Baris is a great tattoo artist, the holiday was amazing here and I came out with a perfect tattoo thanks to the great services
I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice. This was, without a doubt, the worst holiday experience my family has ever had.
The most shocking part of our stay was when a member of staff became physically aggressive towards my husband in front of our 4-month-old baby. No family should ever have to witness or experience something like that while on holiday, and it left us feeling frightened and completely unsupported.
To make matters worse, members of the entertainment team took photographs of our baby without our knowledge or consent. As parents, we found this completely unacceptable and a serious invasion of our privacy.
The hotel itself was in an appalling condition. The food was poor quality with very little variety, and hygiene standards appeared to be lacking. The swimming pool was dirty, the rooms were unclean, and we regularly saw rats and insects around the hotel. Instead of improving, the conditions seemed to get worse each day.
This holiday was supposed to be a special family trip, but I spent most evenings in tears because of how stressful and upsetting the experience was. We left feeling incredibly disappointed, exhausted and upset.
I would never return to this hotel, nor would I recommend it to anyone, especially families with young children. Based on our experience, there are serious concerns regarding guest safety, cleanliness, privacy and customer care that urgently need to be addressed.
Absolutely shocking. The most vile experience of a holiday i have ever been on. We arrived today with 2 children under 12 and were expected to lug our suitcases down maybe 180 stairs. Got to the room and it has an overpowering smell of sewage, mould infested bathroom, plug sockets hanging off the walls, stains on every single mattress and bedding. Air-conditioning is in the rooms but no way to turn it on. I have taken a video and went to reception who said they cannot change the rooms. We are now in the process of moving hotel. We lasted less than 30 minutes
Unfortunately, our stay at Phoenix Sun Bodrum left us with a very negative impression.
During our stay, €200 belonging to my son disappeared from our room**. We had left the money in the room and did not take it with us when we went out. When we noticed that the money was missing, we immediately reported it to the hotel management. Unfortunately, instead of receiving proper support, we were told that the hotel was not responsible for money kept in the room. We were also not properly informed about the need to use the safe.
There were also serious problems with the room. There was black mold in the bathroom which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene and health perspective.
On our last day, the bathroom also started giving us electric shock*. This was extremely frightening and dangerous, especially because it happened in a wet area. We immediately became concerned about our safety.
Overall, instead of feeling safe and comfortable during our holiday, we had to deal with a missing €200, poor room conditions, mold, and a potentially dangerous electrical problem.
*I cannot recommend this hotel. The safety and cleanliness standards, as well as the way our complaint was handled, were very disappointing.
This Hotel is the worst I've ever stayed in. This hotel is dirty and smells like cats. The room we were given was unclean. One of the pillows had bloodstains; the fridge door was so rusted it wouldn't open. The chair had stains on it. The phone did not work; the drawers and cupboards were dirty. There were no towels in the rooms. The food had hardly any choice. The coffee was like muddy water. We paid for all-inclusive but had to go out for breakfast and dinner. So that was extra money we had to spend. The staff had no joy in themselves. I would never adsive any one to stay at this hotel at all. We were given different rooms, but they were just a bit better.
