This apartment hotel enjoys a superb setting in Marmaris. The hotel is located just a short distance away from the centre of the resort, close to a host of shopping, dining and entertainment venues, as well as a number of attractions. The resort of Icmeler is just a 15 minutes' bus journey away. The marina is just a 30 minutes' walking distance from the hotel. Links to the public transport network can be found nearby. The hotel features beautifully-designed accommodation options, which offer comfort and convenience in a peaceful setting. Guests are invited to take advantage of the many facilities and services that the hotel has to offer.
Head down to the water and enjoy a day at the private beach, or take advantage of other recreational amenities, which include an outdoor pool. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a television in a common area.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Excellent staff and hotel. Clean and very tidy hotel. Staff are amazing with kids and they will do anything for you if you ask. Booking again for next year. Will be counting down the days to go when we book
We had a wonderful two-week stay here in August. The staff really are what make this hotel special. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure our two-year-old daughter had the best possible time. Joe even sent someone out to buy yoghurt for her one day when she was being particularly fussy with her lunch — such a thoughtful touch!
There was plenty of choice on the menu, and we especially enjoyed the breakfasts. Our room was cleaned daily and was always kept lovely and tidy. There were always sunbeds available around the pool.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and really appreciated the warm, attentive service from the whole team.
Lovely hotel, but unfortunately a lot needs improving
We’ve just returned from our stay and wanted to leave an honest review. There are definitely positives, but unfortunately quite a few things need improving.
Our room was lovely and clean, although a little dated. The reception staff were also very welcoming. However, the B&B side of the hotel has no lift, which was difficult for my partner as we were on the second floor.
Unfortunately, the food was our biggest disappointment. We found it bland and not particularly good value for money. We had frozen desserts, a nearly two-hour wait for desserts on another occasion, and fruit that appeared to be going off. We also had an issue with being charged 400 lira for a fruit bowl advertised at 350 lira because extra melon had been added without us requesting it.
Service was often very slow, and there didn't seem to be enough staff. While some staff were lovely, we also experienced some rudeness and felt that certain customers received more attention than others.
Entertainment was limited to twice a week, and the 1,500 lira BBQ night unfortunately wasn't worth the money for us. The steak was extremely dry and the meal took nearly two hours to arrive.
We also paid around £152 for Wi-Fi, TV, a safe and air conditioning. The Wi-Fi was poor and there were only around four TV channels, so we didn't feel these extras offered good value.
The 12pm check-out was also difficult with a late flight, and we felt the late check-out prices were quite expensive.
Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential. The room was lovely and the reception staff were welcoming, but the food, service, entertainment, Wi-Fi and some facilities really need improvement.
We stayed B&B and paid separately for food and drinks, but unfortunately we didn't feel we received good value for money. With some improvements, this could be a lovely hotel, but based on our experience, we wouldn't choose to return.
Best hotel we have been too, the staff are so friendly and make you feel like family. The hotel has a great atmosphere and you always feel welcome. It is very close to everywhere you want to go if you want to go to the beach then it’s about a 5 minutes walk. The food and drinks were very good and at a good price. I highly recommend this hotel there was 10 of us and we had the best time we will definitely be back.
We have been coming to Blue Palace for the past few years. This year as a family of 8 across 4 generations. We had an amazing time as expected. The location is in my opinion hard to beat. Close enough to everything, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and shops but far enough away to be quiet.
No sun bed wars, no rowdiness, just a perfect relaxing holiday.
The staff are really what makes this hotel so special. Nothing is too much bother at all for any of them. We feel like family when we visit.
The rooms are basic, but very clean. Housekeeping come in every day unless you are on do not disturb.
All in all I think we'd be hard pushed to find everything we get at Blue Palace elsewhere. We even had members of the family extending their stay it was just that good of a holiday. There is a reason we keep coming back. Already priced up for next year.
