff are extremely friendly and helpful Food - a mixture of English / Turkish - plenty to choose from The room was clean a tidy throughout the stay with excellent cleaning staff Excellent value for money We will be returning again next year
Our stay at the greenland hotel was amazing exactly what we needed and just short of perfect, besides the rain haha.
The hotel itself was exactly what we wanted, clean and somewhere to lay your head after a long day.
The food for me and my misses was amazing although we didnt really many choices for children consistently enough, there was just mainly chips and pizza most days with the exception of pasta every other day but luckily my son isnt picky.
The pool area was huge was plenty big enough for everyone so we claimed our 2 weeks sun lounger spot as soon as we arrived.
The staff were overall very polite friendly and welcoming apart from one that didnt want to seem to give me a stronger drink but hay ho was all inclusive, just get two. Special mention to cam behind the bar he was amazing with my son playing with his cards with him on a night even after working long hours and seemed very emotional when we left because it was also his last day. Another special mention to Hassan because "even when theres no SUN you still have HASSUN" i know "oh my god" right haha, he kept us on our toes with the entertainment, was funny throughout and over all was a great guy, couldn't falut him.
Definitely would come back to this family friendly hotel just maybe invest in a lift for prams next time lol.

We’ve stayed at Greenland 6 or 7 times now, with our first visit being around 11 years ago. I think that says it all! We absolutely love this place. It feels safe, familiar, and like a second home to us.
The location is fantastic if you like a little peace and quiet away from the noise of the town, but still want to be close enough to jump in a taxi and be there in just 5 minutes.
The food seems to get better every year, and it’s great to see the improvements and refurbishments happening each time we return. Yes, some of the rooms could do with a little modernising inside, but they are always clean, and for us, it’s the atmosphere, the people, and the experience that make this place special.
Greenland gives you a real taste of Turkey, not just a place to sleep while you’re on holiday. The long-serving staff are amazing, and the newer members of the team fit perfectly into the warm, humble, and welcoming environment. That feeling also passes on to the guests, and before you know it, you’re making friends who become part of your holiday every year. Some even become lifelong friends!
One of the things we love most is returning each year and being remembered. The staff remember little things you told them the previous year and ask how things are going, just as we do with them. I genuinely look forward to hearing about Rosie's university journey every year. It’s those little personal touches that make Greenland so much more than just a hotel.
And of course, the holiday excitement starts before we’ve even reached our room! I always look forward to arriving and seeing Selcuk, otherwise known as Turkey’s strongest man!💪😂 Knowing he’ll be there to help carry our cases to the room is all part of the Greenland experience. It’s lovely to see familiar faces again from the moment we arrive, and it instantly makes us feel at home.
It’s always a genuine pleasure to see the managers each evening in the restaurant at dinner. They make time for their guests and staff.
We also love learning a little more Turkish every year. The staff are always patient and happy to teach us new words and phrases, which makes learning fun. We really appreciate them taking the time to help us, even when we probably get the pronunciation completely wrong! 😂 especially the young chef Murat who would tell us what was in the puddings and served the ice creams with the greatest smile.
Hasan and Berkay have become an absolute delight, and we’re very happy to now call them friends. They work hard to keep everyone happy, and the extra trips they now organise are a brilliant addition. They bring guests together, create great memories, and make the whole experience even better.
Of course, nowhere is perfect, but Greenland has something that money can’t easily buy, a genuine, welcoming atmosphere where people care about each other. You arrive as guests, but you leave feeling like part of the family.
We love coming back, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! ❤️
One little warning, though...if you stay here, you’ll probably leave already planning your next holiday. And if you don't, well… that just means there's more room for us! 😂🇹🇷

you get what you pay for, don’t expect a 5* resort for the price you pay.
the food always varies and is delicious, the staff are fantastic! so friendly and welcoming.
the rooms although dated are always clean and spotless!
we fly home tomorrow but we will be back again next year!
