This modern and stylish hotel with a unique architecture is located only a few steps from the beach where the Aegean joins the Mediterranean Sea. Dalaman Airport is at 90 km.Less than 3 km from Marmaris City Centre, Aqua Dream Water Park, Atlantis Water Park, and Marmaris Aqua Park are within a walking distance. The hotel features 7-storey building, 190 spacious rooms with architectural features including with sat. TV - Music, a mini bar, a safe, a hairdryer and a balcony. Spa centre, a Turkish bath, sauna and massage are available for guests who need a full break after a long day activities at the basement floor.There is a fish and Turkish a la carte restaurant which are an additional charge. The Maris Buffet restaurant is the main restaurant servicing buffet breakfast, dinner and lunch. Please note that beach wear cannot be worn in the restaurants.The hotel has a pool bar, lobby bar and boutique patisseries serving sweet treats.Guests receive one a la carte dinner per 7 night stay and reservations are required.

Overall, we are happy with our stay at the hotel. The rooms are kept very clean, and the housekeeping staff is polite, helpful, and welcoming. Dining & Service: The food offers decent variety, so everyone will find something to eat, although it can get quite repetitive and monotonous. The rest of the daytime staff is generally completely fine, polite, and okay. However, the situation during breakfast and lunch still falls short of 5-star standards: tables are often left dirty, and cutlery is missing. Emin, in particular, stands out as a distinctly negative figure among the team. There is a very evident preference toward British guests on his part—if you aren't British, he gives you little to no attention and won't even bother bringing cutlery to your table. On the other hand, evening dinner service is an entirely different experience thanks to Orhan. He is hands down the best waiter in the hotel—attentive, highly professional, and treating every guest with equal respect regardless of nationality. A well-deserved shoutout and big thanks to him! Entertainment & Atmosphere: The animation team is friendly and generally good, and the evening shows were really great and enjoyable! However, the rest of the evening program lacks variety—playing bingo every single night quickly becomes repetitive and boring. Furthermore, the background music throughout the evening is exclusively British, making the hotel feel geared almost entirely toward one nationality, as if other guests were not present. Summary: While there are many positive aspects to our holiday, the dirty tables and lack of cutlery during breakfast/lunch, along with repetitive entertainment, mean this property feels more like a 4-star hotel rather than a true 5-star resort.
We loved everything about this hotel. Sibel kept our room spotlessly clean. The fridge was restocked daily. The food was excellent and plentiful and the ottoman al a carte was beautiful 😍. The bar staff, waiting staff and especially the entertainment staff were FABULOUS and we met some lovely people and hope to go again next year and hopefully meet up with some of our new friends.
This was mine and my sons 3rd visit to this amazing hotel and yet again it did not disappoint us. The hotel is spotless and well maintained the cleaners in all areas of the hotel do an amazing job. Would like to do a special mention to the entertainment team this year September, Johnathan, Ethan and Ed you guys were brilliant and I do hope you are returning to the hotel next year you are all amazing and made are holiday so enjoyable. Next the amazing waiting on staff they are all so good and work so very hard I have to give a big shout out to my now adopted son Ennis you truly are 1 in a million and am glad your English is improving by watching The Last Kingdom on Netflix ha ha ha.. Also Enim you look after everyone and nothing is ever to much trouble for you PS love your shandy.. The bar man Mehmet in lounge bar thank you for my early morning lattes and all the other staff I will get to know all your names next year. The food could be a little repetitive but you can always find something to eat and the snack bar well that is just a little gem and very tasty. Also enjoyed talking to the pool attendant in the mornings when I was enjoying my latte watching the sun rise he was a really a lovely and helpful guy. I can not fault this hotel are any off it's amazing staff at all. Have also got to recommend the spa for a massage wow those ladies are amazing and really look after you. I would highly recommend this hotel and once you try it I hope you fall in love with it as much as me and my son have. We will be returning next year and the only thing I need to decide is will it be for 2 weeks are 3 ha ha ha.
Only just 4*, and not 5* as indicated. Side sea view faces south and is in the sun from sunrise to fall. Lower floors may be affected by chickens and cockrel on small holding opposite. We were on 5th floor and hardly heard them.
Good points; Staff excellent - Murat, Saleh (dining room), Perihan (housekeeping), jetty attendant & bar guy on Jetty who joined the animation team. Pool towels provided. Nice pool. Great jetty. General comfort of hotel is good. Branded AI drinks. Spa service good.
Bad points: There are no 'no smoking' outdoor areas. Only indoor. No bathroom luxuries (shampoo,conditioner,body lotion) samples from spa would be nice. Not enclosed bathroom (sink in bedroom). Smelly sink plug hole. (Room 1501). Glass screen in the shower looking into room. Have to pay for comfy pillow. 1-2€ a night. Too much sunbed reserving. Too loud entertainment round pool during the day. More suitable for kids not adult only. Balconies not very private, can see from one end of building to the other through gap, but you can't see into the rooms.
The food is spectacular especially the sea food restaurant! The freshly made pizza's are to die for! The staff can't do enough for you, especially Sheheen and Murat in the main restaurant and the main bar staff Lokman and Gozde. and the drinks waiter and lifeguard on the jetty. We can't wait to visit this hotel again!
