Point beach hotel
Honestly I don't get the bad reviews me and my wife stayed for 8 nights from 06/07/26 - 13/07/26 What I will say is this is ideal for couples or a lads or girls holiday definitely not for families though. The hotel location is perfect and it has its own private beach and we never struggled to get a sunbed. The pool is on the small side but once again perfect for couples and plenty of sunbeds once again. The room was cleaned daily. The alcohol is a bit on the poor side as all that's on offer is beer vodka or wine. But the barman there was spot on with the service and always had a smile on his face. The food was good always something different every night always tasted so good. There's also countless bars and restaurants on the beach walk front. And the prices are so good so if you booked half-board you wouldn't have a problem finding a decent meal. The shops out the front are good priced for clothes but always bargain with them and they will give you a good deal. Oh also when you arrive the rep will ask to see you the following morning but this is only so he can try to get you to buy excursion but there's many places outside the hotel that'll do it much cheaper. I do think because of the time of year me and my wife went was why it was so good because the day we left we did notice the beach was much busier than when we arrived. So maybe book for before the school holidays.
A few of the reviews say you have to pay for Aircon this is false.
And again some will say you will have to pay for WiFi this is false and you get free WiFi for your entire stay.

Shakey start but loved our time there
Honestly it didn’t have the best start, we arrived late and were shown to a twin room ( booked a double) and no food or drinks available , not a good start, caters for mostly Russian guests but front of house spoke good English , Anyhow went to reception in morning and we were moved to a triple room with a sea view , so much happier , Hotel has probably the best location ( for us ) in Marmaris literally 6 hotels from the harbour and six hotels from the main strip the other way , beach was very good and free drinks were available to us on the beach ! Food was Turkish so if you’re looking for a full English every morning this isn’t the place for you , but we found it really nice and well cooked . Boys in the bar couldn’t do enough for you , and front of house staff were lovely , pool is definitely a sun trap despite other reviews . For what we paid all inclusive we found this perfect , but if you want to sit at the pool bar all day and be a Brit abroad this is probably not the hotel for you .
Perfect beachfront hotel
I had a wonderful time at the point beach hotel. The staff were amazing. Marina who ran out the reception was amazing. Always a smile and a hug. Stay for longer messed up my stay. But the hotel management were excellent. The breakfast was beautiful. I am disabled. The lads carried my drinks and meals to my table. I only stayed b&B so I cannot make a review on other meals. The drinks were very reasonable. 130 lira for a pint of efes and 120 lira for a mug of tea . My room was lovely. A beautiful sea view. The hotel is on the beach front. 2 mins walk to Andy's bar. It is a wonderful in a perfect location.

Lovely hotel
Hotel location is great food yummy on the beach staff friendly specially receiption staff Maria and Yammy also gen Manager Mr Rifat is nice person trying to solve if any problem always doing effort to look better hotel. Only cleaning staff need some more attention on their work as cleaning not good
Forward thinking hotel and staff
Without a doubt the first and foremost is the breathtaking sea front view. All of the staff are friendly and genuine. Rooms cleaned every day. A place where you count and your individual needs are met. The manager invests time in his team and has a vision to create an atmosphere of a true holiday experience removing any issues so you can relax and concentrate on doing the very thing you came to do HAVE A HOLIDAY!!!!. The food is exceptional, multiple choices and presented to the highest of standards. We met lovely people, had no hassle and chilled like we hadn’t done in a long time. Thank you to our lovely waiters, Manager, and receptionist who never failed to give us time and respect.
