Halici Hotel

We’ve just come back from our vacation and while my memories are still fresh I would like to leave a review about the Halici hotel…We’ve been here for 2 weeks and I got a lot to say…. First of all, I wanna say thank you for an amazing holidays we had bcuz of your lively place !!!

1. The most perfect location this university has. 3-5 minutes walking to the public beach (which btw was clean and comfortable to swim in), 10mins walking to the centre and main attractions including a picturesque and colourful old city that amazed us with its beauty, style and vibe!!! All needed stores, pharmacies, restaurants etc are few minutes walking so it’s like this hotel is in the middle of the heart of Marmaris ❤️
2. Territory. The hotel is not huge but with a nice territory that even during high season is enough to make you feel comfortable… it’s has a place to swim (two pools), kids’ playground, pool bar, lawn for concerts or just for kids to play etc etc… very nice place to stay even if you are not in the mood to walk around the city
3. guys, FOOD!!! I love to eat and I enjoyed my staying there on a 100%!!! The food was crazily delicious and different for each taste. We had enough of different types of meat (mostly chicken, turkey in various options), we had tasty fish, different desserts and etc. the chef is amazing because all meals were tasty and to be honest there wasn’t anything that I would mark as not delicious ❤️
4. Animation. Was enough , like once in two days and really different ! Turkish dancers, magician , music. ! I loooved the guys with the guitar and violin and belly dancer most of all!!!! Amazing !!!!
5. And of course, STAFF! Amazingly kind, cheerful and helpful! Staff members that make the atmosphere even more peaceful and comfortable ❤️😇

I would highly recommend this hotel which is suppose to be higher than just 3stars and definitely coming back next year and bringing along my whole family ))) (room 350, Olalere Olga)

We went there with our kids and parents. The hotel employees are very friendly and give you a family feeling. They are also helpful. The hotel is super clean and they are really always cleaning. I never saw dirt or water. Even they clean the escalator twice a day. The food is extremely good and excellent ingredients. And when one time an English tourist was screaming at night they solved the problem and sent us all an excuse note with delicious Turkish fruit

They also have snacks in the afternoon and coffee with all sorts of cake.

I almost cried when we left. Especially when the extremely friendly security asked for a picture with him

My daughter and I stayed at Halcıo Hotel from August 11th to August 24th, 2026.

From the very first day, we felt genuinely safe, comfortable, and at home. From the security staff and reception team to the restaurant staff and housekeeping, every single employee went above and beyond to help us and make our stay enjoyable.

For me, one of the most important things in a hotel is feeling safe. I was able to leave my belongings, bags, and personal items without worrying about them. Knowing that I could leave my things without any concern gave me a wonderful sense of security.

I can also say with confidence that this is a very family-friendly hotel. My daughter and I felt extremely comfortable throughout our entire stay.

One of my biggest concerns with all-inclusive hotels is always the food. After paying for an all-inclusive holiday, you sometimes worry that the food might be disappointing. At Halcıo Hotel, however, we experienced exactly the opposite. The food was genuinely delicious. Every single day, there were wonderful and tasty meals prepared for us. And the pides were absolutely incredible!

I would especially like to thank Mr. Taner and his entire kitchen team from the bottom of my heart. The effort and care they put into the food every day really showed.

A special thank you also goes to Mr. Arif, one of the managers Armağan, Nuri, Alican, and everyone whose names I unfortunately cannot mention individually.

The lady who cleaned our room also made a beautiful little surprise for us. When we entered our room and saw the hearts she had prepared for my daughter and me, we were genuinely touched and very happy. Sometimes a small gesture can become one of the most memorable parts of a holiday. ❤️

I would also like to thank Özgür Bey for being so kind and accommodating when we asked if Turkish music could be played. Even though there were guests from many different countries, he immediately accepted our request and changed the music for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel especially welcome.

The hotel’s location is also excellent. It is very close to the town centre, and getting to the sea is very easy.

Honestly, leaving the hotel made me a little sad. I think we developed a small emotional connection with the place and, most importantly, with the people working there. Everyone was genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming. They made us feel less like customers and more like guests visiting friends.

I obviously cannot name every single employee, but I want to sincerely thank everyone who contributed to our stay — from security and reception to the kitchen, housekeeping, and all the other members of the team.

My daughter and I made some truly beautiful memories here.

For anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, welcoming, and family-friendly place for a holiday, I can wholeheartedly recommend Halcıo Hotel.

It was a beautiful experience for us, and although we left with a little sadness, we took many wonderful memories with us. ❤️
