We stayed at Sundia Hotel as a family with my mother and sister, and we truly had a wonderful experience. From the very first moment we arrived at the hotel, we were impressed by the care and attention of the staff. The reception team was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They immediately helped my mother and sister with their luggage, and from the very first minute, we felt genuinely welcomed.

When we arrived at the hotel, my mother had accidentally left her phone in the shuttle. Naturally, we were a little worried, but the staff immediately took care of the situation and managed to find the phone and return it to us within a short time. We were extremely grateful for how quickly and attentively they handled everything. A special thank you to everyone who helped us!

We were also very happy with the rooms. Our room was clean, comfortable, well-organized, and beautiful. The towels were always clean, and shampoo and other essentials were regularly replenished. We also really appreciated that the minibar was constantly restocked. A big thank you to the housekeeping team as well — throughout our entire stay, we had absolutely no problems with our room.

As for the food, I have stayed at many different hotels before, but I was genuinely surprised by how fresh and delicious the food was here. There was also a very good variety of dishes. One detail we especially appreciated was that the chefs personally came to speak with guests, asked whether everything was okay with the food, listened to our opinions, and made sure everyone was satisfied. As a family, we were extremely happy with the food.

Guests staying for 7 nights or more also receive one complimentary A La Carte restaurant experience. The reception manager kindly gave us an additional A La Carte dinner as a gift, which made us very happy because we wanted to try both the Turkish and Italian A La Carte restaurants. Thanks to this lovely gesture, we were able to experience both, and we were very satisfied with each of them. Thank you so much for this thoughtful gesture!

And I definitely cannot finish this review without mentioning Mr. Mete. He is part of the hotel’s entertainment team, and I can honestly say he is one of the best entertainers you could ever meet at a hotel. He is constantly interacting with guests, talking to everyone, encouraging people to join the activities, and bringing an incredible energy to the entire hotel. On the days when Mete was off, you could genuinely feel his absence — the hotel seemed noticeably quieter! His energy, friendliness, and ability to communicate with people are truly amazing. He played a huge part in making our holiday so enjoyable. A huge thank you to Mete!

Another special thank you goes to the night manager, Mr. Ümit. He regularly walks around the hotel, speaks with guests, asks if there are any problems, and genuinely makes an effort to solve anything that comes up. His communication style, friendly attitude, and approach toward guests are excellent. In my opinion, seeing a manager personally interacting with guests and listening to them says a lot about the quality of service at a hotel.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with everyone — from the staff and managers to the chefs and entertainment team. We did not simply feel like guests staying at a beautiful hotel; we genuinely felt cared for, appreciated, and valued throughout our stay.

Sundia is definitely a hotel that I would confidently recommend to families. With its delicious food, cleanliness, wonderful staff, and excellent service, it is absolutely a place we would love to visit again.

We just returned from a 10 night stay and had a wonderful time.The rooms were clean and tidy every day so thank you to the housekeeping team, the hotel and grounds are spotless and very well maintained.Really good food and a good selection of branded drinks, the staff at the pool bar and lobby bar are wonderful, polite and hard working, they know what you want to drink without asking.The couple we were with had a couple of issues but management fixed them straight away, the four of us recieved a massage as an apology which was lovely and much appreciated too.We found the entertainment decent some nights better than others but no complaints. Mete is a joy, hes funny, energetic and engages with everyone, we enjoyed aqua aerobics too.A lovely relaxing stay and we would definatley return, so thanks to all staff at Sundia.
