This elegant hotel is excellently positioned at only 70 m from the beach and close to many shops, cafés and restaurants. The centre of Marmaris is only 1.9 km away and can be easily reached by public transport. The hotel features 441 rooms, 24-hours reception, currency exchange, 3 restaurants, 6 bars, 4 outdoor pools, indoor pool, 1 children's pools, shops on site, fitness, sauna, steam room, spa and wellness, free WIFI in general areas, 2 meeting rooms, laundry service and car rental, jewellery, market, gift shop, hairdresser.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages and body treatments. After dipping into one of the 4 outdoor swimming pools, you can spend some time at the private beach. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, an arcade/games room and a banquet hall.
Good hotel, comfortable rooms. Food not so good, very repetitive as with most all inclusive hotels. The Entertainment team are amazing . They Made everyone feel welcomed and the daily activities was very entertaining and varied, everyone was encouraged to take part . I’d like to mention 2 of the entertainment team who were particularly outgoing and engaging . Izzy and Sommer are the best team members in my opinion. They spoke daily to the guests and ensured everyone felt included . They were an absolute pleasure to get to know and are a credit to the entertainment team. Thanks for making a great holiday .
We’ve just come back from a week at the Blue Bay Platinum and honestly had such a fantastic time. We’d absolutely return. The hotel is modern, stylish and really well maintained, the location is excellent, the food and drinks were great, and above all the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
We arrived at around 2am and even at that time of night check-in was incredibly quick and easy. The concierge took our bags and showed us straight to our room, which was a lovely welcome after travelling.
Our room was spacious, very clean and had a really comfortable large bed. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, which was very welcome! Our view was of the road rather than the pool, but that’s just luck of the draw and we didn’t experience any disturbance from the road at all.
The food was excellent. There was a huge amount of choice and everything we tried was good quality. They also had themed nights including Mexican, Chinese, Turkish/local food and sushi, while still having plenty of other options available, so there really was something for everyone.
The all-inclusive drinks were also great. The bar staff were fantastic and, if you wanted a stronger drink, they were more than happy to oblige! 😂 What really impressed us was how quickly the staff got to know you. After a few days they would recognise you as you approached the bar and would often start making your usual drink before you’d even reached them. That level of personal service really made the stay feel special.
There are four pools, each with a completely different atmosphere. The main pool is where the entertainment happens, with music, games, challenges and plenty going on throughout the day. The entertainment team would get everyone involved in things like water polo and surf football (which I was absolutely useless at 😂), but there was never any pressure to participate. If you wanted to relax, there was a quieter pool, and there’s also an adults-only pool where you can get away from the main entertainment completely and enjoy some peace and quiet. The fourth is a kids pool which I didn’t go to, not travelling with children.
The entertainment team deserve a massive shout-out. Sommer, Isabelle, Brogan and the rest of the team brought such a brilliant energy to the hotel. Every morning at 10am they’d come out with a dance to get the day started, followed by going around and saying good morning to everyone. Throughout the day there was something happening roughly every hour, whether it was a pool game, a challenge or something on the stage. You could join in or simply sit back and watch there was absolutely no pressure.
They were also genuinely lovely people. They’d come and chat to you, remember you and make you feel part of the atmosphere rather than just being guests at the hotel. In the evenings there were shows, entertainment involving guests and performances from external artists, and it was all great fun. They really did bring the whole place to life.
At the same time, the hotel doesn’t feel like a party hotel. It’s got a really nice balance where you can have a lively, fun day around the main pool or simply choose one of the quieter areas and relax. We saw lots of couples and small groups, and although we went outside the school holidays, I can imagine it being very family-friendly during the holidays too, with a separate children’s pool, slides and kids’ club.
The location is another big plus. You’re close to all the shops and there’s a private beach just a few minutes’ walk away. There’s also a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it really easy and cheap to get around Marmaris.
Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly, helpful and attentive, from the concierge to the bar and restaurant teams and everyone in between.
Overall, we had an absolutely brilliant week at Blue Bay Platinum. It’s clean, modern, comfortable, has fantastic food and drinks, a great location and most importantly a brilliant atmosphere created by genuinely lovely staff.
A special thank you to the entertainment team for making our holiday so much fun. You guys were brilliant!

We have had the best honeymoon we could of wished for. Hotel very clean and restaurant had such a wonderful collection of different food to suit everyone and could not fault the food or service as it really was that good and service staff very polite and friendly...pool areas very good too and the gentleman that worked the pool area was so polite and so friendly and always checked to see if you were ok and if you needed anything, the man never stopped and constantly cleaning and helping people and for us he made our honeymoon very special indeed so a special thank you too tuncay adanir for the way you are as a person and absolute pleasure to get to know over our honeymoon period...without you wouldn't of been the same and you are a credit to the hotel and hotel lucky to have you, you have made a decision next year to come back very to make ...😊😊😊

We stayed here last year and loved it so much that we rebooked for this year, and it absolutely did not disappoint! From start to finish, we've had an amazing time and would highly recommend this hotel.
The staff really make this hotel special!
The bar and waiting staff are always on hand, nothing is ever too much trouble, and the service is fantastic. One particular waiter even remembered us from last year, saved us a table every evening and remembered our drink order! 🥹 It's those little personal touches that make you feel so welcome and genuinely appreciated. ❤️
🍽️ Food and drink
There's an excellent choice of food, with plenty to suit even the fussiest of eaters! The alcohol selection is great, and we particularly love the self-service soft drinks. There's something for everyone, and we were never disappointed.
🧹 Cleanliness
The hotel is exceptionally clean. There's always someone sweeping, collecting cups, cleaning floors and making sure everything is kept immaculate. Our room was clean, and the water was regularly topped up. The staff work incredibly hard behind the scenes, and it really shows.
🎤 Entertainment
A massive shout-out to the entertainment team, especially Izzy! 🥳 The daytime and evening entertainment was brilliant. Even though the hotel was coming towards the end of the season, the team kept everything upbeat, fun and full of energy. You'd honestly think we were the first holidaymakers of the season! They really helped make our stay special.
💆♀️ The spa deserves a special mention!
And of course, we can't forget Bulent! We absolutely loved him last year, and when he saw us on day one this year, he remembered us straight away! ❤️ We booked our spa treatments for day one and day seven, and we weren't disappointed.
The ladies in the spa were absolutely fantastic: funny, friendly and phenomenal at what they do. The massages were amazing, and we'd highly recommend treating yourself while you're there. Definitely worth a visit! 🌸
☀️ Marmaris itself
We were also blessed with fantastic weather, which always helps! ☀️ We ventured out shopping and, thankfully, didn't get hassled too much, which made the experience much more enjoyable.
⚠️ The only downside
If I had one criticism, it would be the TUI rep. We found the constant approaches and repeated announcements over the microphone trying to sell excursions a little frustrating. I completely understand that it's part of their job, but personally, I feel that if guests want to book excursions, they'll seek the information out themselves. Hearing essentially the same sales pitch two to four times a day became a little repetitive! 🙈

Blue Bay Platinum has once again delivered everything we wanted from our holiday: fantastic staff, great food and drink, excellent cleanliness, brilliant entertainment and those lovely personal touches that make you want to return.
We've now stayed twice, loved it both times, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. Who knows... we might just be back for a third time!

We were so looking forward to going to this hotel especially as we paid more than we usually do in Marmaris. First glance at our bedroom when we arrived late in the evening was how gloomy our room was, the lightening was no way bright enough for the room. Bed made up nothing like the bedrooms in the hotel brochure. We were told we had to pay £25 for the safety deposit box which really surprised us as we never had before in any of the other 7 hotels we have stayed in. We were there 7 days and the maid never changed our sheets! On making the bed on our departure day we found the sheets was cut and ragged along the bottom of the hems, very poor! Food was mediocre especially desserts, could not believe there was no ice cream! Entertainment poor except for one night.
On the whole we won’t be returning to this hotel as the whole experience was sadly disappointing, we will be returning to our favourite hotel the Marbella!
