Hotel was constructed in 2000, underwent renovation in 2018. There are a total of 95 rooms on the premises. The property consists of 10 single rooms and 85 double rooms. This attractive hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway or longer holiday. The front desk offers 24-hour reception. The Hotel provides a safe for guests to store valuable items. The Hotel offers a currency exchange for guest convenience. Guests can use of the lift. Some rooms overlook the Hotel 's beautiful garden. There is mobile phone coverage throughout the Hotel. The property offers room service against charge. The property is wheelchair-accessible. Guests may energize for the day in the gym.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I have been to Turkey 4 times and stayed in lovely hotels. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It definitely IS NOT a 4 star hotel.
Me and my sister booked an all inclusive package deal and from the moment we arrived there were issues. Firstly we were told that there was no bottled or filtered water. We could drink tap water or go and buy our own bottled water. Never have I been denied water on an ALL INCLUSIVE holiday. The food was just regurgitated left overs from previous days and meals. Hot food was barely luke warm. Cold foot was never covered so flies just partied on it daily. The standard was so bad the flies probably had diarrhoea like I did every time I ate anything at hotel. It got so bad I spent an entire day either in bed or going to the toilet. Due to this I spend over £200 eating out and didn't have diarrhoea.
When we complained we were given the run around. Multiple staff members claiming to be management even one who looked like he just left school. All staff given unfriendly unhelpful answers. We were also told its only the english who complained about food. This definitely wasn't true as we spoke to many unhappy hotel guests,and then we were eventually told if we didn't like the hotel we could just leave.
We had to constantly ask for toilet roll and clean towels as cleaners would just re-fold the dirty towels neatly and hope u don't notice The curtain rack fell down and it was almost 16 hours before any attempts to fix it were made with me watching in horror as staff trying to plug the holes with toilet roll.
There were many issues. My sister was reporting to hotel as well as liaising with on the beach who were just as unhelpful.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AND WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Worst hotel i been in manager of bar was very abusive and nasty rooms dated ,need updaying alot ,no entertainment ,wifi rubbish and food terrible ,coffee was horrible too never return and not for families with young children .
Worst place I have ever stayed at....food awful...rooms are dated and scruffy ....I took my 2 sons aged 24 and 21 for a week all inclusive... ended up eating and drinking out all the time costing us double of what it should of ....the pictures they show of the hotel must of been taken many years ago...the sun hits the scruffy sun loungers about 2pm and the pool is ice cold all day ... on your last day they don't give you any room to change your clothes or shower...If you value your time away do not book this dump it's awful ...seems to cater for Turkish people not Brits ..... take my advice as I'm not a fussy person at all but this place is not good at all
We had fantastic time specially our waiter Freddie went above and beyond could not do enough for us works all hours and always with happy smile he came to work. We always looked forward everyday seeing him .
Lovely hotel, Freddie our waiter was absolutely fantastic and always had time to come and chat and always kept us supplied with drinks. This man should be paid alot more for his customer service.
