General view

The property was good. The Aquasis entertainment that happened each night was fabulous.  The performances were par excellence. 
We as a family waited each night for the different programs and had a blast.  Amazing.  
The other facilities were good.  Gym was good. People were very warm and friendly.

Best Entertainment ever

Stayed for 9 nights 27th - 5th November. Can’t understand the bad reviews about rude staff as we never experienced this. Quite the opposite actually. We stayed in the lake houses and although our room was small we don’t like to stress about rooms on holiday, literally just for sleeping. We found the area nice and quiet on an evening away from the entertainment. Unable to comment on the entertainment as we spent evenings at the park, and a couple of nights at Topkapi. The park is the best park we have experienced at a hotel, big, well maintained and clean. Our son loved it and spent so much time there. Topkapi was also amazing, the fillet steak chef special is a MUST. Still craving it now. Entertainment there on a bit late for us, 22.30. The kids club was also amazing and I wish my son would have utilised it. I would have been more than confident to leave him there with such plentiful and wonderful staff. It was so clean and the facilities spot on. 
I loved the food, my husband not so much. It definitely needed to be hotter. Busy restaurants don’t bother us, everyone there to enjoy themselves in their own way. The snack bar closed part way through our stay which wasn’t a problem, you can’t go hungry at this hotel but we missed the waffle station. Drinks we had were wonderful although we only had gin, vodka or soft drinks. Could do with chocolate or vanilla milkshakes for the kids as my son didn’t like strawberry or banana. 
The pools were too cold to go in which was disappointing for my husband but we visited Antalya in august and it was so hot all you could do was be in the pool so I enjoyed the different type of holiday. 
There were, as mentioned a fair few flies in certain areas but we didn’t let these bother us. It’s just nature. Same in the UK where we live this time of year. 
Had a pedicure which was €20 and my feet were like new, definitely recommend this. 
Hotel is wonderfully clean, spacious and even when busy (as it was October half term UK) you could always get a sun lounger at any time of day. 
Really enjoyed it here. One star off for food not being hot enough and FREEZING cold pools but everything else made up for it. Lovely family time together.

Really enjoyable stay

This place is lovely..... the only let down is the beds are solid and there are so many flies on the food in the restaurant......... which made us not want to eat anything staff are not interested ....... for a 5 star hotel this is a very big let down....

To many flies

This hotel complex is huge. We stayed in a lake room which for two adults and a 10 year old was fine. Another child in the room would have felt cramped. 

We stayed for 11 nights. Although our towels were changed daily, our bedding wasn’t changed once. The room was barely cleaned and the balcony was dirty. Any glasses we brought back to the room were not removed. Disappointing in a so called 4 star plus hotel. Mini fridge in the room was also not regularly topped up. 

The food was poor overall. The main restaurant was worse than a school dinner hall and wasn’t helped by the significant number of rude guests who barged in and did not care about queuing. Breakfast was the best meal of the day. Even the a la carte restaurants were a let down. 

The pools were Baltic but in October, you could always get a lounger. 

The staff - well, they were a hit or a miss. The lady who did the omelettes in the morning was brilliant as was the young guy in the bar at the lake rooms. However, the staff in the restaurant could be rather abrasive and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Same could be said about the staff at the lobby bar. On numerous occasions, I was surprised not to be wearing the drinks I ordered as they were practically thrown at me! On that note too, the all inclusive drinks were nothing to get excited about.

The cabanas, however, are great and a must if you come to this hotel. 

Based on our experience, we would neither return nor recommend. Actually felt very disappointed that we choose this hotel for our big holiday of the year.

Disappointing

I Stayed at Aquasis Deluxe Hotel and Spa based on Jet2 website, which makes this hotel look stunning. I bought this holiday for my wife's 40th Birthday so I wanted it to be special so I paid extra for a swim up lake house. No where do you let people know that these are in the shade and the pool is too cold to get in at this time of year.  We had sun on our part until 1pm. Everyone I spoke to wasn't happy about the extra paid for a lake house to not use it. I stayed in room 2109. On arrival at the hotel we were given our room and we and our bags were taken to the room. The receptionist explained where the bars were and where we could eat. The next morning I went to ask about the WI-FI which was useless and was told by reception that's all there is.When you log in it works for 2 mins and then goes off as it did on all four phones we had with us. As I couldn't get on the app I asked when the welcome meeting would be to be told it had already happened and the rep had gone. I had paid for all inclusive plus as per the website stating international branded drinks included. I have copy and pasted Jet2's wording exactly here -

You can imagine my surprise when I was told I had to pay for them. This immediately spoiled my holiday as it's all I drink. I then spent the day drinking poor drinks that gave me heartburn as I couldn't afford to keep buying Jack Daniels at the 7 Euro price wanted. Eventually Monday night I paid for one Jack Daniels and Coke at the end of the night. I was asked for my room number and to sign the bottom of the slip. Tuesday passed the same and again I had 1 Jack Daniels at the end of the night. At this point realising that if you are a girl and flirt with the staff you can get any drink for free. Witnessed also by my wife and others. On Wednesday I was speaking to a Couple who were going home who told me they had been drinking Jack Daniels all week for free but you had to get it in the Lobby Bar only. With this I went to ask at the lobby bar and was told by the young girl (I think possibly the duty manager), that I would still have to pay. She told me it was a new concept by the management. Again not happy I purchased a drink on Wednesday night. Thursday was the same. Spoilt by the poor drinks and again purchasing 1 Jack Daniels at the end of the night. These were purchased from Recep each evening and will be on camera. On Friday I decided to go and check what my bill was with reception. I was told 95 Euros. I explained what I had had to drink and so was Shocked to find other drinks were added to the order after I had signed on every night. I have the receipt for this. I would also ask you to ask the hotel to check the cameras that will only show me ordering and signing for 1 drink. I am absolutely disgusted with this and would like my money returned to me. I registered a complaint with Seda on customer relations. She told me to speak with Jet2 when I get home as there were no more reps going to the hotel at the end of season. I was also promised she had sent the complaint to her management but they werent there. On Saturday a couple told me that Jack Daniels was free and I went with him to the bar where he was given the drinks for free. No room number quoted – nothing. So I asked for the same and was given them. I went back to Seda on customer relations explaining this who walked with me to reception. Reception told us you have to pay its a new concept from management this year, so I took Seda into the lobby bar where she and I were told they are free. Seda at customer relations didn’t know. 2 staff saying two different things and myself gutted with my holiday ruined. I feel cheated, over charged, misled, given false information and mis sold a holiday with false information. I feel lied to and the staff really need to sing off the same hymn sheet. Also to top this off there were only 3 A la carte restaurant's open so the Mexican we would have had we couldn’t as it was closed. Not good enough. Another benefit of all inclusive plus not given. Also, halfway through the Holiday (1st Novemeber) They shut the smaller snack bars that we used every day, the beach bar – again used by us everyday, and the smaller pool bar, again the closest one to our room. Simply not good enough. If you have contacted me about this I have to admit that with the 89 e-mails I have seen since booking it’s easy to lose the e-mails. As I had to pay for Jack Daniels I also spent over £300 out of the resort drinking as it was cheaper than in the hotel. I have used Jet2 3 times before which have all been great and much cheaper and you got what was said on the Website. This Holiday was simply mis sold to me. I can send in receipts for what I spent and from the Hotel. I didn’t want to put a poor review on social media but Jet 2 have not replied to my emails sent over a month ago. Once again I feel misled, mis-sold, cheated, overcharged, and the hotel simply have lack of communication and are geared up to take your money.
