We stayed here as a family of 3 last year and couldn’t wait to return. We booked a 10 night stay and upgraded to a sea view on arrival. The hotel is very clean and tidy and nothing is any trouble for the staff! We loved the themed nights in the restaurant - there is so much choice and the presentation is fantastic. Our waiter Enes was fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us - the princess is missing her ice cream! The entertainment was fantastic both day and night - something for everyone and we throughly enjoyed the shows. The location is perfect with so much to do in the local area. I would recommend a boat trip to the villages down the coast - Turunc or Icmeler. If you have time, the day trip over to Rhodes was my favourite. Only negative - the gym and spa does not open until 9am. We can’t wait to return next year :-)
What an amazing holiday! We come here every year and every year it gets better. Food was great! We loved Turkish night especially. Kids Club!! WOWWWW, we absolutely loved the girls in the kids club. Libbi and Zekiye was absolutely fantastic with my children. They remembered their names from last year as soon as we seen them! That was so cute. We loved the kids club this year they made lots of nice changes around the kids club and it looks amazing however I must say we are so upset as a family about the night programme being cancelled. Kids club is brilliant but why take away the night programme? And nobody was informed beforehand. We as a family specifically come here just for the night programme. And we came to learn it’s not on anymore. I really hope management take a look at this for next year and make the change back to usual. Entertainment!!! AMAZING. We think that this year was the best year for entertainment, the shows every night are absolutely perfect, then every night it follows to the volo bar. What more could you want! Non stop entertainment. The team are so good aswell, so much energy and the games throughout the day was so much fun, the inflatable game was our fave, so fun to do with my children too! Also water aerobics was fab, loved the music choice! We also loved the fact they do song request time around the pool. Such a nice idea. We’ve already booked for next year!!! Thanks so much diamond. Been coming for years. Food is very good. Very clean hotel. But each year we come back for the location and the kids club. However this year we was a little disappointed to hear that the kids club is now not open on an evening. As a parent this really did just give me an hour to myself and my little boy loved cinema night in the kids club. I think this should be brought back.
Well what can I say about this hotel. We have had many many holidays and travelled all over Europe and i can honestly say hands down this is the best family hotel we've ever stayed at. From the service to the facilities to the food everything was great. The staff were impeccable with. Stand out being yusef our server at meal times. He really went above and beyond to make ourselves and the children feel special without him the holiday would not have been the same. The food although having mixed reviews there was something for everyone everyday. The quality and presentation was brilliant with great choices at the snack bar meaning most days we didn't even go to the main dining area for lunch. The rooms were spacious and kept very well and the maids were lovely too. If I had to find a negative id say our rooms air-conditioning wasn't the greatest but thats a minor issue as they issued me a second room card to keep my aircon on while I was away from the room. Cannot recommend this hotel enough for families.
We stayed at green nature diamond for 10 days and it was one of the best stays we’ve ever had in an all inclusive hotel. Everything about this hotel was brilliant. The entertainment team (especially fredo and eylul) were absolutely amazing, so so friendly and welcoming and know how to have a good conversation and a laugh. The food was brilliant and switched up every night and was something for everyone. The location was great, close by to all the shops and bars however not noisy at all. The room were very spacious and was cleaned everyday. The pool was very spacious as well, drinks were good. Definitely would stay here again 100% :)
