Wouldn't return unfortunately
We visited last week for a week this was our second time we went a few years ago and loved it , I am so disappointed in this visit. Have to be up and out for 05:30am if you want sunbeds , food this time was awful, not alot of choice and mostly just stews, quite alot of the same foods being repeated. Asking for an omelette or fried egg at breakfast seemed to be a massive hassle to the ladies there making them they were rude and abrupt. First day every loaf of bread at lunch had fruit flys and not just a few every loaf was absolutely covered in them. Ordering from the snack bar was a nightmare either no one bothered to come take an order or you were at least half an hour before anyone did. The most annoying thing was there were a number of Turkish couples / families there who were given 5star treatment at one point i seen a waiter put ice from an ice bucket that was already on the person's table into their drink I mean surely you can put ice in your own drink , these families were kept all the best tables for all meals and for the entertainment at night time. At one meal time I seen 3 waiters serve this one table of 6 people. There was also a few i think Czech families who we saw cause a mess everywhere they went we saw the 2 girls flick cigarette ash into the pool while they were sitting there on many occasions, they had food drinks and rubbish lying all over the table they had brought next to the pool side , and not one person from the hotel said anything , we watched them give abuse to the lovely lifeguard who didnt know what to do while they were shouting and swearing at him due to them not being able to have a sunbed at half 12 in the afternoon. Entertainment was poor , good things were the spa had an amazing massage and the cleaners did a great job. We wont be paying this hotel another visit and will just stick with the grand yazici which is complete night and day compared to this hotel.

Another Great Experience
We had such a lovely stay here and would definitely come back!
All of the staff work so hard and are always so friendly and helpful. A special mention to Jon and the entertainment team who worked tirelessly to keep everyone entertained and made the atmosphere so much fun!
The food was really good too, with plenty of choice every day. I’m quite a fussy eater but always found something I liked! Our room was also cleaned every day and always spotless.
A huge thank you to the reception team too, who were amazing when our Jet2 transfer didn’t turn up at the end of our holiday. They couldn’t have been more helpful and really looked after us when we were stressing about getting to the airport.
Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable!
Staff and entertainment team at casa Maris
Amazing holiday we went for 10 days on the 10 th August me my husband daughter and daughter in law , it was our first time but my daughters 4 th time , hotel was beautiful and clean , food was good , some days bit same but your in turkey on a all inclusive so it’s expected tbh but all food was free from flies and there was always something to eat , pool was lovely and the staff well what can I say 👌❤️❤️amazing , from waiters Benjamin and especially Ennes who’s was fun happy and nothing was ever to much loved his fun attitude and playful nature , to the entertainment staff who just made our holiday n tbh if they weren’t at that hotel we would go to wherever they worked at 👌as they absolutely made our time there amazing from yoga to darts to water polo and definitely the water aerobics with Ethan whom never stopped and all with a smile n fun attitude ❤️the night time entertainment wasn’t bad either or the bingo but only as the entertainment team made it fun n we never stopped laughing and smiling all holiday and tbh from don’t want to leave the beautiful and amazing September and John as nothing was to much and always came for a chat and Eddie and Ethan they all work so so hard and the hotel in my opinion wouldn’t be so amazing to stay at if it wasnt for these amazing people 👌🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 nearly cried when e all left as they made such a impression on us all ❤️❤️even the staff ie general manager and other staff even joined us one night at the night club trip ran by entertainment team and had a absolutely great night xx I don’t normally return to places but I can’t wait to book again just to be around these hard working , funny, kind, positive people x I actually feel like they have become family rather than staff xx don’t ever change this team as they are probably one of the best teams I’ve seen within a holiday resort ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️lots of hugs to u all from Kelly n Rachelle’s mum 🫶🏻 also a mention to arron in the hotel shop x u look after u n kids n Paige 🫶🏻
An Amazing Experience
This hotel is in a great location and has beautiful breathtaking views. The food and entertainment was fantastic. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. A particular highlight of ours was the A La Carte Menu dinner service where Huseyin in particular went above and beyond our expectations to make our evening a memorable one. We also had an amazing experience in the Spa & Wellness Centre where the ladies who provided our treatments were amazingly talented. We would happily return to this hotel in the future. Thank you to all who made our stay an amazing one.
Amazing staff
Our 2nd visit in 3 years, spent 9 nights there. The staff absolutely make this place, they are outstanding and so attentive, they are all fantastic but to name a few, Enis, Orhan, Emin, Shahim, Salahatin, All the guys that work in the outside pool bar, and our housekeeper Zainab who chatted every day and made some amazing bed art with the towels. The lifeguard on the jetty was a lovely man too tucking our towels in every morning Food was great, tried the fish restaurant this time which was lovely with great service, had a fantastic holiday. But made even better by the staff. The entertainment team were always welcoming and took time out to chat to everyone.
