Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay. The staff throughout the hotel were, without exception, all friendly and helpful, the entertainment team were brilliant, and our room was cleaned every day to a very high standard.

The main buffet restaurant was absolutely fine, with plenty of choice and a good variety of food each day. We never struggled to find something we enjoyed.

We booked one of the à la carte restaurants during our stay. The food was lovely, but the service felt quite rushed. We suspect this may have been because we weren’t ordering alcohol, although we can’t be certain. We were in and out in around 30 minutes, and were even asked to order dessert while we were only halfway through our main course. It took away from what should have been a more relaxed dining experience.

Denny’s is another restaurant on the hotel grounds that operates separately from the all-inclusive package, so food and drinks are paid for. We had a lovely meal there, and the beachfront setting was beautiful. The alcoholic drinks there were quite expensive though.

The sunbed reserving around the pool was much like any other all-inclusive resort. If you want a prime spot, you’ll need to get up early, but even if you don’t, we always managed to find somewhere to sit, so it wasn’t as stressful as some reviews had suggested. The bubble pool and slide pool were always quieter than the cozzy pool. There were also plenty of sunbeds available on the beach throughout the day.

Swimming in the sea was great fun, and there was an aquasports centre on the beach offering a wide range of activities to suit different budgets, so there was something for everyone if you wanted to try something new. Walking along the beachfront also made us appreciate our choice of hotel even more, as it was clearly one of the nicest, if not the nicest, properties along that stretch of beach.

The hotel is located on quite a busy road with plenty of shops and bars nearby, which is really convenient if you like to explore outside the resort. Despite this, we couldn’t hear any noise from our room at night, so it never affected our sleep.

One thing that was particularly helpful was the check-out process. We had to leave our room at midday, but our airport transfer wasn’t until 9:00 pm. We were able to continue using all of the hotel’s facilities, including the restaurants, for the rest of the day, which made a huge difference. There is also a luggage room and shower facilities beneath reception, so we were able to freshen up before leaving for the airport. It meant we could make the most of our final day without feeling uncomfortable or rushed.

Hopefully these are the kinds of details that help someone else who’s considering booking. We had a lovely holiday and would happily consider returning in the future.

this hotel was amazing!! the staff especially omer in the main dining hall was so friendly and always remembered which drinks we would have for lunch and dinner and always be prompt to bring new cutlery over, this really made the experience magical, also birhat in the snack area was very friendly too.

the hotel location is perfect as it’s right near the beach and near shops which is good for shopping for bags and sunglasses. overall was a really good holiday!!!

We were very satisfied with our stay at Parkim Ayaz Hotel. The hotel's location, direct access to the beach, atmosphere, food, and overall quality of service all met our expectations.

One of the most important aspects of a vacation for us is the entertainment program, and in this regard, the animation team did an excellent job. Every evening featured a different themed program, making each day enjoyable and unique. The hotel is perfect for both families and groups of friends. We have visited in both settings, and each time we left with wonderful memories.

This was our second stay at Parkim Ayaz Hotel. One of the main reasons we chose to return was the animation team, especially Özge. Her warm personality, positive energy, and friendly way of encouraging guests to join the activities made our vacation even more memorable.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and if we visit Bodrum again, we would definitely consider staying at Parkim Ayaz Hotel again.
