Very badly cleaned and maintained
On arrival was shown to our room. Air-conditioning not working, nowhere to sit in living room, shower broken, no safe(just paid for the safe). Very dated decor. Asked for another room. It was now about 2am, we where tired. Took the 2nd room. Woke in the morning, no kettle, no cutlery, no plates, no cups, no pans, (it was self catering),broken fidge, broken shower, broken internal doors, broken stool, broken chair, the safe was held on the wall by 2 screws and i could easily pull it off the wall as it was very loose, extremely dirty shower and bathroom, dirty bedroom, dangerous electrics with exposed wires, water came through the ceiling in the bathroom when i presume the people above had a shower. Other couples also complaining about the poor maintenance and cleanliness. We had them come to clean the bathroom. They did, it was nearly as bad when they left, they just shrugged there shoulders.

Do not book this place terrible staff dirty rooms cleaners that don't clean properly. Not a family hotel at all .staff that lie to you not worth wasting a penny over

DO NOT COME HERE ❌❌❌ Room is so unclean bedsheets disgusting Shower walls have kick holes in them The floor is vile makes your feet black when walking on it Smashed photo frames all on the hallways The outside doors do not work or close

The hotel staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. They make sure you feel welcomed and provide excellent service. The atmosphere at the hotel is very welcoming and friendly. Cleaners come in everday to make sure bins are emptied and beds are made. Hotel is not far from the beach and the main strip. You get whay you pay for and overall is a very nice hotel with wonderful staff.

Really disappointed with this holiday. We were in the block to the right as you come out of the hotel dungeon into the pool area. Our 1st room we were given on arrival was disgusting not cleaned, beds slept in dirty sheets and a complete mess. The room we were reallocated 306 bloody hell a death trap. Yes the hotel is old and dated but there is no excuse for the lack of cleaning! Our room #problems Old , tired and dirty. The balcony full of pigeon and bird droppings, broken balcony door, broken air con actually dripping water! The room was not serviced during a week. Only a towel change which I had to ask for. The hotel is so run down, broken sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas strewn everywhere, the hotel is very dark without lighting in lots of areas. Pool area could be better if it was tidied up with all the broken stuff removed! Sunbed issues everyday.
Pool bar was OK but very expensive. Not a lot for the kids to do. The old slide was switched on twice a day, the odd darts gene and Elvis well being Elvis..
The place needs to close and a full repair and refurbishment programme. Undertaking. We felt uncomfortable the whole time and couldn't wait to get home.
