Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Just got back from club shark for the 3 time in as many years and what a warm welcome again by all the staff. Memmet the restaurant manger saw all 4 of us on our first full day after arriving late on the Friday night and gave us all a big hug. when we arrived on the friday night we were welcomed by "harry potter" who for the 3 times we have been he worked in the restaurant by david the normal "bag guy"was in the army and came back on the sunday. All the staff work hard and you can have a laugh with all of them. As it was all inclusive hotel the food was a bit samey but there was always something to eat putting that aside they did have a few nice soups on. we did go out for meals a few time went to Peters place and Alfie moons both of which i totally recommend if you want drinks there is a bar just over the road called the juckbox Going next week to book again for next year and i cant wait neither can the other 3
The only bad side about the hotel is if you walk into town it is down a big hill not bad going down its coming back up which is the downside but that does not bother 3 of the group but dad has poor mobility so for him to climb it was a bit of a "killer"

So we booked Club Shark not knowing what to expect . But wow even though it is only a small place . The staff that worked there was amazing . Very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you . Food was spot on in fact my wife had nothing to complain about about . The pool was kept clean but chilly when 1st in but you get used to it . Rooms was basic but look modern and bathrooms was a good standard .. . Entertainment was good as well . Always something on . If I could pick one fault is the sun beds could do with a bit of clean . But we are already looking to book again . Close to everything .
Just back from a brilliant stay at Club Shark, our first time here. Check in process was smooth despite arriving late at night. All staff were absolutely amazing. So polite, friendly & hard working, nothing was too much bother. Rooms basic but better than expected. Beds & pillows clean & comfortable. Good shower. Free WiFi available throughout the hotel for guests. We were near reception on the road side so noise was an issue. Recommend ear plugs just incase but we did adapt to it after a few nights. Rooms cleaned to a good standard each day. £18 for safe deposit box for the week. Food was fantastic, I’ve no idea how anyone could complain about it. Breakfast had pancakes, eggs, sausage, beans then cold meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, toast etc. Always had a selection of meats available at lunch & dinner with rice, potatoes, chips etc all cooked nicely. Large range of salads. Then a choice of desserts which were lovely. All inclusive drinks were the usual Pepsi, lemonade, Fanta etc then beer, wine & local spirits plus a few cocktails. Water, juice & coffee available from machines anytime. The pool area is small but we didn’t have an issue finding sun beds in the morning. Atmosphere was lovely, aqua aerobics on some mornings with good music. We walked along the beach each day (free shuttle available from hotel but it’s easily walked) but didn’t spend much time there - lovely area but very much crammed with sunbeds. Evening entertainment each night was variable but always something on. My only criticism would be the lack of space in that area for everyone to sit & be able to watch at a table. The location is brilliant with plenty of supermarkets, nice bars, restaurants etc within walking distance.
