Green Nature Diamond Hotel

Just arrived home from 11 days as a family of 10, with 2 young children. Had an amazing time, hotel is beach front and a good central location. Staff were friendly, polite and nothing is too much trouble, spotlessly clean too. Food is fantastic, chefs do an amazing job, plenty of choice and good quality both inside and out. We enjoyed the turkish night, it was great. Waiters are very attentive, will serve drinks to your tables, a special shout out to the outside waiters Yousef and Husyain. We used the on site spa, big shout out to Ian who looked after us all. We had the turkish bath on our 1st day, it was an amazing experience so we went back on our last day too, the girls work so hard and give the best massage I have ever had.

We especially enjoyed the option of an adults pool area. This was a lovely break from the main family pool, could always get a sunbed and the pool guy with the straw hat, would bring you water round and get you a umbrella.

Overall great experience, would definitely recommend for a great family AI.

We have just had the most amazing holiday at Green Nature Diamond in Marmaris and honestly didn’t want to leave! We even extended our holiday by an extra four nights, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, so we’re moving to the brand new Green Nature Sarigerme, which only opened in June.

The staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. Every single member of staff was friendly, welcoming and always had a smile on their face. The housekeeping team went above and beyond, cleaning our room every day to an exceptionally high standard and restocking the mini fridge with drinks daily.

The hotel grounds were immaculate, with staff constantly cleaning and keeping everything looking spotless. The food was always good, with plenty of choice at lunch and dinner. If I had to be really picky, I would say there could have been a little more choice at breakfast, but that’s the only minor criticism I have.

The location is perfect, right on the beachfront, making it ideal for walks along the promenade. The staff in the on-site shops were also lovely and very friendly.

The evening entertainment was fantastic and something we looked forward to every night. If I was being very picky again, I’d say the daytime entertainment around the pool could have had a bit more variety, as some of the games became repetitive.

The only real disappointment was the sunbed situation. By around 6am, most of the sunbeds had already been reserved with towels, and unfortunately nothing was done about it. We were on holiday to relax and didn’t want to be setting alarms to join the “sunbed wars” every morning. It would have been much fairer if staff removed towels that had been left before a set time, giving everyone an equal chance of getting a decent sunbed. This was the only issue that we felt the hotel could improve.

Our room was spacious, the beds were really comfortable, and there was plenty of wardrobe space. As we stayed for 10 days, we were entitled to one à la carte meal. We chose the Italian restaurant and it was absolutely fantastic, with excellent food and brilliant service.

Without a doubt, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marmaris, and we will definitely be returning next year. We’re looking forward to spending the rest of our holiday at Green Nature Sarigerme and can’t wait to see what it’s like!
