We had stayed here for a week week and while it’s a lovely hotel and we had a massive room above the reception it wasn’t ideal when we had checked in after a long flight to then be woken up at 3am by coaches of delayed passengers checking in.
This hotel must have a contract with the airlines for taking passengers delayed or have had cancelled flights being dumped here. In the week we were staying here it happened twice which while we sympathised with it not ideal for the guests who have paid more money to stay here. As we were on a late flight our check in was nearly midnight but I had noticed when I had WiFi that the hotel had messaged me asking if I still required my room as they had a lot of guests checking in (this was the cancelled flight checking in), they wanted to give my room away! Lack of Sunbeds and space around the pool was a nightmare not to mention the meal times.
The hotel is pet friendly (we love cats and dogs so weren’t bothered by them at all), location and bar setting is great and people are lovely but due to the issue with cancelled flights we wouldn’t stay here again.
This small hotel was very basic, which many are in Dalyan. However the rooms were not clean. Walls badly marked, bedding unironed and gray. Room towels smelt and were very tatty. Shower was dirty. The public areas were clean and modern. Breakfast room was ok. Food choice typical for cheap hotel. It does have a small pool. But scarily no pool man. Staff were chucking in chemicals to clear cloudy pool. No measuring, just tipped huge quantities of chlorine which sat on the bottom of the pool. They made no attempt to keep children out of it the next morning, when the pool floor was covered in chlorine powder. The surrounding area of the pool was filthy, spilt drinks marks and general grime. Only one member of staff was mildly friendly.
Stayed here for just one night and it was absolutely superb.
Lovely warm welcome, taken to our fabulous room which was enormous. Two double beds, one single bed and relaxing seating area.
As soon as you arrived you can see the gorgeous pool which most rooms overlook.
Breakfast was out of this world. We've never seen a breakfast with so much choice and it was all so delicious. Well worth upgrading too rather than room only.
Great location. Close to everything
If we were to return to Dalyan, we would definitely 100% stay here again.
Thank you so much
This is the fourth year we have visited the area. We decided on a different hotel this time. We booked on agoda and cost £376.68 for 3 rooms for 5 people for two nights with breakfast First impressions hotel had parking right outside Steps to front of hotel Reception staff was excellent very helpful and spoke perfect English. We had one room on ground floor one on 3rd and one on 4th upper floor are reached via a spiral staircase there is no lift so not suitable if not mobile. Breakfast in room downstairs and there is a bar. Ground floor rooms surround the pool. Our room on ground floor had a double bed and two single beds . There was a sofa and two chairs. Tea and coffee available but there was no plug socket near kettle. So kettle had to be put other side of room. There was a safe in wardrobe. Fridge with water Bathroom and shower soap shower gel provided Aircon in room. There was a place to put key fob by door but it didn’t work as it all stayed on when we took it out. Door had to be locked by key Breakfast was from 8 to 10 and was excellent there was plenty of choice. Bar you could access menu for drinks via an app. Service was a bit slow Pool was a nice touch although cold there were showers and towels and loungers to sit on. Downside of pool was steps were high and there was no handrails to get out. Rooms were tired and needed work out bathrooms had obviously had water damage as doorframe was rotten. Toilet has loose and rocked when you sat on it. Towel rail came off wall when you put towel on it.
Room was clean bed was comfortable. Staff were very pleasant friendly and customer service excellent
My wife, teenage daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights from the 01st August 2026 and only booked it approximately 4 weeks prior to arrival for a decent price. We arrived just after midnight and from arrival to departure the greatest asset to this boutique hotel are the staff who were very welcoming, attentive and informative. Our family room next to the pool may not be to everyone's liking but we loved the hassle free convenience of being close to the quiet pool that on two of our days only my family used. The family room we had was quite big and open plan with two single beds a king size and a sofa ned if required. The room was only slightly dated but everything worked perfectly - shower, aircon, fridge etc. A lot of visitors I believe use the ideally centrally situated hotel as a base to tour the local area. Three minute walk to the centre were there are numerous shops, stalls and popular restaurants/ bars. The surprise at night was although this hotel was so close to the center of Dalyan sleep was undisturbed being very quiet at night at the hotel. There is use of the sister hotel were breakfast was served and is only a 5 minute walk away (transfer by minibus was available by this hotel). A free daily boat trip (located next to the sister hotel) is available taking you to the beach that navigates through pituresque canal like routes that passes by the impressive Lycian Rock Tombs (boat stops for short picture taking opportunities) before arrival to the very long and beautiful beach with all of the facilities you need. A special mention must go to captain Huseyin who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole boat trip and day, a very nice man who made my family feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him for anyone on board. We ate an evening meal at the sister hotel and it was delicious for all of my family. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you to all at this hotel who helped our stay to be a memorable and enjoyable time.
