The hotel is located in Gumbet, approximately 800 metres from the centre and just 30 metres from the beach. The cosmopolitan resort of Bodrum, with its castle and the Museum of Underwater Archaeology, is approximately 3 km away. Guests will find shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife around 400 metres from the hotel. The complex consists of 2- and 3-storey white cube blocks, typical of the local style, set amidst well-maintained gardens. Pretty, brightly-coloured bougainvillea creep up the sides of the buildings in this popular apartment hotel. With 259 rooms in total, the establishment offers a rich variety of services and facilities. There is a choice of 3 outdoor pools and the hotel also has its own section of the sandy beach approximately 30 metres away where sun loungers and parasols can be hired. Guests are welcome to pamper themselves with a massage or SPA treatment.

Amazing Stay and Excellent Hospitality
We had such a wonderful stay at this resort! The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming, especially the reception team. The resort itself was beautiful, the food was super good, and the location was perfect.
We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade and a late check-out at no additional cost, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Everything was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended! We would definitely come back! Rania Massroua
Mediocre stay- wouldn’t return
This is my experience- great spot for the beach, water sports and wandering into town or exploring the beach front. The hotel… breakfast the same everyday. Eggs, omelette, cereal, salad, chips, some cold meats and bread. If you want a full English head down to Mistral bay. £5 for a full English or Windy Bay next door to it. Snack bar- pizza, burgers, chips, pasta and nuggets. No healthy choices like a salad or a sandwich or anything like that. Restaurant is open at 12.30pm for other choices, but I did see them transferring meat out of an “old” container into a “fresh”one being put in. Tea - is served from 7.30pm which I think is late considering there’s lots of kids here. You will queue for food and sometimes no tables are available to be able to sit. Food is ok.. a lot of the same as other nights. We ate out a lot. Drinks are basic and served mainly in a thin paper cup. They are small drinks too.. no pints. Cocktails are not what is advertised online and social media. You pay extra for a cocktail at the terrace bar.. the free bar is up there too but sometimes the water goes off and they don’t have back up drinks unless you walk to another bar - I disagreed with this and said we should be provided with drinks if paying for all inclusive holiday. There’s another small pool within the hotel but they don’t have the bar open there which means you need to take your own drinks. Bars close at 11pm. Which also means all juice and coffee machines are switched off too. Entertainment is just the usual dancers, karaoke, bingo and kids disco. We stayed in room 812 - basic, sink was starting to come off, shower head fell off on to my sons head and it looked like the shower had just been fixed as it had some white tape wrapped around it. Window in bathroom - if opened could see the shower and toilet area! Rooms are not what are advertised online. Sometimes no hot water for a shower. Not clean. Outdated. Slides - open 11-12 and 3-4 which is a-bit ridiculous when we are in an all inclusive hotel with lots of children in peak season! Ice creams are around an hour a day. It’s like a choc ice but on a stick. That’s it. There’s a lovely ice cream and waffle stand just down the beach and the waffles are huge - this is cheap! I know Anne from customer relations will say I have no booking under your name like she’s done previously on all negative reviews - but believe me we stayed here and have photos to prove it. Staff work hard and most are lovely and friendly. Staff on the bbq outside are overworked.. it needs more staff! Turkish baths on site are great.. you can barter with price too. The best pool is up at the terrace bar. Calm and quiet and sunbeds always available when we went up. You also get one free visit to the restaurant up there. I didn’t think it was amazing and my kids didn’t eat their food as they said it was bland. Our first day we were round the main pool and it was filthy. Beds crammed together.. no space to move. Cigarette ends and rubbish everywhere. It was a Sunday and its staff day off so it’s not looked after. There is also no entertainment Sundays. I can recommend Mistral Bay which is about a 5-10 min walk from the hotel for food. Very cheap and very good. Also lovely staff there. Also Gumbet dragon in the town for food.. again low prices but good food. Partners shop for bags and purses. They have clothing too and you can haggle with them to get a good price. Go to the supermarket in town if you want snacks.. very very cheap. Stray dogs on the beach - don’t be scared of them.. they are very gentle and we fed them most nights. The kids were gutted to be leaving them. Stray cats around the hotel too. Would I stay here again - absolutely not. Do I recommend this hotel.. absolutely not. We made the best of it while we were there but also glad to leave and we’ve never felt like that.

Fantastic Holiday
Just back from a wonderful holiday at the Jasmin Beach Hotel, and what a fabulous experience from start to finish!!
From the minute you walk into Reception you are met by the very courteous Reception Staff who were knowledgeable and even though we arrived at an unearthly hour could not do enough for us ; our bags were then taken to our room, where we were met with a spotlessly clean room that had tea / coffee making facilities and 2L bottles of water that were replenished every day.
The food was lovely with plenty of choice, there was always something for everyone to eat ; and once breakfast was over there seemed to be non-stop food all day!! ..... From lunch by the main pool to pizza & snacks at the Terrace, then snacks above the main dining room to crepes just after, before the 7.30pm start of the evening meal ; there was definitely no shortage of food.
A special mention has to go to Anne who was on hand to help with any queries we had, and also all the other staff in the hotel too ; you were always greeted with a smile and a hello, and believe me I saw first hand how rude some guests could be, but their smile never faltered which is testament to their professionalism ..... The waiting staff were also always on hand when you needed anything in the main dining room, nothing was too much trouble for any of them!!
There are plenty of places within walking distance for food, drinks & shopping, and 5 minutes walk to the left of the hotel is where most of the boat trips depart.
There have been a number of negative reviews about the hotel but I cannot praise it enough ; so much so that we are hoping to return next year.

Great holiday, relaxed & worth it
Jasmin Beach Hotel, we had what a fab time, from start to finish!!

The food was lovely with plenty of choice, there was always something for everyone to eat, including a kids corner, once breakfast was over there seemed to be non-stop food all day! From lunch by the main pool to pizza & snacks at the Terrace / Panarama pool, 19.30 start of the evening meal, there was definitely no shortage of food.
A special mention has to go to Anne who was on hand to help with any queries we had, and also all the other staff in the hotel, who would always greet you with a smile & hello, which is a task in itself as I witnessed how rude some guests were to them, but their smile never faltered which is testament to their professionalism. The waiting staff were also always on hand when you needed anything in the main dining room, nothing was too much trouble for any of them!
There are plenty of places within walking distance for food, drinks & shopping, and 5 minutes walk to the left of the hotel is where most of the boat trips depart.

Highly recommend
Stayed for 2 weeks in August and not got one bad thing to say, rooms are lovely and clean, the pool area was cleaned constantly by a lovely elderly man who ensured everyone had a sunbed, the entertainment team was amazing, my husband loved waterpolo each day. Amhet at the poolside bar was exceptional, the food hall was organised well, especially by Huseyin and Lokman who always ensured that there were seats available and that drinks were provided, Nusnet and Cihan went above and beyond with their service. Overall, a very friendly and welcoming hotel which I recommend and will be definitely returning! I've saved the best til' last with the Terrace bar upstairs. Jimmy,Nigel and the bar staff -what can I say? The food was amazing but the laughs you have are the best - pure entertainment! Always got live football on too. Outside of the hotel, I highly recommend The Shanghai restaurant for a lovely evening out; best food in gumbet, lovely drinks, again live football but it's the staff that make the place exceptional! best place to eat out in gumbet! Carlos visits the hotel daily where you can book in and he provides free transfers there and back. Thanks Jasmine hotel for an amazing holiday see you next year x
