Breathtaking views from a wonderful hotel, with the most amazing staff. Rooms were spacious, cleaned daily, the pool area is amazing, comfortable loungers around pool, views over Bodrum Resort and the island of Kos. 5 min taxi ride into bodrum 300 tlr, arranged by the lovely staff on reception. The breakfast staff were so welcoming and helpful and always greeted you with a warm smile. The Bar tenders were cheerful, chatty and nothing was too much. And finally the main dining room staff again always welcomed you with a smile and kind words ( the 2 sisters) in there always enquiring how your day had been. We will definitely be back one day and can’t thank you all enough for making our stay that bit more special. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I think it’s a shame because this hotel has the potential to be really great, but unfortunately there were a few things that negatively affected our experience.
Firstly, we found some of the staff quite unhelpful and rude/dismissive. There were a few members of staff who were genuinely lovely and helpful, which we really appreciated, but overall the service was disappointing.
The pool area itself is nice, but there are a very limited number of sunbeds, so these fill up very quickly and it can be difficult to find somewhere to sit.
One situation in particular really left a bad impression. One evening, one of us wasn’t feeling very well, so we didn’t want to leave the hotel. As the room service menu was quite limited and expensive, we ordered a McDonald’s delivery to the hotel. We had checked beforehand and couldn’t find anything suggesting that outside food wasn’t allowed, but when it arrived we were told we couldn’t take it into the hotel.
We were therefore made to sit outside the hotel gates to eat it, with stray cats repeatedly trying to get to our food. It honestly felt like a very unnecessary and uncomfortable situation. I completely understand that hotels have rules, but if outside food isn’t permitted, this should be clearly communicated to guests especially if it is not an all inclusive. I also felt like the security were rude in this situation and noticed they were laughing. Making us sit outside the gates to eat it seemed far more unprofessional and gave a worse impression of the hotel than simply allowing us to take the food back to our room.
The hotel is amazing . They have everything you need for a perfet stay. The Fitness Center is so big , Wonderfull SPA whith all kind of massage . Delicious breakfast and very kind Staff. I had a very happy aniversary , they prepared a beautif surprise in my Room. I’ ll never forget. I really recomend this hotel and certanly i would come back . Thank for everything Maria Nazar
We came from morocco to Bodrum for our holiday. We love’d the hotel the people so kind and friendly ! I wil recommend This hotel to all ! My union for the staff at the pool, everything is so well , just 1 think the music is really loud and not nice to have chill modus wuyhnkids at the pool. That wa she only think that we can say ( music little down would be nice. Itsbwas to loud for the kids . For the rest I thx the whole staff for the kindness and hospitality. Hillstone Bodrum is an impeccable hotel, with excellent customer service right at its centre. The architecture, view, and ambience of the hotel impress you as soon as you check in. Especially the view of Bodrum Castle, the marina, and Kos Island, it was truly perfect. Every corner of the hotel is beautifully maintained, lush, and has a peaceful atmosphere throughout. I visited Bodrum to celebrate my 2nd anniversary and to propose to my girlfriend. I reached out to Cevriye Aslan to see what we could do to make the moment special, and she was thrilled to help. She organised a room decoration with flower petals spelling out "Happy Anniversary," a fruit plate, a complimentary bottle of wine, and 15 gold-coated red helium balloons. Safe to say, my girlfriend was delighted by the surprise, and I was hugely impressed by the level of detail and care that went into it. The A La Carte Restaurant was truly unforgettable, with the view, presentation, and quality of the food all being excellent. The dishes prepared and presented by Chef Ali were quite delicious, each course was thoughtfully put together, beautifully plated, and full of flavor. It was clear a lot of skill and care went into every dish. The staff throughout the hotel were wonderful, whether it was drinks by the poolside, local recommendations, or room service at 1am, every interaction was met with genuine warmth and a smile. We felt completely at home, and we're already planning to return soon. I would visit Bodrum again, just to go to this hotel.
