Stayed for 10 days in August. Not our first time at Pine Valley. Great location. Quiet yet not far from the main strip. Check in was smooth and speedy. Exactly what you want when you arrive late. Good selection of breakfast foods which is obviously included. Bar drinks reasonably priced. We went out in the evenings so can't comment on the evening menu other than to say what was advertised sounded tasty and was also at a good price. No issues with the cleanliness of the room or with the hotel in general. The grounds were well kept. Love the tortoises. All the staff were polite and happy to help. Shout out to Ibrahim Dikermen who we had a few giggles with on reception and a MASSIVE shout out to Mustafa Arpa who literally couldn't do enough to help us and make us feel welcome. From a simple chat in the morning/afternoon/evening, calling us a taxi, carrying our bags, helping me up the steps when I had a little too much Efes 🫢 chatting football to my son, just sitting with us talking about life, everything and anything and for trying to teach me Turkish!! Mustafa is an asset to the hotel. We look forward to seeing you back at Pine Valley next year for longer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Teşekkür ederim!!
Thank you to everyone at pine valley for a lovely time. Excellent service and the nicest staff you could wish to meet. Helpful considerate and understanding. The rooms are very nice set in a pleasant location. Bar food is good and reasonably priced. Location and value for money is good along with the atmosphere. The pools are great and everything is nice and clean will definitely be coming back at sometime. Please give this venue a go you won't be disappointed.
