Hi first of all I want to say some positive things, firstly most of the hotel staff are absolutely fantastic. There were a few negative things I’d like to mention, Having to wake up at 5am to get sun beds is an absolute joke but I see why people do it, secondly the food is very repetitive unless you like chicken or turkey. I mean come on there is only so many ways you can dress up chicken and turkey. The rooms are very small and the showers are not the best. Now here is a really sore point, please Avoid one of the Reps in the Hotel that goes by the Name of Joe which I’m sure isn’t his real name, he sold us a Trip to Aqua dream water park, filling my kids heads with how good it was, well let me tell you if you value your Children’s safety stay away from at all cost, one of my children broke her fingers within 25 minutes of being in the park, no doctor on site but on the plus side there was someone about 17 years old in charge of First Aid 😂. We left the park after 45 minutes due to my other child saying she didn’t feel safe when we witnessed one of the 6 life guards for the whole park ask a Turkish visitor to assist sending people down the water slides when he wasn’t even employed by the park. When I reported this I was laughed at as if children’s safety was a joke absolutely disgusting. When I spoke with the Rep on returning from our 45 minutes at this disgusting park I was promised a refund which never actually arrived in my account. I even apparently spoke to his boss via video call although it was probably the guys Dad.😂. The hotel did little to help me resolve this even though they allow this Rep to work out of their Hotel. Would I stay here again absolutely not. On the plus side me and my Family meet a lovely couple who will be life long friends. Thanks for nothing Grand ideal premium.

We have just come back from 2 weeks at this hotel and we’ve had a great time, the hotel is in a great location. Shops in both directions outside and if you turn left and walk down the side of the hotel, you’ll be at the beach front in just a few minutes. The hotel is very clean and our room, 332, was a family suite on the 3rd floor. This room had a double in the bedroom and 2 singles in the main part plus a lovely bathroom with everything you could need. There were balconies of both rooms which was a bonus. The TV didn’t have very many English channels, just BBC News I think, although we weren’t there to watch telly so it wasn’t really an issue for us. The shower was a little tricky to get the temp right as it had a habit of going cold sometimes but Türkiye is very hot in summer so again, not necessarily an issue. There was a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks by the pool finishing at 4 and the pattiserie opening at 4 with biscuits, cakes and savoury pastries. We didn’t find the food to be the greatest but we didn’t go hungry either. The choices were a little repetitive in the buffet, however, there was an outside section with meats etc which was usually my favourite area. Lots of desserts but again, repetitive. Lots of brightly coloured cakes but they all sort of tasted the same. There was usually a large cake that was always iced differently but was always a vanilla sponge with a chocolate chip and banana filling, tasted lovely but was always the same. Blancmange, baklava and ice cream were the other options. The pool was lovely and big but was deep throughout, no shallow section. There was a little kiddies pool too though. A couple of slides that were open on and off during the day. Sun beds…I would say there were lots of them but the early bird deffo catches the worm. People unashamedly reserved beds every day. We got down at 0645 and then spent the rest of the day there. When we got there there were loads of beds reserved and these people often didn’t make an appearance until about 9.30-10. You probably would still get a bed a bit later than this, but I doubt an umbrella. We’re early risers so not too bad for us but here I would definitely say you snooze you lose. All in all we had a great time. Clean hotel, lovely staff, nice big pool and air conditioned rooms. Not a bad way to spend a fortnight.
Great hotel , very friendly staff. Mini disco was great for the kids. Very clean hotel would defo come again !!
Location is in a super great place right by the beach! Entertainment team are amazing Omar, Diego DJ and Ozzy they really try to get everyone involved within the atmosphere. Rooms are good value for money.
