Disappointing - moved after 2 nights
We travelled to Sami Beach as a couple in October 2025, and unfortunately the hotel was so disappointing that after just two nights we asked our Jet2 rep to move us to another hotel. The food was probably the biggest issue. We found the quality extremely poor and there was very little that we actually wanted to eat. The cocktails were also very disappointing, some were genuinely awful and certainly not what you'd expect from a supposedly decent hotel. The rooms are very tired and desperately need updating. The beds were unbelievably uncomfortable, honestly, they felt like sleeping on park benches. After two nights we were more than ready to leave. The one and only real highlight of Sami Beach was the tortoise garden, which was actually lovely and probably the most enjoyable part of our stay! Thankfully, Jet2 were fantastic and managed to move us to Selectum Colours, which completely changed our holiday. The difference was night and day. The Selectum was lovely, and we were so relieved to have somewhere comfortable and enjoyable to spend the rest of our trip. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we couldn't recommend Sami Beach. We went away expecting a relaxing holiday and instead spent the first two days wondering how quickly we could get out of there. Thankfully, moving hotels meant the rest of our holiday could actually be enjoyed.

We were very impressed with the friendliness and hospitality of the hotel staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. Our room was very clean, spacious and well maintained. Everything was tidy and comfortable, which made us feel completely at home. What made our holiday truly special was the wonderful animation team. And a very special thank you to Mesut!❣️ Your energy, kindness, humor and the way you connect with guests are something really special. We had a wonderful stay at Sami Beach Hotel. We really enjoyed the hotel, the atmosphere, and the overall service. The animation team was fantastic and made our holiday even more enjoyable with their energy and friendly attitude.
A special thank you to Orkun from the animation team. He was very friendly, helpful, and always made sure that the guests were having a great time. His positive energy really stood out.
We are very happy with our experience at Sami Beach Hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. We hope to come back again!

Really enjoyed our stay at Sami Beach Hotel. Great atmosphere and amazing hospitality. Special mention to Orkun from the animation team for his super fun energy and great daytime activities! We will definitely come back.

Jet2 you should be ashamed of yourself for allowing this disgusting Hotel to be on your books. Worse holiday I've ever had. Misleading, filthy, terrible rooms and ignorant staff made this the holiday from hell. Hotel Sami Staff, Management, Jet2 Rep and Jet2 Customer Complaints need to seriously have a word with themselves. After evidencing such a poor hotel, Jet2 has just offered a £60 refund! Absolute joke! And no Jet2 we will never use your Holiday Company ever again...and has for Hotel Sami even the resident Jet2 Rep said it was definitely not a 3 star hotel and was the worse he had come across in this area! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! You have been warned!
