This attractive beach hotel is located at the heart of a tourist area, close to Fethiye and only 350 m from the splendid beach and the turquoise blue sea. Links to the public transport network are only 50 m from the hotel. Various shopping venues, countless bars, cafés and restaurants, as well as many entertainment venues are to be found in the vicinity. This modern hotel comprises a total of 62 double rooms spread over 7 floors. Guests may enjoy spending time in the freshwater pool with a children's paddling area nestled amidst the well-tended gardens. They may choose to take advantage of the hot tub and the Turkish bath, or pamper themselves with a massage treatment.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The hotel is a real mixture. We had a lovely stay here but it does need a bit of tweaking .
Good points : Excellent location, quiet, but only 3 min walk to strip. Pool excellent , plenty of sunbeds, no sunbed wars , turkish food cooked fresh , nice views, staff friendly, restful stay. Rooms on small side but has all you need.( apart from a kettle ) Great vibe round pool , respectful clientele.
Negative side: Not enough selection of hot food . (But what they did have was surprisingly tasty )
English fussy eaters this place is not for you, its mostly Turkish food but you have to try to enjoy and I certainly enjoyed.
Shortage of cutlery and cups where they take them away from your tables. To give to others ? This needs improving as feels cheap. Owner needs to buy more cups / cutlery surely.
Breakfast eggs /omelette station is 1 man with one frying pan. This is ridiculous when feeding a whole hotel ! Wait is far too long.
No cocktails No sunbed towels .
We had a lovely time here , its a 3* not a 4 . We felt it could be better by simple tweaks that are so easily fixable.
We found plenty of returning customers here. As it has a lovely feel to it.
For the price you pay, its a nice hotel and does the job nicely.
Good location and nice surroundings. But room dated and not very clean. My towel was put out on the balcony to dry by the cleaner and not replaced. The bedsheets only been changed once for my entire stay. You can hear conversations very loud and clear and cigarette smoke/smell coming into the room from the balcony. Very basic food not much options, daily run out of cutlery, glasses and cups very dirty. Very cheap and watered drinks, not much entertainment, people sitting on the sunbeds around the pool as there are not enough places/chairs in the bar area. Hotel staff not helpful, ignoring and walking past me avoiding answering any questions. Definitely not a four star hotel and I will never come back here. Definitely not a value for money place.
Just returned after two weeks in the hotel. We upgraded to a stone room. The room was small and not a lot of storage. Unfortunatley we thought the cleaning was a bare minimum. Food in the hotel was very basic not a lot of choice. We ate out most evenings. The pool area was clean and very scenic suroundings. The bar was by the pool and again very basic. The guy who met us at the hotel was the luggage man. He was a credit to the hote. Always a smile, always very helpful. Overall it is a budget hotel. The manager was a verykind helpful man, always walking around checking on things. With respect ot is a 3 star hotel. Cheap and cheerful.
Great week here, food was great and very fresh, loads of salads and with a different theme every night of the week. Rooms were a little dated and wifi was not very good in our block, but you could get it elsewhere in the complex. What made it for us were the staff, always happy and could not do enough for you. Will definitely come back.
Booked as a last minute week in the sun for £900. Arrived early hours to be shown room 512, above reception. Rooms above 500 are in this area, and the noise from a generator means that one can't sit on the balcony.
Aircon old and wheezy, but does work after a while. Floor and bathroom dusty and dirty, had to pay for safe, and curtains screwed together so they cannot stay open. I asked to move and was shown a double room in one of the other buildings, but this was so small and dark that I chose to stay in the larger room.
Meals poor, breakfast of eggs, cold meats and cheese. Lunch and dinner dishes often cold and little choice. Salads are nicely presented, but difficult to make a meal up. Empty buffet options are slow to be refilled, and often lukewarm. Can only get juice , water and tea/coffee in the restaurant, and glasses are dirty. Have to get drinks from the bar and bring with you.
Drinks also poor, all inclusive selection is very limited and poor quality. Watching a gin and tonic be poured I expected it to be super strength , but couldn't taste the gin. Same situation with vodka and whisky, so either poor quality or watered. Beer OK.
The pool area is quite pretty and no problem getting sunloungers. Location very good, right at the top of the strip. Staff fairly friendly and helpful, but it seems to be run on about half the staff required, for example the Life Guard also doubled up as a barman. This may explain the problems of poor quality food and drink and substandard cleaning. Snack bar restaurant and common areas very dated
I left 3 days early, and would not return. Save your money and go elsewhere.
