Additional amenities at this property include wireless Internet access (surcharge), an arcade/games room and a hair salon.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
If you haven't been to Marmaris I will recommend you do. We have stayed at this place and overall I will rate this location a 4*. Hotel is clean and the food is better than other places we have visited before. If you looking for a hotel close to the beach then this is not for you. The town is not far and easy to get to. Downside ; sunbeds always a issue , good beaches a bit far, bad Wi-Fi and the drinks are too sweet. Will I recommend? Yes
Right let’s talk rooms, if your end up in the dilapidated block 3 you’ll be miserable the rooms are dated, cramped and worn out furnishings and sewage smells from the bathroom. The refurbished blocks are much nicer. Hotel, This is a noisy, extremely busy cramped property, if you get a pool facing room you will have no peace, as the only quiet and comfort is to be found in the room itself. Communal areas the air conditioning is switched off it can get uncomfortable quickly. The place is centred around kids who run amock for most of the day around the place and the pools and not well behaved at all. The pools are over capacity most of the day and you wouldn’t want to get in anyway with inconsiderate people in there. The evening entertainment is poor not a lot going on usually. Positives, the food is surprisingly good, tasty and fresh and we’ve not had any adverse effects. The staff are busy and overloaded but they try their best. The location is OK and the holidays reps attend regularly. Summary honestly it was OK. Suits certain types of people but I wouldn’t book a property like ever again - it was just not relaxing for our family.
Overall we wouldn’t return… the hygiene wasn’t good at all. Numerous times we tried to use the hotels public toilets and they were either paperless, no hand towels, we found period blood on the seats multiple times plus poo on the floor.
The bar and service staff were SO RUDE. no manners at all. Were very rude to the children and were lazy. They have no sterilising equipment to hire so ensure you bring your own. No life guards on around the pool and the kids were just running absolutely feral to the point where they were running up and down the closed off slides and smashing into smaller children in the pool.
Don’t expect to get a sun lounger because people are sleeping on them through the night and early hours in the morning to save spots. I’m talking 4:30 wake up call to ensure you have a bed and if you leave your beds for too long the staff take the towels and move them into storage.
Our aircon was broken and literally throwing out ice. We asked 3 days in a row for it to be sorted which they did, on our last day!
Drinks are definitely full of syrup and watered down. Don’t bother drinking
They tried to charge us £100 every time we bought our own food in. This being after staff stood in front of the queue for food refusing to let them open.
Overall this hotel is not ideal. Too overcrowded. To many people left to their own devices meaning it spoils it for others.
We have been here 4 years running now , its a absolute fantastic hotel. Location is perfect lots of bars and shop around the hotel and only a short walk to the beach also taxies right outside hotel . The atmosphere in the hotel is great all the staff couldn't do enough for you , the guest relation manager ozlem is very helpful in everything she does and professional. The hotel itself is spotless clean the rooms are cleaned everyday and fresh towels very modern rooms . The food is better then any other all-inclusive hotels ive stayed it , especially the snack bar !! plenty of drinks to choose from they even use captain morgans brand free of charge so your not getting cheap drinks . Free coffees every afternoon and lovely cakes. Its also worth getting a price to book direct also as we did it this year big thanks to deniz for all your help. Entertainment team are amazing there always busy Entertaining the guests and there are some great shows on an evening and bingo !
We again will be back next year Thank u julian club for another amazing holiday
Great clean hotel. Staff cant do enough for you. Yes you queue at the bar but not for.long. rooms were basic but very clean we were in block 1. Lovely comfy beds. Cleaners were lovely. Too many people for what hotel can hold so food time in restaurant was mad no where enough seats to be had. Must admit though snackbar food was better than restaurant choice. Pool was also overcrowded. Worse part was no sunbeds available after 7am... we used elsewhere. Good location and nice holiday xx
