We arrived at the Fabay, and was greeted with a glass of fizz and a lovely lady gave us lots of information. We asked for a specific room X215 and we got it, we were very happy, it was a large room overlooking the main restaurant and slides, and you could see the sea. This was our second time to the hotel and its still as amazing as the 1st, We loved the change in the adult pool found it really nice, with great drinks and service from the bar staff. The change in the adults restaurant now being A La Carte we loved, as you could always go to the Main Buffett if you fancied a change. The beach bar was great between 17.30 - 19.00 was a different act and finished off a day in the sun perfectly. Our favourite A la carte was the Indian restaurant followed by the steak. We also tried the Asian and the Italian. All the staff give great service and are so friendly nothing is to much trouble. The Patisserie is just great, so much choice and great flavours of Ice cream. The little coffee van by the Adults Pool was my favourite, great choice of coffee, opens at 8am what more can you want?. The hotel was very clean in all areas and a big shout should go out to all the ground staff and cleaners that keep such a big hotel looking so lovely. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and adults ( we were 2 adults this time) as there are adult areas everywhere. Thank you Fabay for another great stay , we will be back again one day.
We had a fabulous time at liberty fabay. The staff were amazing but especially enjoyed the vibe at Apollon bar where we were treated like royalty by kadir and Mertcan. Honestly the best service I’ve ever had and the most lovely people. Also had a meal at the grill restaurant on our last day and the manager Basra was fantastic he really looked after us.
Even the cleaning staff are so lovely but especially want to mention Aylen who is possibly the happiest person I’ve ever met ! She was always smiling always said hello when passing and that giggle was so infectious.

Overall we had an amazing experience, all the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. We especially enjoyed the Apollon bar and Kadir was so accommodating. We also went to the Grill a la carte and the manager there who was called Basri made it such an amazing dining experience. Highly recommended, we will definitely be returning 👌🏻
Last year we visited this hotel as a family and had the most amazing time, so when it was time for our first holiday together as a couple in 19 years leaving our children behind we knew there was only one place to stay.
We arrived on Monday and although we had been before, I had forgotten just how amazing the hotel is the second you walk in, from the welcome drinks and gorgeous chocolates. But what stands out is how spotless the hotel is. The staff can not do enough for you. We had upgraded to a larger room but last time we stayed I was desperate to stay in a certain room. The staff quickly arranged this for us and we had a lovely beach bag and chocolates for being returning guests.
We are in the main restaurant, the adult only restaurant, beach bar and the snack bar. The food is just incredible and always so much choice. We loved the little coffee shop and a cake and an ice cream was always my afternoon treat.
The pool is always spotless and the waiting staff on roller blades work so hard.
The room was always so clean and every single staff member was always so chatty.
Thank you to the lady in the sports bar for always putting on the Newcastle games for us it’s great they have so many games on regardless who you support. The less said about the first game we watched the better however I can’t blame the hotel for the score line 🤣
On our last day it hit me the hotel is just perfect and I can not think of a single thing that would make it better.
I have been lucky to travel to so many amazing places and stay in some incredible hotels but I don’t think any hotel will ever top this.
The last thing we did before we checked out was book another break for September next year.
As a family or a couple I don’t think you can find a better place.

A Big Thank You to Liberty Fabay
We arrived at Liberty Fabay on September 10th, and today, sadly, it is time for us to leave.
We would like to sincerely thank all the wonderful staff for making our stay such a memorable and enjoyable experience. Everything was well organized, and we truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.

The Guest Relations Team, especially Amitis and Gamze, who were incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to assist us whenever we needed anything. The Entertainment Team, especially King Burak, who was absolutely fantastic! His energy and enthusiasm made our evenings even more enjoyable. The hotel management team, especially the manager who was always attentive and seemed to have an eye on every detail. And of course, a huge thank you to the chefs and all the service staff, especially Shahro and Senel, for their kindness, hard work, and excellent service.
We truly appreciate everything you have done for us. ❤️
Liberty Fabay is a hotel we would happily recommend to everyone, and we hope to come back again in the future.
