Make the most of the Meditteranean's year-round sunshine on a lounge chair on the beach or at one of the hotel's 2 pools, or sip on something cold at their beach bar or pool bar.
The Elegance International offers an abundance of facilities, including a spa and wellness centre, health club, selected sports facilities, watersports* and a kids' club. For those looking for some pampering, the on-site Turkish bath (hammam), steam bath, sauna and jacuzzi may be just the ticket.
With a choice of 3 restaurants and 5 bars, guests are spoilt for dining and drinking options. The beautifully decorated Bouganville restaurant offers Turkish and international culinary treats in an open buffet, and guests can opt for the à la carte restaurant at a fee.
The hotel's elegantly furnished en-suite rooms are air-conditioned and guests can make use of the mini bar (stocked daily with water), satellite TV and safe. Room service and in-room Wi-Fi are also available.

Amazing hotel.. lovely restaurant and food. Great swimming pools, one no music but nice waterfall, the other with loud music and some activities. Pontoon out to sea with cushions and music playing was really nice as the beach isn’t great in Marmaris. Not really a beach at all. Hotel is great location to walk left to quieter area and right along the promenade to the marina with shops and great restaurants, loads of boat trips etc..
We came back again to Elegance Hotel because it used to have a truly international atmosphere. Unfortunately, this has changed completely.
During our recent stay, the hotel feels overwhelmingly dominated by russian guests — certainly more than 50%, although we cannot know the exact percentage. What has changed most noticeably is the music. Russian songs are now played repeatedly throughout the day, including during relaxing mornings by the beach. Songs such as “Matушка Земля” are particularly uncomfortable and inappropriate in an international hotel and, in my opinion, present—playing a highly nationalistic russian song loudly can reasonably be perceived as disrespectful or provocative can be upsetting not only for Ukrainians but for guests of many nationalities.
We raised this concern with the DJ, reception, and Guest Relations. We have still received no proper feedback or indication that anything will be changed. Instead, the response we received focused mainly on explaining how many russians guests are staying at the hotel, which unfortunately gives us the impression that nothing will change. We have absolutely no issue with guests of any nationality. However, when staying at an international hotel in another country, we expect an international atmosphere.
This is very disappointing, especially because we remember Elegance as a much more international hotel. We sincerely hope management will take this feedback seriously and restore the international atmosphere that made us want to return.
The hotel used to feel much more international. Unfortunately, that has clearly changed. Today, a large amount of russian music is played on the beach during relaxing hours, sometimes including strongly nationalistic russian songs. As a Ukrainian guest, I find this uncomfortable and inappropriate. We raised the issue with the DJs, but the answer was simply that there are many russian guests, so they play russian music. The hotel has changed, and so has its guest mix — there are clearly many more russian tourists than before. But that does not mean the atmosphere needs to revolve around russian music. I do not expect to hear Ukrainian music on my vacation simply because I am Ukrainian, so why should ruussian guests expect to hear music from their own country throughout the day? There is plenty of international music that can suit everyone. That is what an international hotel should provide.
What an awesome stay we had at Elegance Hotel!
Upon arrival, our first impressions were not great. We were given a double room with 1 bed and a bath which was not suitable for us. However, this was rectified for us the next day and were put in a much nicer room with 3 single beds and a walk in shower.
All the staff were amazing which made our stay more enjoyable.
Restaurant area is a bit small and we occasionally struggled to find a table. The food was average and a bit repetitive but nevertheless the area was clean with good hygiene.
The spa is well equipped and we made most of the facilities available. The staff were wonderful, we would often be greeted with smiles and laughs by Kadek and Pushpa, always very helpful and not mention young Dani, a hard working young man.
A special thank you to the amazing reception team — Sudenaz, Serdar, Imat, Asken and Diyrier. You were all so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
A huge shout-out to the brilliant bell boys, Umut and Kamel, who were always there with a smile and ready to help whenever we needed it.
We also want to say a big thank you to Damla from Drinks & Beverage for the excellent service and keeping us topped up with the tea and coffee and making us feel welcome.
And finally, a special mention to the fantastic shop owners James Khan and Al Nour. You both added to our experience and were always so friendly and welcoming.
Overall, we had an absolutely awesome stay and made some great memories. The staff are a real credit to Elegance Hotel, and their friendliness and hospitality made our holiday even more special.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The atmosphere is fine if you’re either Turkish or Russian with very little consideration for anyone who is British. The rooms are a decent size, however were quite basic. We stayed 10 nights and the room was cleaned 3 times. For the price we paid, I wouldn’t say it was value for money, having to eat out on several occasions. The guys at the pool bar served everyone well, the people who worked in the restaurant also done a good job. The hairdressers were also good. We’re planning on returning to Marmaris next year and we won’t be returning here.
