This is an honest review based on what myself and my 21 year old daughter experienced while at Lalila Blue Suites. The location is excellent, close to the beach and bars and restaurants. Bus outside to take you to centre of Marmaris and Icmeler. The atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic. All of the staff go out of their way to be pleasant and helpful and just want you to have fun. I would note that the reception staff are not as helpful and this was a shame. They would not put our cases in the luggage room on our last day despite it being 10am and the luggage room being empty! The rooms are fantastic, very modern! We had a pool view on the 5th room and it was excellent. Food was lovely, BBQs by the pool were a nice touch! A cheese room in the restaurant which was something I have never seen before in any hotel! I loved the toastie station at breakfast and would loved for this to be at lunch as well as sometimes that’s enough! Restaurant staff were exceptional! Drinks were great, cocktails really good and the ice coffees were a great addition. Dilara who worked at the pool bar was such a friendly girl, really eager to help and she was an absolute credit to the hotel!! The only downside is the pool. The pool is lovely but small and therefore reserving loungers and then leaving them lying empty all day to go to the beach was not great. People also had 2 sets of towels as the sun moved and put 2 down for morning sun and then put 2 on other loungers. The management should look to having cards as they do in other hotels that get put down if you are not in your beds. If you are nit back in 45 minutes your towels are taken away. I would go back to any hotel that does this as I hate having to get up early to reserve the beds. People were putting towels down around 2am! The entertainment was great as well. The white party was fun. There is a band called the Drifters, it is not 60s music as in “The Drifters” so please go see them. It’s 2 girls and boy from South Africa and they were fantastic! Lastly the TUI rep Moe is just a sweetheart, lots of fun and just a helpful guy. We booked the boat trip with him which was well worth the money! A lovely boat and the lunch was great. The only thing I would say is that the steps to the sea are steep so keep this in mind if you have poor mobility. So yes all in all a great hotel but management please sort the sunbed situation as this would take you from 4.7 to 5!!
Gone November 2024 Nice hotel Kept awake by the fan machine outside the balcony Food nice Some staff need training on there customer service
This is a city hotel, about 20 minutes walk to the centre. The food is really good, they have cheese room with proper temperature, but the beverages aren’t very high quality. The service is really great, very helpful staff. There’s also very clear. Unfortunetly, rooms are really small. Our travell agency sells only standard rooms, also for a family with one child. It’s a mistake, we couldn’t get to a wardrobe, because an additional bed. That’s why I gave 4 not 5. The pool is also small, it’s city hotel not resort, but the animation team was excellent. Morning toga, aqua gym, darts, pool games were nice.
Just returned for our 2nd time here. Another excellent holiday in most ways . The only downside was the reception team who were rude and unhelpful. When you request things on your TUI booking it seems it’s a bother to them to answer questions. The TUI male rep was rude when we spoke to him about a few concerns he told us we needed to pay extra for these things ( low floor room) the hotel guest relations manager denied this , we were told to come back next day and see him and he was no where to be seen. The guest relations manager never acknowledged us for the rest of the holiday. Plus side we were treated like royalty by the restaurant manager and his amazing team of waiters & bar staff. Would we return yes .
Myself and my partner Tom stayed in this hotel for a week in June 2026. We had two massages each during our stay, they were amazing. Marco and the other staff in the spa were so lovely and we're so friendly and helpful. We are on our way back to the hotel this week and we can't wait to book in for more treatments in the lovely spa x
