Pool

Grand entrance which was impressive. However after being taken to the hotel by the buggy the rooms were not what we paid for. 2 days later we were moved to bigger rooms, but then found the bathroom was so small the disabled shower flooded the whole bathroom and no way of stopping this. The sink would take 30 mins to drain away before anyone else could use it. The bathroom door was in an awful state due to the shower issues.  The hotel was very bare with very out dated furniture   Crammed against the walls. It was like a ghost town. No staff to share concerns or speak too. No options for any sort of drink on return to hotel. No telephone line to contact main reception if the buggy you requested took longer than 30 mins and you needed to call again (this was a regular occurrence) 
The food in main restaurant was varied but always same  and cold. The desserts were same in patisserie by pool.  The snack bar food was same every day and once again  cold even if you got there when it opened at 12. The salad on the snack bar was covered in flies as it was not covered and left open.
The drinks machines  were also covered in flies as they never seemed to get wiped over. The table and chairs had flies constantly as they didn’t get washed down either.  
The adult pool sun-beds were covered in bird poo, many broken beds around this pool And the main pool.  Only option for drinks at the adult pool Was a machine which was dirty and only cherry juice was working, no water nothing else available. 
The entertainment staff didn’t stop all day and the staff work hard however this is definitely not 5 star.
The beach is lovely but difficult to get too when disabled.
In my opinion it would be lucky to get 3 stars.
Very very disappointing and will not return to this hotel.

Entertainment - 10/10 absolutely amazing, made sure we felt welcome, learnt dances with us, night shows were fantastic, during the day the dart games, volleyball were really good.
Food- 7/10 towards the end they had conferences and the food was not the best and not many choices so we had to go out a few times for food, however at the start the food was absolutely amazing.
Rooms - 10/10, constantly cleaned, fresh bedding, very spacious, COMFY beds, thick blankets were provided incase we were cold.
Pool - 8/10, as it was end of season (October) it was quite cold and I only went in once however the slides were amazing and the pool was CONSTANTLY clean. 
Staff - 10/10 everyone was so polite and welcoming and made us feel at home immediately.
I really enjoyed it here and we will 100% be back in August.

Great

The hotel is located in a beautiful bay. Tasty and varied meals. The hotel staff gives their all. The rooms are clean, only the bathrooms need renovation. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the management staff has racist tendencies. After posting a comment online, we were forced to remove it under threat of expulsion from the hotel. We were blocked from access to our room, money and medicines. The husband was forced to write a statement that he would not write any more unflattering (racist in the managers' opinion) comments about the hotel. Aggressive, intrusive management. We felt intimidated and harassed.

True face Anadolu Hotels Didim Club

Very last minute we were moved to this hotel since originally booked hotel has closed down for the season.
We are thrilled! We have visited many 5* hotels and been in Turkey for 4 times this year, however we haven't seen any other hotel with such a cleanliness.
Staff really gives it all.
If I could give 6* I would.
Food were the highest class and a la carte restaurant did not disappoint us.
Thank you so much, and hopefully we will visit again!
