This hotel has a prime beachfront location with beautiful views across Fethiye Bay and stunning sunsets over Calis Beach, and will appeal to beach lovers and anyone in search of relaxation. The air-conditioned beach hotel offers 45 rooms in total. It welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, currency exchange facilities and lift access. Further facilities include a TV lounge, children's playground, café, bar and a restaurant. For an additional fee, guests may make use of the Internet access and room and laundry services.
All hotel rooms have air conditioning and central heating, an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a double bed and a balcony offering a sea view. Other in-room amenities include a telephone, TV, safe, minibar and a fridge.
There is an outdoor swimming pool with poolside snack bar and sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Guests may also relax with a massage (fees apply). There are rocky, sandy and pebble beaches nearby.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Great location with many returning guests, hence this is why we chose it. The rooms were pleasant with fridge, safe and kettle. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. Reception staff very accommodating, thank you Yilzaz (may have spelt that wrong). We arrived at midnight and my two friends had been given a room with a double bed, but were immediately moved to a twin room. The pool area was lovely with enough sun beds most of the time but I think that may be an issue in the peak season as we struggled a couple of days. There could be room for improvement at breakfast. Perhaps a variety of breads, danish pastries/ croissants and more fruit instead of lots of bowls of syrupy liquids, not sure what half of them were - honey and similar but never did find one that looked or tasted like marmalade. The Brothers bar and restaurant a valuable addition to the hotel. Friendly staff all round which makes for a great holiday. Thank you Hotel Mutlu.
Great hotel, recently upgraded, wi-fi now good also.. Great staff with Ahmed and of course the manager Vulcan who does a magnificent job.. pool area and the brothers restaurant excellent, could not ask for better.. Keep up the good work guys.. Mutlu always the best for me and the wife. Gary & Jay
Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and very well kept. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect. Would definitely stay again!
We stayed at Hotel Mutlu for 9 nights with 4 people in two rooms. The double was a sea front room and the twin was a pool view room. The sea view rooms are much smaller than the pool view so would recommend booking these. The rooms had recently been renovated with fresh decor and updated bathrooms. The furniture is adequate. The cleaner came everyday and made the room spotless and provided us with clean towels which was very much appreciated. The pool area is fantastic, clean with well tended gardens. There was never any need to reserve sunbeds as there were always plenty available. The reception staff were polite and always happy to help. There was a fridge in the room and we asked for a safe key on arrival. Brothers bar and restaurant is a must when visiting with attentive service and delicious food and drinks. Shout out to both of the Brothers and the bar staff, especially Ahmed! Thank you making our holiday even better! The breakfast in the hotel was better than expected with both continental and some hot food options such as beef sausages, baked beans, tomatoes, boiled and scrambled eggs. There was also a daily cooking station where you could get omelette, or fried egg. Fresh juice, tea and coffee were also available as part of the breakfast, as well as fresh brown and white bread, jams, honey, chocolate spread and peanut butter. There was also a toaster to toast your bread. This is a very clean and well looked after hotel with 3 star rooms. The lobby, outside area, pool, bar and restaurant make this hotel worthy of a higher rating and we would definitely return again!
We have just returned from spending a fantastic 12 day holiday at the Mutlu Hotel. This was our 9th holiday in Calis, the first at the Mutlu, which we knew having walked past it each day on our way to the beach What a fantastic hotel, the staff are always happy and cheerful, and cannot do enough for you, linen and towels are changed each day, the Brothers Resteraunt is of excelent quality, and their staff serve the best cocktails my wife has ever had, as well as other drinks including an on site coffee shop. We are not pool people, but prefer beaches, which in this case is directly opposite, but the pool is fantastic, set in a lawned area with plenty of sunbeds available. Did I mention we have just had our first holiday there?, well it was so good, we came home on Monday, and on Tuesday booked again for the same time next year
