Best Hotel
Had an absolute blast best 7 days, absolutely amazing staff, very friendly people to be around especially Iclal , always laughing and smiling had a brilliant time with her!!
lovely 2nd holiday
we booked this as a cheapy 2nd holiday and its a great place for a little getaway
POOL while the pool is a decent size its far too deep I'm not a strong swimmer and I always use a float but its too deep also you have to be early birds to get a sunbed although the hotel tell you not to reserve beds before 8 am people still did some people reserved sunbeds and the sofas behind them and never used the beds which is quite selfish when theres limited space and beds
FOOD breakfast is average no nice croissants the bread was very average pancakes were lovely when they were cooked properly but a long wait for them I feel they should batch cook them before breakfast starts lunch at the pool bar was delicious lovely salads fried chicken and the pizzas were so nice the food is lovely at lunchtime dinner not so good but pretty much what you'd expect for an all inclusive out of 7 nights we only found the food good on 2 nights
ROOMS rooms are clean and were cleaned and replenished everyday but they are very small the safe was at the very bottom of the wardrobe which I found annoying and the aircon generator was at the bottom of the balcony instead of the top which blows out hot air which is not good when it's 40° outside so not a pleasant experience to sit out on the balcony
OVERALL having said all this we had a very nice week here for the price we paid and we did enjoy it we travelled with friends and we had a good laugh made memories and we did enjoy this hotel

Disappointed of the spar staff
The Attitude of the middle aged gentleman at the entrance of the spa was the worst part of are stay at the hotel he approached us to provide information about the spa service we politely thanked him and explained to him that the prices were not suitable for us before we leaving However as we walked away we hered him swear at us . A guest is under no obligation to purchase any service. Insulting customers behind their backs Simply because they chose not to buy something is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Having someone with this kind of attitude in the very first point of contact with guest seriously damages the hotels reputation and overall quality of its services
