I repeat do not come here what a run down hotel food is shocking warm flat coke and Fanta and sprite on the bar ,bar shuts 1030 pool table was like from a dump 400tl for hour room was very bad shower door missing flooded out every time used it TV didn't work nor phone in room bed was like concrete manager was arrogant didn't care if you complain he told to to go to a different hotel the spa never worked nor the jacuzzi near the pool wallpaper coming of in toilets stunk of urine ppl having money stolen from there room internet was suppressed only when ppl complain he would put it on asked for early morning knock for a trip to Rhodes Nealy didn't make it Shocking hotel do not come here ppl am going to the omnisman for false respention stay away ppl
good points - ideal location, staff friendly enough. bad points - rooms very basic and dirty, most of them have black mould on walls and in the bathroom. No TV service. Only provided with one small pillow, no extra pillows available. All inclusive package is an absolute joke. Basic offerings limited choice always cold very little variety, nothing provided for children. No snacks although this is meant to be included. Very basic local drinks included - gin vodka wine or lager. soft drinks/tea and coffee sometimes available but machine is frequently off and nothing available whatsoever after 10.30pm. No facilities in any rooms to make your own tea or coffee. Minifridge in room is hot. Air conditioner frequently leaks onto bedding which the staff then cannot change as there is apparently no spare bedding kept at the hotel. Card lock for room works intermittently, staff said its ok nobody will get in however as the place is completely openplan this is very dangerous and asking for trouble. Notified reception frequently of the issues, they basically shrug their shoulders as it seems they too are tired of all the complaints.
Worst hotel I have ever been in. Pool area dirty, loungers broken, umbrellas broken. Food disgusting. Warm flat pop that tasted like soap. Young lad on reception at night has a bad attitude. Didn't care when we were complaining. We had no fridge that work for 2 days and the smell was rotton. 5 times we had to chase this up in the end we left and went to another hotel. DO NOT GO.
The location of the hotel was just great for us , ten minutes walk at the most to the main shops , beach and nightlife. When we arrived everything went good as gold . All depending which part of the hotel you stay as to whether you have a lift . We were room 401 forth floor no lift so when you in your sixty’s it’s not ideal. Room basic, I opened patio door handle came off in my hand . All rooms have TVs in them, but none of them work . The only one that works is behind the bar that only work when certain football is on. The hotel is all inclusive from 10am until 10.30 pm coke Fanta water coffee vodka gin wine and beer . And all drinks are served in half pint plastic cups except the wine , but you still only get half a glass. Food is disgusting , who wants chips and cabbage for breakfast not ever day . But chips were on the menu every day it didn’t matter what time of day it was . Plus food wasn’t hot . So you have two choices of food eat it or go hungry . We went out most days. Don’t expect to have coffee with your breakfast on our last day than run out , my husband complained at the reception to get on to the owner as it was not good enough, admittedly we weren’t the only ones to complain. We heard the owner say to some guests, if there not happy go to another hotel. Well he Dan say that because by then he has had your money . There was no atmosphere in the place , it was like walking on eggshells. Cleanliness was not great and that’s being nice , women with her baby cleaning and then there was a Mobil on the stairs so he could sit and watch it when she was extra busy . There was just grime everywhere in the stairwell. The owner towards the end of the holiday was getting the cleaning floors and things , but it was a little too late . No wet floor signs to be seen . The chef had no hair net or plastic gloves until the end of the week. So I don’t no if there was a visit or something else happening . All umbrellas in the pool area were broken and so were many of the tables , again as we were leaving to come home six new tables were put out by the sun beds . Also I’d advise getting a safe , we were told about it at the start of the holiday £25 , We never did and so it cost us £100 take from my husband shorts that were in a zipped pocket in the suitcase. I don’t want to put anyone off from going to this hotel, this is just my experience. Yours could be so much better than mine.
