Lujo Hotel Art and Joy

Sena and Berat were great assisstants to our Maki Villa. They were always there when you needed them. Made our stay in Lujo great. I also want to specifically mention the whole team from Kuu restaurant, Busra, Bayram, Adem, Kaan, Hazim, Jasmine, Ekaterina. They were all great. My favourite place in Lujo was Kuu.

I always undertake thorough research before buying a holiday and i'd read some "varying reviews" since i reserved the holiday earlier this year.

I can say that this was a remarkable experience especially as a family holiday. The family room was amazing, clean and well resourced with plenty of bottled water and mini bar with lots of options - all leading brands.

The service level throughout the hotel was amazing - plenty of staff, lots of cleaning, nothing was ever an issue when asked. We were looked after wonderfully by Emin who made sure that we were never without a cocktail by the pool.

However, the most amazing additional level of service ibeing offered is the 2 joy advisors that look after your every whim and need 24 hours a day - I cant say that we are that demanding but whatever query we had it was addressed instantly via the whatsapp group they created on arrival - a big thanks to Gulshat and Zhanna for looking after us so well.

We eat in pretty much all the restaurants and they were all well staffed and have comprehensive menus for both adults and kids. The food will typically come out all at once so i would stagger the order but you learn that fast enough. The kids eat a breadth of foods and always loved it.

As parents of an 11 and 8 year old the biggest winner of all was the kids club. We've never witnessed anything on this scale and nor have our kids demanded to go to kids club every day because they loved it. They would take themselves off each day because they loved it often not returning for hours. Also, it stays open until 2am although we didnt take advantage of that.

In all, this was a truly amazing hotel and allowed all of to relax. I can't get my head around some of reviews that complain. I was a bit nervous about the noise from the evening entertainment but we asked deliberately to be located furthest away so perhaps had we been closer to that location it could have been an issue, neverthless, it never bothered us nor the children who would typically be asleep by 9pm.

The only thing i can think of to improve this hotel is to offer the typical pool bar menus so that you can grab a club sandwich, sushi, fries etc by the pool - i quite often prefer eating casually round the pool which isnt an option here as you will need to go their restaurants for lunch (ps great sushi bar in Koza for lunch). Also, their wine list is amazing but very steep when you order outside the all inclusive list. These are all first world problems and nit picking stuff - will certaintly return.

Our family had the pleasure of staying at Lujo Hotel from July 27th to August 5th, and it was truly a wonderful experience.

A special thank you goes to Ilayda and Beyza, who were our guest relations contacts throughout our stay. They were always available, professional, kind, and spoke excellent English, making every interaction effortless.

Ilayda was especially exceptional. She welcomed us on our very first day and, by a lovely coincidence, she was also there to say goodbye on our departure. Her warmth, genuine care, attention to detail, and constant willingness to help made us feel truly valued throughout our holiday. She is a real asset to Lujo.

The HR team at Lujo deserves recognition for selecting and developing such outstanding people. Exceptional hospitality starts with exceptional staff, and this was evident in every interaction we had.
