Fish restaurant review : Lovely atmosphere, food was great and drinks kept coming. The fig desert was especially tasty. The staff was helpful and friendly.
This was our 2nd visit to this beautiful hotel. We took our 8 year old grandson and met our friends there they had seven year old with them. The hotel is perfect for families, lovely rooms, great water park and pools, the boys had the best time. All staff were so friendly and efficient. We loved it here. Thank you x
Honestly had the best time! The entertainment was first class! And the staff even better. Tiger was always very caring and interested with my son. Gigi also very good! I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough
Currently staying at this hotel as a family of 4. Unfortunately the noise and the sunlounges issue overshadowed it for us. Let me explain.
Noise. We paid for the junior suite, it offered amazing views overlooking the main pool area and the sea view, however it came with the never stopping noise, either from the pool area, reception below, the shows at night or the neighbouring guests as the walls are so thin. The shows start at 21.45 pm which is quite late for kids, the other day we watched a kids circus which definitely aimed at younger children aged up to 5 and it only started at 21.45, most young kids would be in bed by then. Besides the music volume was well above the normal, as we saw multiple kids leaving shows covering their ears, we usually sat at the back and it hurt our ears too. After the shows, there was usually a live music performance also, going on till about 2 am, so you can imagine we and the kids struggled to sleep. The hotel would probably suit the couples who like to party with no kids, although there are a lot of facilities for kids. I actually got sick because of the lack of sleep and rest here. Sun lounges issue. The hotel doesn’t enforce no reserve sun lounge policy, so you will see people race to leave their towels starting at 7.00 am ( maybe even 6!) and reserve a space. Usually happens near the main pool and the water park. So if you are awake a bit later, you will have no luck to find a space. The usual view in the morning is walking past hundreds of sun loungers with towels on them, but no people. Also, we watched a few people occupying sun lounges in the sun and leaving towels in the shade having no consideration for others. It’s the holiday so you should not be stressed about these issues. We ended up going to the beach most of the time as it wasn’t that busy.
The food was good but lacked variety, there are a lot of facilities for children with different length pools. The beach was ok, but wasn’t that white and sandy as I expected as had tiny stones in it. We stayed at Lara beach before and it had much better beach. The hotel location is quite isolated so feels quite different from the other hotels we stayed in Turkey. You can’t just cross the street and explore the area. Overall, it would have been a good stay but it is the noise and the sun lounge race that overshadowed it for us.
The entertainment crew was great! Aleja was wonderful! She was great with the kids!
