Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Im puzzled as to why this hotel is on offer to British customers through holiday companies as it most definitely doesn't cater for us at all ..the hotel was 80% turkish with couple of brits and Germans. Which shows in the food options .
I'm not a fussy eater but really struggled to make a meal .
Breakfast was your typical Turkish , boiled eggs fried or omelette. Bread jams and lots of ham, cheeses , tomatoes , cucumber and salad..i managed with omelette each day. No pastries like croissant etc.
Lunch was basically similar with bread salad rice and sbout 3 mains which were always turkish dishes . Chips and chicken nuggets for kids which I ended up eating g most days , I did try a few dishes. A few cakes.
Evening dishes again all turkish meals with a bbq of maybe meat balls fish or chicken different days ..we tried once and went out every night after that. Very repetative options.
Snack bar wasn't the best pizza which everytime I looked was margarita whic looked like plastic cheese and you be lucky if u get half a pepperoni on a slice .
Burgers were OK enough to fill a whole .
Ice creams ok .
Bar is ridiculous no choices but beer vodka gin. I got a rum and coke and had to pay 250 lira for it . Some juice with water. And water cartons that were always warm . Bar lads were nice lads but the ques at Bar sometimes and the amount of rudeness people just pushing in to the frount . No cocktails milkshakes etc. Bar area not enough seating on a evening.
Pool area is absolutely lovely with a big pool ,lovely surroundings of palms and plants and flowers growing up the buildings. Very pretty. Pool always cleaned but didnt seem like the sunbeds floor area was cleaned regularly.
Best point on this hotel is sunbeds ....no problem ever getting a bed even at 12pm still lots of beds left .
Entertainment guy is a lovely man.
Rooms were quiet nice and lo ely Pool view from our room
.bathroom decent enough. Beds awful absolutely rock hard I co.e home with bad neck and shoulder. Pillows hard too.
Maids ok fresh towels and bedding but floors weren't cleaned . We had ash on our balcony floor for 3 days not cleaned up from falling ash from smoke clouds from a nearby wildfire.
Air con is diabolical , takes at least a hour to kick in..absolutely sweating in room trying g to get dressed and coming back in on a evening.
Reception staff seemed OK, never really had much to do with them .
This hotel would be better as a b&b i think with snack bar and better drinks selection.
Pool is definitely its best part .
Maybe afew British options would be good seen as its advertised fir us too .
Great location top of strip . Don't think I would return again .
.
Negative side first. I’m currently writing this here now around the pool. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Restaurant. Always running out of glasses / plates / knife and forks. Also not enough table and chairs to couple when hotel is full. Food is ok can always find something to eat. The bar for the drinks needs a rebuild don’t do cocktails only local beer vodka gin red and white wine. And warm water. Pool Area needs a good clean. Yesterday glasses still around the sun loungers. Ashtrays never emptied. The staff not very helpful feels like it’s students on summer holidays earning extra cash with no training at all. No entertainment at night.
Positive side. Location is perfect right at the top off the strip. Swimming pool nice and warm. Plenty of sun-beds and umbrellas. Activities very good. Pool games volleyball darts. Mini golf. Rooms are cleaned every day but need to ask for toilet roll.
Location 5/5 Rooms 4/5 Cleanliness 3/5 Food & drinks 3/5 Entertainment 3/5
Would I come back and stay Yes if there make the basic stuff better.
Got a couple of days left hopefully there will read this and do something about it.
The hotel is a real mixture. We had a lovely stay here but it does need a bit of tweaking .
Good points : Excellent location, quiet, but only 3 min walk to strip. Pool excellent , plenty of sunbeds, no sunbed wars , turkish food cooked fresh , nice views, staff friendly, restful stay. Rooms on small side but has all you need.( apart from a kettle ) Great vibe round pool , respectful clientele.
Negative side: Not enough selection of hot food . (But what they did have was surprisingly tasty )
English fussy eaters this place is not for you, its mostly Turkish food but you have to try to enjoy and I certainly enjoyed.
Shortage of cutlery and cups where they take them away from your tables. To give to others ? This needs improving as feels cheap. Owner needs to buy more cups / cutlery surely.
Breakfast eggs /omelette station is 1 man with one frying pan. This is ridiculous when feeding a whole hotel ! Wait is far too long.
No cocktails No sunbed towels .
We had a lovely time here , its a 3* not a 4 . We felt it could be better by simple tweaks that are so easily fixable.
We found plenty of returning customers here. As it has a lovely feel to it.
For the price you pay, its a nice hotel and does the job nicely.
Good location and nice surroundings. But room dated and not very clean. My towel was put out on the balcony to dry by the cleaner and not replaced. The bedsheets only been changed once for my entire stay. You can hear conversations very loud and clear and cigarette smoke/smell coming into the room from the balcony. Very basic food not much options, daily run out of cutlery, glasses and cups very dirty. Very cheap and watered drinks, not much entertainment, people sitting on the sunbeds around the pool as there are not enough places/chairs in the bar area. Hotel staff not helpful, ignoring and walking past me avoiding answering any questions. Definitely not a four star hotel and I will never come back here. Definitely not a value for money place.
Just returned after two weeks in the hotel. We upgraded to a stone room. The room was small and not a lot of storage. Unfortunatley we thought the cleaning was a bare minimum. Food in the hotel was very basic not a lot of choice. We ate out most evenings. The pool area was clean and very scenic suroundings. The bar was by the pool and again very basic. The guy who met us at the hotel was the luggage man. He was a credit to the hote. Always a smile, always very helpful. Overall it is a budget hotel. The manager was a verykind helpful man, always walking around checking on things. With respect ot is a 3 star hotel. Cheap and cheerful.
