This hotel is located in the centre of the Armutalan area with local shops and restaurants virtually on the doorstep. The Marina and Marmaris resort centre are 10 minutes away via the local dolmus transport system, which run from the dolmus station just outside the hotel. It's 95 km from Dalaman Airport. The family-run city hotel comprises a total of 85 comfortable rooms. Facilities on offer include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and a currency exchange facility. Furthermore, facilities include a bar and a restaurant as well as room and laundry services. Moreover, all rooms feature either a balcony or a terrace. Leisure facilities include an outdoor pool area, a sauna and various entertainment programme for children and adults.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We had a fantastic stay at Musti’s Royal Plaza and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great holiday experience.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the staff really do go out of their way to make sure you have a good time.
A very special mention must go to Ronaldo. He was absolutely brilliant throughout our stay — friendly, entertaining, helpful and always on hand with a smile. He really made a difference to our holiday and is a real credit to Musti’s Royal Plaza. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him, and his great personality made us feel genuinely welcome.
It’s staff members like Ronaldo who turn a good holiday into a memorable one.

We felt right at home from the minute we set foot in Musti's, thanks to the most incredible staff here! Atilla, Kenzo, Enes and every staff member were fantastic! They treated us like family and made us feel so welcome.
The pool is large and there were always plenty of sun loungers. Our room was also large, with plenty of open wardrobe space, shelves and drawers, plus a decent size balcony and mini fridge. The room was clean and the maid service was great too.
The bar area is comfortable, and we could never hear the noise in our room. You can end up racking up a bit of a bar tab, but that's to be expected having a couple of meals and few drinks in a day.
It's also lovely to be set a little further back from the madness in Marmaris, so you can dip in and out of it.
We will definitely be back at some point in future summers and would only recommend Musti's to anyone who wants to come explore Marmaris! Lots of love, Nat and Alex.
We stayed for 10 days and honestly cannot recommend this place enough. The room was lovely, spacious and more than enough for our stay, with a great shower. The pool was also a really good size with plenty of depth.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. I’ve travelled to many places over the years, and the staff here are genuinely some of the best I’ve ever come across. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, welcoming and friendly, and just all-round lovely people. They constantly go above and beyond to make sure you’re having a great time, and the entertainment they put on made the whole experience even better.
They genuinely made our holiday what it was, and we can’t thank them enough. Atilla, Kenzo, Enes and every other member of staff were amazing. There genuinely wasn’t a single person we could fault. We just wish we could remember everyone’s names because they all deserve a mention!
We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would happily come back again.

Absolutely lovely hotel and the most gorgeous bunch of staff. It was our first time in Marmaris and our first time in this hotel.. we just wanted a basic cheap holiday and came across this hotel but I’m so glad I did as I was in 2 minds as we always go for a bigger hotel and all inclusive. From arriving to leaving was amazing. I cannot thank the staff enough for how they looked after us, looked after the kids which my boys adored everyone of them. The food was gorgeous, even though its bed and breakfast which before I arrived I read a lot about people not liking the Turkish breakfast which I do love a good English breakfast so I was a bit like disappointed before arriving but I actually really enjoyed the Turkish breakfast all fresh salad, meats, cheese, bread etc nice and light also you do get the option for a full English which was gorgeous and cheap but I enjoyed the Turkish better! Also with not being all inclusive they give you the option to get a meal deal which worked out so well, you get breakfast and dinner or dinner and tea with desert or starter as a package, we done this day 2 and was perfect! Defiantly a good idea and cheaper! Also the Sunday dinners are so nice which they offer.. Family room was very spacious and very clean! Entertainment was great, staff all get involved and make it fun for everyone! Only thing I’d like if they had a bit of a kids entertainment a little earlier but my boys still loved it. I literally have no bad points at all and either did my partner, mother in law and my 2 boys 4 and 9. It’s defiantly a family ran hotel, they make you feel so welcome and treat you like family. We are defiantly going to go back to this hotel and we are looking forward to see the staff again! All so happy and involved, we were actually sad to leave and my boys got upset as they loved everyone of them and loved the hotel and the fun they had! Thank you for an amazing 10 days holiday! We will be back, UTB (the staff will understand this!)
