This attractively designed hotel lies within metres of Calis Beach and is surrounded by a natural lagoon, enjoying cooling sea breezes and superb sunsets. The centre of Calis is just less than 2 km away, while the market town of Fethiye just is 5 km and both can be easily reached by means of public transport. Cafe bars and restaurants can be reached by taking a pleasant 10 -15 minute walk along the beach and promenade. The resort is sure to impress visitors with spacious surroundings, beautiful décor and excellent services. The modern and beautifully designed rooms, some of which have direct access to the sparkling outside pool, guests can benefit from a good range of facilities and entertainment amenities in spacious surroundings. Patrons may enjoy delicious dishes at the hotel restaurant, which might be followed by a drink from the bar. Those who seek relaxation may balance body and soul at the on-site spa.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I have just returned from my 13th visit to jiva beach. My 5th as a solo visitor after the death of my husband. There is nothing about the hotel that i could fault. The staff are their biggest asset and absolutely wonderful. I don't think they know the meaning of the word no. They know how to look after their visitors. As a solo visitor I always feel completly safe there and well looked after. Each time i return i think things can't get any better but they do. I intend retuning in may 2027 and am really looking forward to it.
A lovely 10 days at Jiva, our first time and will not be the last. Staff wonderful, rooms cleaned to a high standard, great entertainment and excellent food and choice. Our favourite bar was The Lagoon Bar and thanks to Ozcan for looking after us so well. The Lukka Bar is also a gem with drinks, rolls and cakes 24 hours a day, and again I would like to mention Turan who was always very helpful and cheerful. The yoga every morning was excellent and the teacher was very patient and professional - thank you. The only thing I would mention is in the spa there is no jacuzzi, which I thought was unusual! All in all we would recommend Jiva.
We visited Jiva at last week of September/early October. We were overall pretty lucky with weather, a couple of days of overcast and one big thunderstorm but the rest was hot and sunny.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. On the night we had a huge thunderstorm and they had to close their a la carte restaurants due to the heavy rain so all the guests had to go to the main restaurant. The staff were amazing, they were constantly clearing/cleaning tables for the next set of guests coming in. Very attentive, have to really commend them for the way they handled a very busy and stressful situation.
My husband is vegan and when it came to booking a meal at one of the a la carte restaurants, guest relations were amazing at communicating with the chef in order to be accomodating and we were able to enjoy one of the a la carte restaurants during our stay.
Food and drink - there's so much choice and options available. Everything is fresh and food is good quality. Literally the only thing I would say is the labelling could be slightly bigger/clearer, especially for guests with food allergies or dietary requirements.
Everywhere is clean and tidy, no issues with housekeeping and they would also check if you want your mini fridge restocked daily.
Only criticism is they should make the spa and gym area for 16+.
We found it difficult to relax and enjoy our Turkish bath with little kids screaming just outside. A few times kids would come in the gym to mess around with the equipment/machines . It's not a playground, from a health and safety perspective an age restriction would be good. The rest of the resort is family friendly and there's plenty of space and amenities for kids to go to.
We really did have a lovely stay at Jiva and would easily recommend it to our friends and family. Would definitely come here again in the future.
Stayed at Jiva beach hotel for a week, 6 adults 2 children aged 3yrs old. It takes you 15mins to walk into Calis all flat walking along the sea front. Staff at the hotel are so friendly and polite, hotel is spotlessly clean. Rooms were excellent cleaned every day, clean towels every day. No need to take beach towel’s the hotel provides them. The food we could not fault plenty of choice in the buffet restaurant. They also have speciality restaurants a 24hr drinks and snacks. The beach is pebbly but has good sun beds with waiter service. You can get food at the beach, in the night time they have entertainment on the beach groups and DJs which has a good vibe. The hotel have their own APP which is sent to you each morning telling you what’s on around the hotel and WiFi is excellent. We all had a brilliant weeks holiday and would definitely recommend it
Fantastic hotel all staff friendly, good food & drink. Nothing too much trouble. Entertainment good. Only downside when it rains could do with more covered areas. We will be back & Thanks again Jiva Team for a great holiday.
