Rooms are exactly as in the photos, so happy about that! Staff are truly lovely, so kind. Food is perfectly fine, no complaints at all.
Here’s what you should know: before booking I did my research – watched videos, checked reviews, and there was talk of White Parties, evening shows, all sorts going on. But now it feels like the season’s quietened down – all that bigger entertainment has stopped. Right now it’s just quiz nights, occasional bartender shows, that kind of thing. If you’re after lively evenings, proper entertainment or non-stop energy, definitely think twice. The hotel next door – Blue Bay Platinum – feels so much more alive: music by the pool most of the day, and from my balcony I can see they’ve got something on every single night.
Other little things: gym opens only from 9am, which is late if you like early workouts. Pool water’s quite chilly – though looking at nearby hotels, people seemed to be lounging more than swimming too, so it’s probably the time of year!
All in all I’m happy here – everything’s decent, nothing’s gone wrong. Just don’t come expecting a buzzing, busy hotel with big evening events – that’s not what you’ll get now. It’s calm, comfortable and nice – perfect if that’s what you’re looking for!
we stayed here for one week in september the hotel is amazing the rooms are always cleaned and modern, the entertainment team do a great job with the pool games making sure everyone’s happy , there’s a wide variety of drinks and food we will definitely be coming again. the beach is a 2 minute walk

Absolutely terrible hotels will not be visiting this again , the first night arrived the bold reception guy is very miserable and not very friendly, the room was nice and clean , the safe box and tv Channels is extra charge ,WiFi isn’t that great unless ur in the lobby, in the pictures the pool looked very big , is actually very small and crowded , they don’t give water bottles in any of bars only in cups , also the restaurant closes 9pm sharp , the food option were very similar most nights was bored of there food after a few days , all the restaurants staff were very friendly and greeted us everyday , if you had a issue there’s no managers available to speak to , there was a lady we spoke to , she was from consierge I think her name was delina very very rude , she could do with training how to speak to customer with a smiles , also she needs to be more respectful when customers are only requesting something , not asking she was very very patronising and scary to speak to after that , she really put us off coming to Turkey again, I have been coming to Turkey more than 15 yrs never come across a person that can be so rude to guest visiting any hotels , I would say this hotel is more 3 *not 5 *star due to all the standards , do avoid this hotel if your wana take your children this is not a child friendly hotel , the location of the hotel is great with lots shops out side the hotel ,
