Pool

Overall it was a nice stay. Our apartment was very clean and refreshed every day. Pools were lovely with a relaxing atmosphere.  Nice location, close to Gumbet and Bodrum. Spa and fitness centre is very clean with friendly staff, spa treatments were absolutely amazing and good value for money. The only downside for us was the breakfast not being to our tastes, and the bar/pool staff not being that friendly or being over-friendly when we were trying to sunbathe.

Overall a nice stay

From the moment we arrived, to the time we left and at all times in between, all of the staff, reception, restaurant, pool, bar and cleaners were friendly and professional. The studio apartment was clean, well equipped and maintained. We had no issues. Highly recommended. Plenty of space around the good sized pool and two smaller pools, with plenty of sunbeds. Yuni, the friendly barman,  kept us topped up and entertained. Highly recommended 👍

Ideal. No problems. Nice Place.

We enjoyed our time at Jasmin Elite. It's in a good location away from the main area of Gumbet. Taxis into Bodrum were around 180 lira and you can walk into Gumbet or taxi for around 120/150 lira. 

Good points:
- pool areas are clean and well maintained. The hotel grounds and pool staff look after it well. Worth noting the pools are extremely cold. Refreshing in summer though!!
- you can always get a sun bed, towels are provided and always available 
- good drinks at the pool bar, cocktails are lovely, wine is good and sweet frappes are delicious! Food is decent too for a quick lunch at the pool
- the gym is fabulous! Extensive equipment and always quiet. 
- the rooms are big with lots of space for storage and getting ready. Cleaners did a good job! 
- beds are comfy, curtains are black out etc. 
- spa area is gorgeous and facilities are lovely. 
- it's not especially family friendly as there's no facilities for children so mostly adults. 
- staff are attentive and friendly! Anything you need, you can aks for and get! Maybe a little two attentive to two females here as friends....
- books are available in reception if you finish yours! 

Some things we didn't love:
- menus at the pool for lunch & drinks have no prices on.
- the music by the main pool is often too loud and disrupts the rooms surrounding the pool, and people at the pool. Play decent music at a lower level and it will feel less of a pain. When the "boss" was in, surprisingly the music was quieter. 
- breakfast was fine but extremely repetitive and what was supposed to be hot in the trays was often cold. Eggs, omelettes cooked fresh though! 
- WiFi password will be your passport number and DOB... we did not like that system. 
- our safe didn't work in the room and the clothes airer was totally broken on the balcony. 
- you have to pay every day for what you drink/ eat at the pool, you cannot put things on your room to pay at the end except the extras you may have at breakfast (OJ, latte). 
- our suitcases were left in reception once we checked out and awaited our transfer. This didn't feel very secure. There is places the cases could go so I'm not sure why guests are made to feel nervous about luggage being left out on their last day.

We really enjoyed our time here, it served everything we needed and with this feedback, it could be a fantastic place.  

Lovely hotel, great location 

The property’s location is great. A 10 minute drive to the Marina where most of tourist attractions are located.
There’s a nearby bazar where it has a number of restaurants, cafes and stores.
The hotel staff were very helpful.
The downside of our stay was the noise from motorists in the area and the loud music coming from a nearby hotel/club.
In addition, there was sewage smell coming out of the shower 3/4 times used.

We had a good stay in general. The facility was cleaned every day and breakfast was moderately good.

Spacious apartment
Very nice apartment plenty of room, the balcony was large and nice to sit on in the evenings. Felt like home from home every thing you needed. Only down side cups disappeared when room was cleaned never replaced when reported other than that helpful on reception and if a problem with our apartment seen to straight away. Close to beach and all amenities would definitely return.

Lovely hotel

This simple hotel is in Gumbet. There are a total of 52 rooms on the premises. Visitors may take advantage of the Wi-Fi connection throughout. The reception desk is open all day long. Cots are not available at this property. Common areas are suitable for wheelchair-disabled people. Jasmin Elite Residence provides parking for guests' convenience.
