This hotel is located in the west of the beautiful peninsula of Bodrum. The hotel lies just a short distance away from a 200-metre long bay, which is lines with a sprawling beach. The centre of Gümüşlük, where guests can explore a host of restaurants, bars, shopping opportunities and entertainment venues, is located nearby. The hotel is located just 25 km away from the centre of Bodrum. This luxurious hotel tempts guests with the promise of a truly unforgettable experience. The guest rooms are lavishly appointed, beautifully showcasing the splendour of Turkish style. The hotel features a seemingly boundless array of exemplary facilities, meeting the needs of every type of traveller to a high level of excellence.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. After dipping into one of the 3 outdoor swimming pools, you can spend some time at the private beach. Additional amenities at this property include complimentary wireless Internet access, an arcade/games room and a hair salon.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Just spent two weeks at the Yasmin Resort Hotel just me and my wife had a really great time found the hotel really clean staff constantly cleaning all staff friendly and welcoming food ok and plenty of variety pools both brilliant one heated one not entertainment was brilliant our room was clean and spacious Enjoyed a Turkish Bath and full body massage for the first time on our first full day and they found a couple of issues so rebooked three more sessions which cured them can't thank the owner and manager and all their staff so friendly and informative also big shout out to Bugra the outside staff member found him most welcoming and friendly would look out for us every day to chat and ask about us even after our massage sessions would certainly recommend.
This hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating. I would rate it no more than 3 stars.
Everything is very disappointing. The hotel clearly has not been renovated for a very long time — starting from the main entrance and lobby, to the restaurant and spa.
The rooms are in terrible condition: rusty plumbing, bathrooms with an unpleasant smell, and dirty toilets throughout the hotel.
The restaurant offers very repetitive and monotonous food.
The sea is beautiful, and the views are also stunning — these are the only truly good things about this hotel.
The reception and management seem to have absolutely no interest in making guests’ stay comfortable. They simply do not care, and there are no positive solutions to any requests or concerns. Everything is “not possible.” In 17 years of travelling to Turkey, this is by far the worst level of service I have ever experienced.
The only people who genuinely tried to help were the trainee staff in the restaurant.
And most importantly, the hotel is overwhelmingly pro-Russian. Russian music is played constantly, and this particular group of guests receives noticeably preferential treatment from the staff, despite their rude and disrespectful behaviour towards the hotel itself.
For this reason, I категорically do not recommend this hotel to Ukrainians or to anyone who does not support the “situation” in Ukraine. You may find this extremely upsetting and shocking.
For my family, this hotel has unfortunately put a definite end to our love of holidays in Turkey.
Bad beach-narrow,overcrowded with sun loungers, stones and traces oil. Poor Wi-Fi Food was disappointing and sometimes only lukewarm. The shower was broken,anx there was mould in the bathroom. Poor service and overall not the standard I expected. I would not return to this hotel.
We had an awesome stay at this wonderful hotel, the staff was really friendly and nice, special thanks to « Onurcan » that helped us every time we needed something, the food was great, we liked the concept of having a diferent food thema every day so we didnt get bored, anyway great hotel totally recommend
During the evening show, the animation team entered the crowded area, where there were also many children, carrying sparklers and flares. A spark/ash from them hit our child in the eye. We immediately took our child to the hotel doctor, who examined the eye and applied eye drops.
The following day, Guest Relations offered us a complimentary à la carte dinner and asked us to sign a document in return. The “reason” section of the document was left blank, while the “solution” section simply stated “à la carte.” We refused to sign it. We also requested the doctor’s medical report, but it was not provided to us.
We find the use of sparklers and flares in such a crowded area, especially with children present, extremely unsafe. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to families with children.
