Not to the standard expected in this price range
During our check in we were placed in a ground floor room right beside the bar and service entrance, we asked as soon as we arrived if we could move as it would be an issue with the bar and my young son. We were told there was nothing available but to come back the next day as they have one then. I went to reception 3 different times the next day as I was told to keep coming back at different times times then at 2pm we were told no rooms available and we could try coming back everyday to check unless we wanted to upgrade for £200 just now . I paid this to get out of the current room as we had all barely slept with the bar and the noise of hotel staff taking out bins throughout the night. When we arrived at the new room our key door was broken so couldn’t leave and enter again so we sat waiting for the repair man to come which took 2 hours so really the whole first day was a write off dealing with reception and waiting on maintenance.
We enjoyed most of rest of the holiday as the weather was fantastic but come the end I decided I would complain as I really wasn’t happy that I had to fork out £200 at the very start just to get a nights sleep so I took it to the customer relations who listened, said they would speak to the manager who was sitting right behind us and refused to come explain herself. She just sent the customer relations girl back over who said that when we return next time we could get a free extra al a cart meal. We won’t be returning and we told them this and they just said “well sorry that’s all we can do”. It was super disappointing and even after listening to us to assume we would come back. Paid over £4k for the holiday and the first day was basically a write off.
We also experienced glass in one of our foods one night, blood on our bed sheets and fighting amongst teenage kids at the pool also. Wasn’t really what we had in mind for a resort in this price range.

10/10 service and atmosphere!
The hotel is amazing ! The best hotel in Marmaris by far ..Cleanliness is 10/10 .. The staff are the ones who make your holiday to remember! Mehmet and Oscar from pool bar and volo bar make the best cocktails! Special thank you to Fatih who always looked after us at dinner time and always knew what we needed before we even go to ask for it ! Amazing guy ! Thank you for making our holiday special! Fab hols with great Friends
Just spent 9 days here and have had the best time, the staff are amazing especially the entertainment staff Freddy, Borat, Eylul and Aru who were all so friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend this hotel to others

EXCELLENT HOTEL
The hotel was extremely welcoming and positive, the animation team were one of a kind, never seen a team more dedicated!! Shout out to Eylul, she made it even better!!! The buffet had loads to chose from and was excellent quality!!! Will definitely be coming back!!!
