I’m a very honest person so I’ll do my best! Family of 4- I was so scared to come I’ll be honest as some reviews were abit hairy! We came- and the price was good for all inclusive in summer hols. It isn’t a 5 star that’s correct- I’d say about a 4. I think dropping a star would be wise. The views are out of this world stunning- like beautiful as can be! Our first room was ok but my bed smelt like cigars so we changed and the next room was perfect smelt lovely and views to die for. Massive balcony and sea view. Cleaners came when you put the sign on- they make the bed and change towels and bins. Bins changed every day in loos regardless of sign. Bathrooms aren’t modern but it was fine! I didn’t go on holiday to rate the bathroom tiles. Pool was beautiful there were a few- and plenty of sunloungers. Food was nice lots of fresh salads and fresh fruits- yes breakfast wasn’t a full English but saying that you are in turkey 🇹🇷- they did have baked beans, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, toast, for any fussy ones but I really enjoyed trying different foods actually! Dinners were always good again not totally English but again I like trying new foods! Always chips ofcourse and plain pasta for fussy ones. I’d say the food was really nice I especially liked Chinese night on a Friday! Cakes are available in the lounge bar in the afternoons - snacks of burgers/pastas/chicken burgers/fries around the poolside from 2pm. Ice creams poolside- slushies - cocktails and iced coffee the drinks were lovely and bar staff sweet. I found the staff really pleasant and nice. 2 out of 3 spoke perfect English on the reception and were very very lovely. Manager left during our stay which was strange - just suddenly gone. But he was very nice prior to that. Infact he lent us 1000lr for a taxi as we hadn’t changed our money up yet and I only found out when I went to pay him back. If he reads this I am so sorry I tried tons to get it back to you !! But you had gone. We had a brilliant holiday here and honestly for the price you aren’t gonna be getting a 5 star all inclusive you will get a fun and good value 4 star. Entertainment was good- boys were fun and genuinely nice who did it in the day time- had a laugh with them! Met some lovely people- I’d say a couple of English tourists let us Brits down there as they were very rude to hotel staff to the point I even apologised on their behalf as it was shameful to watch. Treat people with kind ness. Fab holiday if you go book the safari jeep tour- so so so fun! 🤩 personally wouldn’t bother using their beach didn’t think much of it- spa was lovely and a great experience! Just go not expecting 5 star bedrooms but all in all fine I went for a family hol not to inspect every nook and cranny!

Stay well clear from this hotel. We arrived late at 10pm so we missed dinner. Between 11pm and midnight only, soup is available in the restaurant. So be mindful that if you arrive after midnight you’ll go hungry until breakfast is served at 7am. Breakfast is a disaster. They do not cater for the English. Think stews at breakfast time!! No pastries. The only good thing was Greek yoghurt with honey and poppyseeds and a selection of fruit. All the other is terrible. Lunch and dinner were ok but most definitely not 5 star as the hotel claims it is!! Our room was advertised as pool view. Well a massive bush covered our balcony so we couldn’t see the pool, very disappointing. The walls had damp and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The next morning I requested to speak with the manager. The reception staff struggle to understand English and after repeating yourself many times trying to explain something in a simpler way you just give up as they still don’t understand. One in particular (female) had such bad body odour it made me retch. For the face of the hotel, good hygiene is vital. Anyway I saw the manager and voiced my concerns. He told me to come back at midday and would show me a choice of 2 different rooms to move to. Admittedly the one we chose was lovely. It was sea view, pool view and had a huge balcony with a table and chairs. That room was ok. However housekeeping do the bare minimum. I deliberately left a used glass on the dresser and it stayed there for the whole week! They don’t clean the bathroom sink as again I purposely left toothpaste in the sink and it wasn’t cleaned. They didn’t come in every day. I didn’t see any housekeeping staff cleaning around the hotel. The steps down to the pool were broken, dangerous an accident waiting to happen and filthy - coffee stains all over them. The pool toilets are not cleaned regularly throughout the day, the soap dispenser is so high on the wall, kids don’t see it and can’t reach it so don’t wash their hands. It’s disgusting. There’s no sunbed wars and that’s in August! That was the only positive thing and the newly refurbished spa. Admittedly my spa package was lovely. The spa is luxurious (unlike the rest of the hotel) BUT don’t expect towels for the sunloungers to be replenished because they just don’t bother. I had to keep asking for fresh pool towels. It got extremely frustrating. There’s a different dish cooked on the bbq each evening. One particular evening I witnessed a guest complaining about the blackened turkey saying that he was a chef back in the UK and the turkey was raw. The restaurant manager laughed in his face. I was horrified that they didn’t take raw turkey a serious matter.
On Monday’s they do a foam party during the daytime around 2pm. There was foam all over the pool sides causing a massive slip hazard and to no surprise a child slipped backwards after skidding on the foam and hit her head. This foam party would be better done in the evening.
On the last day I got chatting to other guests who all had the same opinion. This hotel would be better downgrading itself to a 3/4 star. It is absolutely not a 5 star hotel. The cleanliness is terrible. The lack of maintenance is appalling. So many things are broken and accidents waiting to happen. The food is mediocre. Even the cocktails aren’t great. One barman in particular made the drinks so incredibly strong they were awful. One family told me that they arrived at 7.30pm the previous night and there was no food left at the buffet. After complaining to the restaurant manager they were told tough luck, we put out a set amount and once it’s gone, it’s gone. After kicking up a fuss the chef cooked a lamb dish to which the guest told him that he didn’t eat lamb and wanted a chicken dish instead. The chef was adamant that he was to eat that lamb dish. But after the guest lost his patience a freshly cooked chicken portion was brought out. Is this really how a 5 star hotel would behave? No!! Point proven.
The entertainment staff look miserable and can’t be bothered to do the kids mini disco in the evening. The two lads get the same day off ( Monday) so don’t expect any daytime entertainment other than the foam party. It would be better giving them different days off. Thank goddess Hisaronu town strip is only 5 mins in a taxi costing around 330TL and Oludinez beach is only down the road the other way again same price in a taxi. So we could go and get a decent full English breakfast or a lush steak dinner outside of the hotel! The road leading to the hotel has lots of bends and the cars fly down it so I definitely wouldn’t be walking to places outside of the hotel. On our final day my partner caught a bug. This was highly disappointing and sadly he wasn’t the only one who had contracted sickness and diarrhoea bugs during their stay at the hotel. One family had had it for the duration of the holiday and then one lady was walking around the hotel reception area vomiting in a clear bag. I was horrified. Do people really behave like this? I would have thought it would be more appropriate to go to the toilet away from other guests having to witness this. I’ve been advised that the hotel has changed management and all the staff from last season (except for 1 reception member) have gone. So it’s all new staff and the hotel has gone downhill since last season. Very very disappointing. What shocked me the most was the lack of English the staff speak especially the reception and restaurant team. The cats wandering around were gorgeous. I loved fussing them.
Be aware that the majority of guests ask to move room and everytime you go to reception you’ll witness a guest making a complaint. This hotel needs a hell of a lot of work done to it for next season, the housekeeping staff need to clean all the public areas so that it doesn’t look so dirty and the restaurant need to cater more for the English. I’ve compared this “5 star” hotel to other ones I’ve visited in Turkey and believe me you’ll be very disappointed if you think this is going to be “5 star”. It is 3 star hotel in my opinion. Go with very low expectations or change your hotel! Think about how much you paid for this holiday and take note there’s a reason it’s cheap! It’s terrible and we’ll never return again.

Where to start??? So when we arrived at 2am in the morning my partner and me and our 2 sons all we had was a single bed and a double bed so our 8 year old had to share a bed with us!!!! The following day we went to reception at 10am so ask for an appropriate room which after 30 mins of back and forth they said they will sort one out for us that same day we did not get our room until 2pm the following day after we had to go back to reception and ask for an update!!!! Then there is the food my god DO NOT BOTHER it is disgusting not one single day was there good food we had to eat out every single day everyday there was at least 1 broken down lift screws sticking out the door thresholds if you want a snack at 2pm be prepared to wait 30 mins just for your order to be taken and one evening we was stood at the bar waiting for a drink to where a member of staff rudly said to us if you stand there I won't serve you there is list after list after list of things wrong with this hotel even other guests was having the same issues STAY AWAY!!
