Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I have only stayed for 2 days out of booked 7 and moved to adifferent hotel. The crew was very nice and helpful but the room and the beach access left a lot to be desired. Not really well mantained with a rusty very small sink and a a rusty shower cabin doors. The hygiene everywhere wasnt up to par. The buffet was ok. Not very imaginitive, but solid especially the salad bar. The beach was around 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel, with no bar and very limited space, which was the worst part for me. I was prepared to disregard a lot of the problems due to the pleasentness of the crew but i came here for a beach vacation. Leaving the review since not many mention the beach access.
Terrible. Although we were told they had superior rooms, the ones actually available were awful: they smelled of urine and mold, the bathrooms lacked soap and were full of dampness, and there were cockroaches in the rooms... the breakfast was deplorable. We couldn't bring ourselves to stay for the other meals. We do not recommend it.
This hotel should be shut down due to the filth, the insects living there, and the huge cockroaches everywhere—none of which the staff cares about at all. Trash left on tables by the pools is also ignored; clearing it away seems too much trouble for them, so they just leave it for the next day. The mattresses and pillows in the rooms are yellow and filthy, and there are heaps of dust and dead bugs under the beds. Power outlets are ripped out of the walls, there is dampness and mold in the bathrooms, and the walls are dirty and cracked. It is absolutely filthy and disgusting. To top it off, the owners pretend not to speak English and respond to the constant stream of complaints with a malicious smirk—the reservations manager does exactly the same thing. It’s a disgrace; please give this hotel a wide berth.
We had a wonderful stay at BlueNuit Hotel. The reception team was always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our holiday. The animation team was energetic and made every evening fun and enjoyable for guests of all ages.
The hotel in general was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Its location is also very convenient, close to the beach and many nice places around the area. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff always made us feel special.
Thank you to the entire BlueNuit Hotel team for an amazing experience. We would definitely love to come back again!
AVOID!! I’ve been visiting Gumbet/Bitez for around 25 years now and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Food aside (Turkish isn’t always the best), the place was filthy. Despite being AI I only had two drinks all week. The area round the pool was never cleaned, dirty ashtrays (or cups) filled with cigarette ends, broken glass under tables, dirty and broken sun beds, full bins and the area round the soft drinks machine at the bar was sticky, dirty and had flies stuck to it. I never saw the pool water being tested, and came home with a severe stomach bug that lasted 3 days. Not sure if I can attribute that to the hotel but it’s never happened before! Do not be taken in by the photos, it’s nothing like that. And don’t even look for staff, they don’t wear uniforms so you can’t tell who they are. The only thing that I can say was ok - apart from the ripped curtains - was my room. Superior one with a pool view, but no outside space to hang wet clothes. Music was all Turkish, and no entertainment team to be seen, but that is a minor point. All in all, I wasted £330 on this hole.
