I stayed here for 10 days 10th - 20th September 2026 its in a excellent location for Beach,Shops,Restaurants and Bars And I would like to mention about the great services in the restaurant and bar. I would like to say about amazing service from Kübra she goes above and beyond to try and help with anything you ask she is also so polite and happy and goes out her way to speak to guests and never stops working so hard to keep guests happy while staying here.
Just returned from a 5 night stay at Paşa Garden and the hotel was lovely. We had a lovely spacious room with a balcony, all the staff are extremely friendly and talkative and the hotel was clean. Always staff sweeping the floor and cleaning the tables. The entertainment guy was brilliant, got everyone involved in throwing beanbags and playing darts. We didn't experience the evening entertainment but there was karaoke and a bar tender show amongst other things. The Batman bar next door does play extremely loud music but to be honest, once we closed the balcony doors you couldn't really hear it! Ali down at the spa was brilliant as well as the bar tender who we had a good laugh with. There was always a variety of food, breakfast had cheese, meats, cereals, fruits and the chef could make omelette or fried egg fresh if you asked. Lunch was usually pretty similar to dinner, the same fruits, vegetable dishes, chicken, chips, mash, pasta, soup and a selection of other dishes. Ice cream is available between 4pm and 5pm next to the bar. Tea, coffee, water and fruit juice is help yourself, anything else the bar staff get for you.
The only bad experience was a member of the reception team and a maintenance man walking in to our room whilst my boyfriend and I were 'busy' without even knocking. They'd got the wrong room 🙄 luckily it was on the last night but they did apologise!
I'll start with the good things about the hotel. The food is tasty, location is good and you have access to a private beach and a lovely entertainment host, Mustafa who is friendly and cares about guest experience. That being said, I would never book this hotel again. Reception staff are rude, did not even get a "hello" on arrival, they just waited until I handed over my passport. No information about how the all inclusive works, no detail about meal times or where the restaurant is, nothing. I was allocated to a room on thr first floor with a balcony door that could not lock. This was the first issue. I went to reception who eventually sent maintenance who had to fix the issue. That night, I noticed an unbearable smell in my bathroom that would come and go, a mixture of urine and chemicals which I fugured out came when the upstairs guests would use their shower or flush their toilet. I went to ask reception what could be done. Limited english meant they could not understand me properly and sent housekeeping with a bottle of airfreshner. Needless to say that did not resolve the issue, but since the hotel was full they could not move me. I tried to ignore the issue and spent most my time by the pool and outside the room. My room was right next to where they store the beer kegs, and for some reason they thought moving around and stacking kegs at midnight was a great idea. So loud and noisy, kept me awake. Not a good first few nights. By the third night, when I got back to my room the stench was unbelievable and I went downstairs and reqyested the nightshift manager come to my room to smell it himself. He confirmed it was terrible and he brought me a massive airpurifyer machine for the bathroom to try combat the smell. Said the issue required a technical fix and someone would vome tomorrow. No shock, the next day no one came to fix the problem, no one even asked me if the smell was gone. Housekeeping took the airpurifier out my bathroom and it wad clear there was zero communication and no one had any idea why the machine was in my bathroom and no one was informed that my bathroom required maintenance. So after lunch again I went to reception. Using google translate and showing them a visible leak from the sink pipe in my phone, they sent maintenance to my room. This is day 3 of conplaining. And STILL NO MANAGER came to speak with me or apologise or explain they were working on resolving the issue. I never once saw the manager or even knew who the manager of the hotel was. Very poor customer service. Eventually the maintenance man came to install a stop valve under the sink, which seemed to resolve the issue (that or the upstairs room was vacant). To say this was a very very poor experience is an understatement. Restaurant and bar staff were rude as well. Especially the tall man in the black shirt who seemed luke some manager. Never smiled or greeted anyone accept for the locals. Awful. The only friendly restaurant staff were Yusuf the chef and Zorbe who was lovely. The rest all seemed inconvenienced by guests. Serious lack of communication and managers are nowhere to be seen. Poor poor experience and I will never come back to this hotel.
The hotel is in a good location but that’s about as good as it gets. Food was terrible, never hot enough and some of the stuff they put out just looked horrendous. Cauliflower for breakfast for instance. If you wanted ice cream, it was served from 4-5 pm and that was it. We booked this hotel because it advertised evening entertainment, that was practically non existent, we had an acrobat one night, 15 mins and that was it, that was your evening entertainment. Very few seats even if there was anything to watch. If anything ran out in dining room, ie cups, glasses etc. nothing was replaced, you had to run round looking for someone to get it for you Rooms were cleaned with minimal effort . Would never return or recommend to anyone.
What a great hotel! Booked a side sea view room, expecting a restricted view, was a brilliant panoramic view! Food great, was AI, no need to eat out, something at every sitting and delicious! Staff so friendly and not in your face, as for Tony, the animation guy, such a lovely man and great to talk to! Would we return...already looking at next year but for longer than just a week! Thankyou for a great relaxing holiday!
