Entertainment team were brilliant especially Freddo, Aru and Monica and the rest of the team. Food was great. Hotel room amazing and had the best view of the islands. Hotel was spotless and staff so helpful. Pool party is fantastic. Day time activities were great and had the most amazing holiday. Will be back next year.

Location really good on the main road that leads to the marina & local bus outside to icmeler. Lots of shops & restaurants outside, the Forum across the road is really good for clothes & beauty/hygene products, especially the Turkish sponge soap!! Hotel has a good atmosphere & staff are generally friendly. The main pool is extremely busy with families etc but the 16+ pool is quiet & calm. Room was a decent size & view of the sea/mountains was stunning!! There is a shop/hairdresser/beautician/tattoo shop inside the hotel. The food served was varied, there were themed nights at dinner & stage acts/shows after dinner. Service was really good & often the waiter just brought us our drinks without even asking for another one. One of our waiters was outstanding but we didn’t get his name… I would definitely stay here again
We arrived a bit early than usual,(great), welcomed by the reception staff,all very efficient,taken to our room,the room was really nice with a fantastic view of the sea and hotel grounds.We had a brilliant welcome back by the two awesome guys behind the bar, Mehmet Ali and his side kick Hazarr.As usual the food is awesome so much variety,if you can't find something to eat from the massive selection.So we eventually met Meltem she is absolutely brilliant,Ali as well he was very attentive,and the other waiters were friendly and helpful.Yusuf, Hussein, thanks so much,the quiet pool is great for relaxing and the pool guy is very customer focused, getting water for everyone making sure the area was kept clean,Kemer and Aydin on the bar were great .It's a nice walk to the beach but it does get very busy with people putting towels on the sun beds early,the pools are nice(just a bit chilly.).the main bar does get busy,but Mehmet Ali and Hazarr do a fantastic job making sure everyone gets served.Thanks guys you are brilliant.so I have to mention Silaa,(so much fun ,you are awesome.)Yagmurr,You are brilliant too and Elif, thanks for being so helpful and efficient,making our holiday great .All the management team were very friendly and the bar captain.There is wide choice of food being cooked outside all fresh but it does get busy,my absolute favorite is the exquisit Chinese food cooked by Berna,(your noodles and crispy chicken is sooo delicious ) Thanks.Thanks to everyone else in the hotel.Our holiday was just awesome.Thankyou.
