An amazing & welcoming hotel! Location is close to everything you need for bars & shops. Everyone who works here is so friendly & helpful especially Engin who could not do enough for everyone! Rooms have everything you need and cleaned everyday. We will definitely be back Em&AJ X
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Amazing Stay at Hotel Serpina!
We honestly cannot thank every single member of staff at Hotel Serpina enough for making our stay so special. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond in every possible way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and you could really tell how much they genuinely cared about making sure everyone had the best holiday.
As we were celebrating our engagement, we were absolutely delighted to come back to our room and find it beautifully set up with flowers on the bed, along with a complimentary bottle of wine and a large bottle of water. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch and made our celebration even more memorable.
The rooms were lovely and had everything we needed, including toiletries and plenty of fresh towels. The food and drinks were also really enjoyable, and there was a great atmosphere throughout our stay. The karaoke and bingo were an added bonus and such a great treat — we had so much fun!
What really stood out to us, though, was the incredible service from the staff. Every member of the team played a part in making our holiday so enjoyable, and we are genuinely grateful to each and every one of you.

What a great welcoming hotel, staff are excellent and really look after you especially the amazing manager Engin . Great location 5 min walk from beach and loads of shops and restaurants nearby but still lovely and quiet in the rooms. Food was delicious and a great breakfast every morning. I’d like to say a big thank you for looking after us and we will definitely be back ( Jackie, Chris, Josh, Catherine, Emily and Sophie) x
