Orka World Hotel and Aqua Park

We had an amazing holiday at Orka World Hotel, and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and excellent hospitality, which made us feel at home straight away. The hotel's location is fantastic, offering the perfect balance between relaxation and exploring the surrounding area.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The food was delicious with a great variety of options available from breakfast through dinner. There was always something new to try, and the desserts and snacks were especially enjoyable.

The daytime activities were one of the highlights of our holiday. The pool games, competitions, and entertainment were so much fun and kept everyone engaged. The animation team was full of energy, friendly, and always made sure guests had a great time. A special thank you goes to Gem and Amazon for their enthusiasm, kindness, and for making every day so enjoyable.

We would also like to give a special thank you to Gem for recommending and introducing us to our tour guide, Teddy. Thanks to Teddy, we had the opportunity to join some fantastic excursions that became some of the best memories of our holiday. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, making every trip enjoyable and well-organized.

Overall, our stay at Orka World Hotel was unforgettable. The beautiful location, comfortable rooms, delicious food, fun daytime activities, and especially the incredible animation team made this a holiday to remember. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make our stay so special. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Orka World Hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday. We can't wait to visit again!

Hotel is fantastic. Rooms are clean communal areas always being swept and washed. Cleaner Selma was lovely she was always happy and spoke with us. Good variety of food for breakfast lunch and dinners. Couldn't fault the entertainment, Buse who does kids club deserves a medal she is always on the go doing all she can for the children. Turkish bath and Thai massage were so relaxing we didn't want it to end! TJ Dina and Kim are the absolute best, we had a family Hamam and massages, the kids had a lovely time. We had treatments throughout our stay and have never felt better! Dining room could do with more air conditioning and maybe screens to see entertainment at night as not everyone can get to see the stage. Spoke to Jean about some additional needs our son had and she couldn't accommodate us more...same with Faysal the manager. On site shop is very overpriced, which you'd expect but go outside to the main strip - 5 minutes in a taxi and you've got everything you'd need. The pool by the main restaurant seems to be more chill, the other pool has music and games going on and is more lively however felt very "look at me" and was much deeper so not the best for younger ones. Everyone is really friendly and we would definitely book again.

We had a couples Turkish bath and the atmosphere was so peaceful and calm, we had our children with us who were very well behaved!.. absolute great value for what you pay, staff especially TJ & Kimora, they were fantastic right through until we left and with the children
