Beautiful place
Beautiful hotel food excellent loads of choice . Room was lovely we had swim up pool staff couldn't do enough for us beach close to hotel hoping to go back next year as really loved this hotel
10/10 Vacation
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. Everything was very well organized, the atmosphere was welcoming, and we felt comfortable throughout our entire stay.
A special highlight for us was the restaurant and, in particular, the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, and they always made us feel welcome. We would especially like to mention Elif, Eylül, Devran, and Tayfun, who truly stood out with their kindness and excellent service. They were always smiling, helpful, and made every visit to the restaurant even more enjoyable.
It is people like them who make a stay feel special and memorable. Thank you to the entire hotel and restaurant team for the great hospitality. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back!
Great Hotel with the best entertainment team
Amazing hotel, great location, great food, lovely rooms. They have thought of everything. 3rd time back and its better everytime. Constantly making improvements. A very special shout out to Mar's on the entertainment team who made our holiday extra special. Jiva are lucky to have Mar's on their team, he knows how to make a holiday fun for all. He is caring, attentive to everyone and has the most amazing ability to make it fun for all age groups, a real geniune peoples person. Tom also on the entertainment team was incredible. Thank you Jiva and a very special thank you to Mar's for helping us all to make the wonderful memories we did.

Wow Jiva, you exceeded all expectations this year. Its the staff that make this place extra special, each and every one of them goes out of there way to make your stay truly memorable. A special shout out to the entertainments team who are full of fun and enthusiasm in everything they do. A special mention to Mars who is such a kind soul and great DJ and Tom who really connected with our young adults. If your down the beach for sunset vibes please spare a bottle of water for Dave the dog, Mars will point him out to you 💙 Thank you Jiva for another truly memorable stay

Our return to Jiva Beach
This August was the second time our family had been to Jiva, this time being so much better than the first. The addition of the beach bar/restaurant, which was not there 4 years ago, made a huge difference, with brilliant music and DJ performances every evening, which made watching the sunset an even more enjoyable experience. As there was a large group of us that went, we couldn’t be more grateful for how supportive, caring and accommodating the staff were to make our stay so relaxing. Also wanted to give a huge shoutout to the entertainment team at Jiva! Could not fault any of them for all of the time and effort they put in to getting to know each member of our group, even when they weren’t even working! All of the laughs, singing, dancing and daily activities would not be anywhere near as fun without those guys putting in the hard work that they did. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for a family to go, the 2 weeks we stayed absolutely flew by and we all hope to be back very soon!!
