Regarding sunbeds, in accordance with our hotel regulations, any towels placed on sunbeds around the pool area before 08:00 are removed by our team. Please kindly note that this rule applies only to the pool area, and there is no corresponding time restriction for the beach.

Our hotel provides more sunbeds than the total number of guests staying at the property. In addition to our main pool area, guests may also enjoy our Aqua Pool, heated indoor pool, and our extensive private beachfront, where additional sunbeds are available throughout the day.

Prime Beach Hotel offers an extensive all-inclusive dining concept including hot dishes, grilled specialties, salads, cold starters, desserts, snack options, and seven different themed dinner buffets throughout the week. We are sorry if you experienced delays in finding a table during peak dining hours. Your comments have been shared with the relevant department managers for further evaluation.

Regarding smoking, in accordance with Turkish legislation, smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of our hotel. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

We arrived at 5am. We were put into two groups on the same floor..this we did not really mind, however, on entering the room. To our horror it was already occupied by someone else. Obviously I went and complained to the reception..The reception said. "I will have to see if I have another room for you" he said he 'upgraded' us, but it was on the other side of the complex..which was the only room available..so we were far apart from the rest of the family.. luckily the eldest was 19 otherwise me and my partner would.have to have slept on different sides of the hotel. We also had to try and find were our rooms were as no one was available to take us to them..the rooms are obviously basic. No real designated smoking areas so people were smoking over my children at the kids pool.. The food was ok. The only good thing was the night entertainment and the animation staff..Angel in particular was always on hand and made a fuss of my daughter..the bar guys were engaging too, smiley and friendly, just the waiting staff in the buffet area didn't seem too keen to engage.

For the price..I do not think it was worth it. Considering it was meant to be a 5 star resort..I left feeling disappointed. Rooms: 3/5 | Service: 3/5 | Location: 3/5

Hotel highlights Great view, Child-friendly

Have just returned from a family holiday 6 adults and 1 child first impressions hotel dated as are rooms ,but adequate and spotlessly clean ,first night my husband and i were woken by our door being open at 3am in the morning when my husband jumped up a couple and a child had entered our room apparently they had the same room number they left and my husband went down to reception the next day they were very opologetic and we were given a friut bowl and a bottle of wine.We never had problems getting sunbeds for all of us as pool is cordened of until 8 o,clock but some mornings people were running and throwing towels to get a prime, spot beds on top of each other but just get cosy with youre neighbour!pool very busy but this is what you expect from a family hotel.We had a visit to the spa which was an amazing experience with the hammam and the childs chocolatespa followed by the massage ,however i feel the entrance and waiting areas could do with a bit more ambience as didnt seem very inviting.Food was good several food stations offering different choices always found something to eat cannot understand why people say its repetitive,special thanks to Apo who always found us as a large group a table ,all staff very hard working.Lastly our daughter had a vertigo attack and ended up being rushed to hospital she was seen immediately treated and came back later that day with a follow up appointment the next day given meds for it thankfully she had insurance as it was quite costly ,the service was first class from start to finish word of advice take out holiday insurance.All in all good family resort.

Visited the end of July with 2 teenage daughters, our first visit to Marmaris. Beautiful location right on the beach with gorgeous Mountain Views. The hotel was busy being school holidays but plenty of sunbeds and there wasn’t huge queues in the restaurant or bars. Food was fantastic, plentiful and so many choices, always found something to eat. Hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms slightly dated but cleaned to a high standard daily. I’ve never been to a hotel with so many staff, every staff member we encountered was friendly, polite and had a smile. Entertainment staff were great, Rose is hilarious! Also, shout out to Cafu at the pool bar and Simmin in the restaurant who really made us welcome. I’m coming back in October and I never go to the same hotel twice!
