We stayed here 2 weeks said it was disbled amd ita not steps every were my wife fell aswell really hurt her rooms are rotton been bit my bed bug amd so did everyone else that stayed ther

Hotel is situated in a very good location, the staff work long hours and are very good, some say the look miserable please be mindful these guys work long hours in the hottest wether and try to make your experience as enjoyable as they can, Big shout out to Alkin, Dennis and Elvis who have been great with my kids and always stop to have a chat,
Rooms could do with more cleans during the stay but everyone's opinion was different I feel mine could have just been 1 that was missed, Reception staff very helpful, Dave from the shops also a great guy will stop and have a chat with you every day, Give the Tattoo shop a try too hes great. Atmosphere during the day is great night times could do with a little more bit thats only of the holiday makers were willing to stay in and give them a chance.
If I listed everything we hated about Maxwell Suites and the holiday we had from hell i will be here all day so I'll just give you the top ten: .I'm a wheelchair user and the hotel advertised that it was disabled friendly...what a joke there are steps everywhere . Just cause it has a lift and ramps into the building and another to get to the lift doesn't mean anything. .There was an infestation of bed bugs and ants and some guests had to move rooms up to 3 times. .On arrival at 3am the receptionist was only interested in selling WiFi, air-conditioning and use of the safe. He told me that the WiFi would cost £10 per device per day and wanted £150 for the air-conditioning for 2weeks. He failed to tell me that the hotel bar offered free WiFi, he also wanted everything to be paid in cash...no card payment accepted.I refused to pay for anything at that point but I spoke to the reception manager and she said the WiFi should be £1 daily and she ended up charging us £50 for the air-conditioning for the 2weeks. .My wheelchair couldn't fit in the bathroom and the shower tray filled up so quickly that we could only have a shower for roughly 3mins otherwise it would overflow and flood the bathroom. .The air-conditioning unit leaked water all over the patio which I slipped on twice and left me in even more pain. .The bar staff were arrogant and very argumentative with guests and if we weren't spending daily in the bar we were shunned and talked about to other guests. .The self-catering equipment was a joke, no oven or microwave barely any kitchen utensils just a rusty hot plate and a huge sauce pan. .Several bar staff were perverts and we witnessed several incidents where they acted inappropriately towards female guests and made both of us feel very uncomfortable. .The owner of the tattoo shop in the hotel grounds was very pushy and pressured guests into having a tattoo which included leaving a substantial non refundable deposit. Several guests changed their minds but then lost their money. The pool was the cleanest thing at Maxwell but it had NO shallow end or any steps to get in safely, it just had 2 metal ladder steps down the sides at each end so I had to be lifted in and out of it by my partner and help from other guests otherwise I wouldn't have been able to use it. There wasn't a shallow end the depth was 1.6 metres in most of the pool and 1.7 metres at the far end so I couldn't touch the floor at any point which was extremely dangerous for me. Fortunately we found a hotel round the corner which was far safer and the staff were fantastic. I can't even comprehend how any of the guests that stay at Maxwell can score them 4 or 5 because I want to give them ZERO but unfortunately I can't. ON THE BEACH need to stop using this hotel. we've saved all year to go on this holiday and it was awful from start to finish..absolutely horrendous 😫
We visit Maxwell twice a year, and have done for the last few years. Cem is so lovely and welcoming each time we go. Alkan and Elvis work such long hours at the bar and are so friendly and try to take good care of the guests.
Elvis was back this time, and he is great as always.
You need to try the Turkish bath if you go here, it is the best experience ever. The Thai massages are also 10:10 and Janna who does the spa is an angel.
There is also a lovely tattoo shop on sight which is very popular and Dave runs. He is always happy to help.
The rooms are a little dated, but the location is amazing, the staff are lovely, you meet such lovely people as well as have a lovely holiday.
