This beautiful hotel is located in the heart of Marmaris, where the magical blue of the Aegean Sea and green pines combine to create fabulous natural surroundings. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of this establishment. Guests will find restaurants within some 300 m of the hotel and bars and clubs are located around 1 km away. This family friendly club resort is ideal for holidaymakers and business travellers alike. It provides a relaxing yet lively atmosphere with bright and modern dΓ©cor, excellent accommodation, service and facilities. In addition to the wide range of facilities the hotel offers, a kids' club and a playground is also included. It is truly the perfect choice for couples and families of all ages. Guests can retire at the end of their day to the spacious, modern, comfortable and well-equipped rooms which have one king-size or 2 twin beds plus a sofa bed.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 2 outdoor swimming pools, a water slide and an outdoor tennis court. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room. Getting to the surf and sand is a breeze with the complimentary beach shuttle.
What to say and where to start. Lets start with the positives. Rooms are a good size. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. Communal areas very clean. Some nice modern fixtures and fittings especially in the courtesy room. Reception staff very helpful, there is also an electronic scale in reception to weigh your bags before departure. (If you dont know Dalaman airport are very strict on baggage allowance). The entertainment team work hard and long days. They did pizza making with the kids. That was well organised. Did not like that they sold the entertainment team tshirts. It was hard to see who was employed and who were holiday makers. The kids splash pool was great. The outside toilets by the grill were very clean and modern. Now the not so good. Crammed in around the tiny pool like sardines. Its was swim, water polo and the water slide all at the same time. The restraunt is tiny with a small selection of food. One night was curry night. A lot of people walked down to Marmaris to eat as no alternatives. Can honestly say no staff stood out as being helpful Breakfast was limited. Usual pastries breads cold meats scrambled egg. Very hard baked beans. . Cereal. Omlette or scotch pancakes cooked outside. The tiniest of cups you needed at least 6 to make a decent drink. There are coffee machines around reception which is great if you like coffee not if you prefer tea. Again served in the tiniest of paper cups. One night we had heavy rain the restraunt was rammed people waiting to sit so clearly not enough seating. There was nowhere to sit other than in your room or reception. There were a few tables by the outside bar but you go soaked getting to it. The drinks were watered down (not by the rain) There was never a quiet time apart from when everyone went to bed. There were lots and lots and lots and lots of children even though UK schools were back so more a family hotel. Not roudy at night as everyone had the kids in bed. We were put a room on arrival. No air, very dark and looked out onto a wall of the building opposite. In fairness they did move us to a much better room the next day with a great view. (Room 7001) We fixed the sliding french doors ourselves as they wouldnt slide. The beds were shocking the sides collapsed when you sat on them and they had huge dips in them... well past their best. We used the matress off the z bed to try and give our poor bodies some respite. The hotel is a good 15min walk into Marmaris. There is also a VERY steep hill to access the hotel. When we arrived we had to lug our cases up steps ourselves. . Some will say its a great place but it definately wasn't for us. What put us off as well whilst we were there the 'annual pest control spraying' took place. After this we saw lots and i mean lots of cochroaches.
3 star hotel at best. Gym needs upgrade. Food and drinks weren't the best. Sun loungers packed in like sardines. The only positive was the entertainment team. Was happy to return to the UK and would not recommend this hotel at all . This was my 15th time to Turkey and this is the worst hotel I have stayed in
I dont normally do reviews but this Hotel deserves one, me and my partner went with our 2 year old girl. The hotel itself is brilliant the room was great balcony was small but I dont go away to sit on the balcony. The reception staff are very friendly and also the kitchen and bar waiting staff. The Entertainment staff Denis John Lucifer π and Barny are none stop fun they work so hard and put 110% percent effort in to make your stay as good as possible. My little one loved them. Also a big mention to Sebo, Albert and even the two girls who look after all the kids they all work so hard to entertain. All in all a superb hotel that is a great price if you want a fun relaxing family hotel it has everything you need. I will be back same time next year I hope to sell all the same staff who made it a special holiday for us. See you soon π π
We had an amazing holiday! Absolutely loved it! Staff are amazing! Especially with our little girl who is 2. Lucifer Dennis and Barney were her favourites! Sebo really looked after us also! Albert was also another favourite :) thank u so much guys! We hope to see u all next year as the staff are the reason we are coming back! Xxx
Friendly hotel, good for families, had a lovely time everyone was so welcoming, hairdressers was a bonus for multiple services. Very nice people.
