Only 4 stars because of rooms. Bungalows are old and are not cleaned very well. Furnitures and equipment should be change for new ones. Besides great green area with a lots of Shadow. Huge pool and restaurants with great food where anyone can find something special. Main advantege are animation. Those for adults and for the kids. Mehmet and his animation team is amazing and makes every single day so much fun
Our best Turkish holiday yet! We are currently staying at this wonderful hotel for a 14-day vacation, and we are absolutely thrilled. This is our 5th time visiting Turkey, and we can confidently say this is by far the best hotel we have ever experienced here. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature and features a perfect sandy beach that is absolutely beautiful. Before coming, we read some negative reviews about the food, but we definitely disagree. The food is incredibly delicious and changes every single day, so we haven't seen a repetitive menu once. À la carte restaurant is absolutely delicious. Most of the staff are genuinely kind, helpful, and always smiling. A massive shoutout goes to Mehmet from the animation team, who is absolutely perfect because of his wonderful, natural personality. The hotel really knows how to take care of its guests, and we were beautifully surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine and a fresh fruit plate in our room, which was a truly nice touch. It is also very easy to explore the local area, as you can take bus number 4 right outside directly to Altinkum town, which is packed with great shops. If there is one tiny thing that could be improved, it would be updating and renovating the bathrooms to make the rooms even better. Overall, everything is superb, we are having an unforgettable holiday, and we would return in a heartbeat.
So this is now the 3rd time we have been back at Anadolu and unfortunately this will be the last time. This hotel has changed dramatically since 2023 when we first came.
The hotel room was the same as last time, so no changes there except you can tell the rooms are coming of age. The problem this time around is that this hotel no longer caters for the English/British people anymore. Not once have the animation team spoken to me or my family (Kids) they should have NEVER got rid of Diamond animation for entertainment. The food has not changed at all and unfortunately we had to eat out every night.
We’ve paid £3300GBP to be spoken to like crap and it’s clear that some European people do not know what a Que is. I watched my daughter aged 9 go to the pool bar multiple times and she was pushed in front of by European/Turkish guests. If you want to spend a week or longer with Turkish only speaking around you then book this place. We only came across 1 other British family when we stayed here this time around. Our kids really struggled to make holiday friends which they have done in every other part of Türkiye and even so at Anadolu in 2023.
It’s such a shame that we’ve decided that this will be our last time.
They have now called us and asked us to edit the review: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
6 and out Been her six times and doubt I would return. The staff are wonderful the rooms and grounds fortless, there is a varied menu and always something to eat. But. The animation team are rude and not up to the last visits. Whe informed the team I could not participate because I have cardic defibrillator he said that was my problem not his. The auditorium is not used, rather they have kids disco at the main bar whilst you are trying to relax. Getting a late Check out is impossible. Music from 4 O'clock is beyond deafening. The adult only pool isnot monitored so lots of kids in the pool. Last year was wonderful. This year it seemed they wanted to cut on money and not provide for all their guests. I don't recommend this place anymore, which is a shame. Everything in the shop is way overpriced.
Everything about this Hotel is really good. Staff and animation team excellent. Only down side is that they don’t cater much for the British. It’s all Turkish based. ( yes we in Turkey but that’s my opinion). Go into town and it’s brilliant.
