Pasa Beach Hotel

Hotel is okay, with parts good but also some definitely not so good. Not sure why the reviews are so good unless other more balanced views are being removed perhaps? On the good side: Reception staff and support staff generally helpful and pleasant. Rooms clean but small in comparison to advertising pictures and other hotels previously stayed at in Marmaris. Location near beach good but be aware hotel is at the far end away from Marmaris centre but easily reachable by Dolmus. Bar staff quick and generally friendly with a couple of exceptions. Additional tv channels good for sports fans although picture quality mixed. Not so good: Food quality and variety limited. Breakfast -eggs/omelettes and lots of pastry/sweet pastry products. (Asked about sausage or bacon even once and told to go buy it outside in attached cafe!) Lunch was exactly the same every day. It was fine but some variety a couple of times a week would make it better. Evening meal had one good choice each evening eg roast beef, roast chicken etc but otherwise usually some meat swimming in some sauce. Usual availability of rice, pasta, chips, salad etc. Make sure any chicken kebabs are cooked through as a few tables near us had pink chicken more than once. If you attended kids entertainment you got a table near the stage for later entertainment. Otherwise you sat by hotel otherside of pool at a few tables or on some sunbeds around pool. Definitely too many people for the space available. Lack of space remained a theme for the old favourite subject of sunbeds. Beds were being reserved during the night with the best beds gone by 6.30 to 7am. Witnessed staff member reserving beds with pool floats, resulting in argument involving reception who told me they would have probably been paid money to do so and there was nothing they could do. Also during the day, people either got beds themselves or asked staff to move extra beds into any space available, blocking walkways and hemming people in. To move a few yards forward often resulted in climbing over obstacles creating safety issues. Staff not bothered. Too many beds in limited space. One bar in restaurant often closed or open for less than half an hour meaning only one bar for everyone at packed evening mealtime. Went in at 8.30pm one night for evening meal and food was being shut down or moved out at 8.50pm (closes at 9pm). Would ensure you go early. Entertainment team appeared to try but very basic eg aquarobics was mostly hitting the pool surface with a foam noodle. Overall, hotel is okay but that's it - definitely middle of the road.

Great entertainment team. Very friendly team especially Mamosh and Sam Bella ozzy Ashley Would highly recommend. A great range of activities for all.

We booked this hotel on the fact it was a 4 star hotel and needed a pool that my wife could walk into not have metal steps to climb as she had just had a new knee , we arrived on weds to be greeted by a friendly lad who helped us in with our cases checking in was so easy and everything was explained by the receptionist who was very happy to help , we was taken to our room to find a large bow on our door and two swans covered in petals made out of towels on our bed as it was our wedding anniversary. The rooms are very clean ,aircon is included also a very secure safe , plenty of wardrobe space with coat hangers . The bath room is well equipped shower is hot and powerful even a beach bag/ laundry bag is supplied and slippers. The food is beautifully presented in the restaurant and even on the daily snack bar which Is a welcome change food cooked fresh my favourite is the chicken kebab and wrap fresh salad . Drinks are not small measures so if your planing a none boozy holiday its not going to happen . The outstanding veiw for breakfast is magnificent out to sea what more could you want . Last but not least got to mention the entertainment staff working tirelessly to keep us going so much energy engaging every body in the days tasks even finding time to chat to us about our day and how my wife's leg is ( thanks Sam and Bella) this hotel should be a 5 star and is not to be missed we are still here 31/8/26 but are talking about coming back next year thanks to everyone u are amazing keep it up .
