Don’t bother coming unless you plan on no sleep
We have just come back from here and had a horrendous time due to lack of sleep. The noise was beyond belief. Bingo starts at about 11.15 pm and there was noise until about 3am and then people get up for sun beds at 5am. The pool is a lot smaller than the photos suggest. We were unable to swim as there were so many people, all you could do was stand in the pool. I cannot comment on entertainment or food as we went out as much as possible. We have been coming to Turkey for over twenty years once or twice a year but we will not be returning to this hotel.
Great hotel
We had a fantastic stay at Alenz Suite Hotel! The entertainment team made our holiday even more enjoyable. The comedy show was hilarious, and the glow party was so much fun — definitely some of the best moments of our stay! 🎉✨

We had a fantastic stay at Alenz! The hotel was lovely, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was well organised, and we really enjoyed our time here.
A special mention to Poppy, the Entertainment Manager, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always happy to assist. He really made our stay more enjoyable and went above and beyond to make sure guests had a great time.
Highly recommended! We would definitely come back. 🌟

Best hotel for family fun
We came last year decided to come back this year and wow its been amazing were coming back next year 😁 Hotel staff are amazing, resturant waiters you cant fault them they are all so lovely biggest shoutout to Osman Ozzy you are an amazing person who goes above and beyond for the customers we will miss you so much, food here has been amazing and cant fault it 😋 Entertaintment team this year we love you all you have really made our holiday the best and really hope your all here next year! Poppy you are amazing dont know what this hotel would do without you!! The whole hotel have helped us make the best memories thank you!! 🥰 Cant wait to come back next year 😁
