Culinary delights are served in the main restaurant and the à la carte restaurant, while three bars invite to have a drink. Just a perfect place for couples and families with children.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
When arrived at hotel we was not given room we had booked and paid extra for had to cut bushes /flowers away from the little balcony we had food was always cold and a lot of cats jumping up on tables every meal time the hotel was pretty clean restaurant and spa staff lovely but the guest relations woman guliz was not helpful or at all friendly in fact she made our stay awful saying that we was bad guests for asking to be moved to room we upgraded too in tui store and left us very upset and felt very intimidated which after going to hissaranu 2-3 times a year we found very unusual I would not advise or recommend st Nicholas park to anyone.
Just back from this hotel. absolutley loved the place. I contacted the hotel manager ( Durmus Akgul) prior to the holiday and requested a low level room, due to mobility issues. I recived an almost immediate response to my first email and then a follow up a couple of days before departure from the UK. On arrival, the room was perfect with no difficulties getting to all of the facilities. The view was to die for. The hotel itself was clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food, whilst being much the same every day, was enough for us. I am a fussy eater and never went hungry. The only bad point was the decision to charge for the WIFI in the room (around £4 daily for one device) which was only available within the room. If, like us, you spend a lot of time around the pool, then its not available. Would we return...absolutely. Well Done

We arrived here end of august to mid September and we had a great time, the hotel is nice and the food is very good compared to a lot of other all inclusive hotels i have been to, the staff were friendly enough, originally we was put in a very small room which wasn’t even reasonable and impossible to stay there for 2 weeks, so we made the complaint and on day 2/3 we was moved to a bigger family room which was a nice room and had everything we needed, although the air con did constantly stop working which was a pain in the arse, the area in general is a good area, the strip and shops and bars were about a 10 minute walk and you could get a taxi back up to the hotel for 250 lira, the bars and atmosphere was good, i would recommend the food place “cheers” it’s about 5 mins along the strip and did a lovely burger and chips, i would not really recommend “chinese rose” if you’re looking for a chinese id avoid this, although the indian food there did look good, so if you go here i would go for a curry. As for the food at the hotel there is a snack bar that serve burger chips chicken nuggets which are nice and handy to have throughout the day, with daily ice creams which is good, all in all this hotel for the price we paid was a good one and i’d definitely recommend it, if you get put into a smaller room i would ask to get it changed, this was the only downside to our stay, Entertainment team were good too, did their job well and offered daily games like water volleyball (which i always won), darts, killer pool and water gym, All in all this is a good enough hotel that you’ll never go hungry at and i’d recommend it.
Having travelled to Turkey for over 30 years now I have a good understanding of the culture and standard etc. however this was a disappointing stay, the hotel is very run down and needs some general TLC and has a ‘Benidorm’ feel to it. The sun beds are very low and on top of it each other and all in the shade bar a few. There is awning up which cannot be retracted which is frustrating. Lots of empty space around the hotel which could be put to better use, I didn’t find the staff very friendly or helpful which is very unusual in Turkey. We only ate their at lunch time and the food was average at best, Wouldn’t recommend or go back!
