Don’t go if you are a solo traveller!
I booked this as a Jet2 holiday package and I am so disappointed with my stay here.
The food was absolutely terrible – breakfast was awful. Beans were rock hard, there was barely any choice, and the bread was solid, stale and inedible.
The night shift staff were incredibly rude and made up lies. I felt targeted and attacked the whole time I was there travelling solo. On one occasion they saw me walk through reception, then phoned my room pretending to be my Jet2 rep asking how my stay was – even though I’d only been there two days! When I went back downstairs, they started asking personal questions about my room and tried to pressure me into buying excursions.
Bar staff also made comments saying “you’ve only just got back at 5pm” – how did they know what time I was coming and going? It felt like they were watching me and interfering in my personal business, which made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable.
Daytime reception staff were the only nice ones – everyone else was rude. I also had no Wi-Fi in my room at all; I complained multiple times and nothing was done.
I raised all this with Jet2 and they’ve done absolutely nothing to help apart from apologising and said there behaviour has been disgusting. will not be booking with Jet2 or staying here again, especially travelling solo! I am young female on my own and they targeted me I feel like, really weird and unsafe place to stay. Never had no other problems staying at other hotels in marmaris.
Amazing hotel and spa
The hotel is really good and clean for a budget hotel. the staff are amazing from the housekeepers to the reception staff to the staff in the restaurant all could not have been friendlier and helpful they all need praising. The spa is fantastic the owner is really friendly and the girls working on the spa are professional . My husband was very sceptical about having a massage but was made to feel very relaxed and throughly enjoyed it .
Brilliant stag do hotel
Brilliant hotel and Staff. nothing was too much trouble and they was very helpful when needing a late check out sorted at short notice.
The bar team was amazing though out our stay with them.
Room was clean and kept to a high standard.
The hotel was easy to get in to the main part of the town via the little Blue and white buses.
