We have been coming to the Liberty Fabay for 3 years now and cannot fault the place. The Liberty Fabay is a luxirious hotel and every time it has still upheld its excellence. The first year we did encounter a noise problem due to the hotel next door being built. As we had a young child at the time the noise was concerning but we did tell our tour operator who notified the hotel liason officer. They where very accomodating and helpful in moving us to another room away from the noise as soon as they could. After that it has been smooth sailing and amazing experience for us. Our daughter loved going to kids club the staff were amazing with all children and always managed to remembered her year after year. There was one particular member of staff that was excellent in ever way. His name is Behzat he worked in the main restaurant and he always put a smile on our daughters face and went one step above and beyond in making sure we were happy. Overall we enjoyed our time at Liberty Fabay and recommend it to anyone.
The best resort i Turky. Exelent service exelent food everything is supper.
First time at the hotel and really could not fault our experience. The hotel and grounds are very well maintained and clean, the staff were always courteous, food was spot on (with lots of variety), and there’s enough going on to keep the family occupied through the day. It’s great that there are a few different pool options, as the main pool can get quite full on and busy at times. Would certainly recommend if you have a young family.
This was our third stay at Liberty Fabay, so we clearly loved the hotel enough to keep returning. There are still lots of positives- the rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean, the pool area was great and there was a very generous selection of food.
Unfortunately, the food and drinks experience let it down for us this time. We regularly struggled to find a table at mealtimes, the cocktails weren't particularly good, and the branded spirits seemed noticeably different to our previous visits. They tasted watered down or more like local alternatives, despite being served from branded bottles.
The evening entertainment area was also incredibly warm and crowded, to the point that we couldn't comfortably stay and watch the shows.
Overall, we still had a good holiday, but the atmosphere of the hotel has changed. On our previous visits it felt quite classy and luxurious; this time it felt much more like a busy Butlins-style resort. That's absolutely fine if that's the experience you're looking for, but unfortunately it isn't what we originally loved about Liberty Fabay.
After three visits, I think this will sadly be our last.
Had a fabulous week in the liberty fabay, lots of activities for families and the kids, especially by the pool during the day and football in the mornings.
We especially enjoyed the Indian al a cart restaurant, the food was exceptional and the service was absolutely impeccable, our server was Mert and he was fantastic, just a genuinely great guy who couldn’t do enough for us. Great dining experience.
