The hotel is approximately 4 km away from the Marmaris city centre, 50 km from the city of Mugla and 110 km from Dalaman airport.
The hotel has 114 rooms in total including 2 disabled rooms. The clients can enjoy cool drinks at the pool bar which is open from 11.00 h to 23.00 h.
All rooms are equipped with satelite TV, telephone, minibar, split air-conditioner (cooling and heating), parquet floor bathroom, WC, hair dryer and extra charge safe. The rooms, with pool view or garden view, also have balcony or terrace
The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool. It offers daytime activities such as waterball, dart, table tennis and billard. The clients can also enjoy Turkish nights, barbecue & grill nights, special dance shows and revues at nights. Between 11:00-16:00 hours fitness,Turkish bath and sauna, other all pool and kids area possibilities, dart, billard and table tennis are free of charge.
The hotel offers service including breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner buffets.
The hotel is actually quite nice, clean and well maintained. The staff are pleasant and try their best to be helpful and accommodating. However, a stay here may prove to be disappointing if you have stayed at other 4 start all inclusive hotels. The rooms are a lot smaller than usual but in good condition with a pleasant decor. The first thing we noticed was the near total lack of storage space. There is one small wardrobe and despite being a double room, only one bedside cabinet with a small drawer. Why not two?? There is plenty of room for another and a chest of drawers. There is no storage space at all in the bathroom. The shower is quite hard to get into unless you are really slim. There is a fridge and water and juice do get replenished. However, the tea and coffee are not and only paper cups are provided which is 2 star at the most. If you like you mattress hard, then you will sleep OK. The pool area is far too small for the hotel and the number of guests. Leaving aside the fact that some sad acts reserve their beds with towels at 2am or earlier, the pool area becomes very crowded very quickly. This with the incessant loud music and haze of smoke from the selfish smokers and vapers, the poolside becomes an unpleasant and claustrophobic place to be. The pool itself is well maintained with no damaged tiles. The pool is 150 cm deep all round which did pose a problem. No towels are provided. The food was although with lesser choice than we are used to. Timing is essential if you want hot fresh cooked food as it can stand for a long time. I didn't drink many spirits so cannot comment on the strength of the alcohol, but there did seem to be a problem with the beer being flat a lot of the time. There is a TV in the room and you can buy UK channels to watch. I did not notice whether other countries had to do this.
The hotel is clean and tidy, food is a little repetitive hope you like chicken, the staff are friendly and helpful. Where the hotel does fail is pool area is far too small for the size of hotel you have to be up and about between 6 & 7am to get a sunbed, there are plenty of sunbeds just nowhere to put them. the entertainment is almost non existent and the alcohol is that weak you have very little chance of getting even a little tipsy. We ended up buying alcohol in the town and bringing it back to the hotel to drink
Location - just off the main road, so quiet but easy access to shops, bars and restaurants and taxis/buses
Hotel - looks amazing, rooms are brilliant and clean, really welcoming and friendly. Very well sign posts for all the amenities
Food - absolutely amazing, I normally struggle with food in hotels but I loved everything I ate and went back several times. Usual fare but all very tasty.
Drinks - efes on tap which was great, usual local sprite and soft drinks. Self serve coffee machines and iced coffee in the cafe.
Staff - all staff were friendly and helpful, kept the hotel spotless, literally you drop a bit of food on the floor and they are there cleaning it up.
Spa - my absolute favourite part of my holiday. All the staff (Deniz, Esra and Iikar) made you feel like they were your best friends and helped to keep you relaxed which was great for the Turkish bath and massages we had(we were in there nearly every day) and I recommend getting at least a Turkish bath when you get here.
Things that could be better - I found the sun beds to be uncomfortable and would say they need a cushion.
Overall I will definitely be visiting again and as many times as I can. Definitely the best hotel I've stayed at.
Nice clean and friendly hotel,, food is half decent with plenty of choice unfortunately the pool area is too small for the hotel and if you fancy setting your alarm early you won't get a spot and as they have no private beach its going to cost as the beaches are mainly privately owned and the rest you are required to pay for drink and food for the duration,, overall it,s ok but not worth a second visit
We booked The Ideal Pearl via Easy Jet holidays as a last minute holiday and we were very pleased we did. The hotel is so clean, everything from pool, restaurants to rooms is always spotless, hotel staff are very friendly, room was a generous size with great shower, the location is great, very short walk to shops and the beach, buses to Marmaris centre and Icmeler stop on main road and cost £1. Food was good, loads of choice, fresh cooked omelettes in the morning. Bottled water a juice in the room everyday and tea/coffee making facilities. Free air-con & safe in rooms.
Would deffo recommend this hotel as great value for money. Only thing that let it down was the entertainment but it was late in season, so maybe the main staff had gone home as only darts and an evening show.
